Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Room is extremely basic but that was what I wanted just a bathroom and a bed … which is exactly what it was. Little shocked that the toilet and shower areas were combined but managed through. There were some toiletries but extremely basic. Couldn’t figure out the TV or heater but managed. Cheap and did the job. But of a hike though uphill to get to.

Close enough to Seoul station, around 10 minutes on foot. There are lots of homeless people around the station and though it was safe to walk to the hotel, I was little worried. Place is small and had odd smell from the bathroom.

We only stayed 1 night as we arrived late into Seoul and leaving for Busan the next day. The hotel was located very close to Seoul station making it easy to get to from the airport and also departing on the KTX the next day.
For 1 night the room was fine but I certainly wouldn’t want to stay much longer. Very small making it difficult to navigate with luggage. Knew it was small when we booked so not a criticism, just a comment.
For a short overnight stay I would highly recommend as it’s cheap, clean neat and conveniently located. For long term I would definitely look at something with more space

I was solo travelling in Seoul for a few days and this hotel is really good close to Seoul station. My room was great everything was provided. The staff were really friendly and really enjoyed my stay. Will book again when i come back to Seoul next year.Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The property is fine if you’re staying for less than 24 hours and just want to rest your head. But if staying longer I suggest you look for another place.
The lack of lifts is a real disadvantage. It was hard to lug luggages in a small set of stairs. Rooms were pretty tiny I suppose it’s standard for Seoul. But felt really claustrophobic. I suppose you get what you pay for in Seoul.

Close walking distance to Seoul station and AirPort Express train. Staff seemed friendly and check in and out were quick using the kiosk. Room was tiny but bed was super comfy. I would’ve rated at least 4 stars if didn’t have to carry our 70 lbs luggages up/down to 4th floor. Staff did help carry one luggage. Never imagined a hotel to not have an elevator at this rate since wasn’t that cheap.

The bathroom was so stinky and smelly and made the whole room smell. It was such a strong sewer smell that I had a terrible night sleep and I even woke up early to check out ASAP cause it was so uncomfortable due to the stink. There was also a bug on my towel. Would never come back. Thank god it was only 1 night.

We were returning to Seoul from Busan and leaving in 2 days to fly back to Arizona. This hotel was very convenient to Seoul Station (walking distance). The room was on the small side but clean and quiet. The only downside was that there was no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor. Upon checking in the front desk clerk helped us with our heavier bag. We (me and wife) are both 70 years old so it wasn't easy going up to the 4th floor. I'm not sure if we could have requested a lower level room given our age. Other than that everything was great.

Gosh, this should be made known to me earlier! So, for 4 nights, the room is not cleaned with clean bedsheets!

if you are not fussy about the size of the room and don't plan to be in the room much then location and value is good for a short stay; tight and cosy is what comes to mind. the service is good and i am thankful to the gentleman who checked us in and kitty who was there the 2 nights we stayed. We had the opportunity to order jajiangmyeon delivery and it was so good! give it a try if time permits and I'm sure the staff are happy to help order the food on your behalf :)

The room was super tiny, but was in good condition and everything worked. Very easy access to the metro. Staff was very helpful and spoke reasonably good English. Area is probably not the best, but we felt safe nonetheless, even at night. Rooms can get a bit stuffy, but the a/c works fine to circulate the air and cool things off (even in the winter). Definitely recommend if your priority is to just have a place to sleep after a busy day of sightseeing in Seoul.

Close to exit #12 of Seoul Station with lift access. We only stayed a night while transiting through Seoul.

We got a family room and the hotel was very kind to store our luggage while we visited Busan for 2 days.

Hotel has no lift access. Which make mobility challenging. I'm grateful for the hotel staff who carried the luggages up and down for us. You should reconsider this hotel if you're not comfortable with climbing steps to get to your room

For travelers with small luggage and short 1-2 nights stayover at Seoul, advisable since it’s located at Seoul Station. From Seoul station, it connects you can take AREX to both Gimpo and Incheon Airports. Take Exit 12 (Lift) and walk up the slope to the hostel. Room is smaller than claimed by hotel. When taking a shower, the water may overflow to the room. Best not to leave valuables in the baggage with the concierge because ours were brought up to the wrong room.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night only, and chose it because I needed to get on the first train to Incheon airport from Busan Station the next morning. For a longer stay, I would probably go elsewhere, with better location and bigger rooms. That being said, this hotel did the job just as I needed it to. Most important: staff were quite friendly and very welcoming. In similar circumstances, I will definitely return.

The room itself was nice and the front desk staff were all very nice. But the room didn't have a real window! At first they gave me one with no window at all, then kindly switched me to another room which had a tiny basement type window. Seoul station (10min walk) was full of homeless and drunks and I didn't feel too safe in the neighborhood.

Rooms are the usual small size and have hot water jug in room for coffee/tea. TV has some english stations and mircowave downstairs. Shower and toilet is one bathroom with curtain to stop wetting door. Room safe is very small my one was locked closed but not worry about getting it opened. Staff speak english. 7/11 store next door and many western type fast food and other shops located in railway stn complex 8 min walk (some even closer) as well more local restaurants 1 block away. Take exit 12 from station use lift for bags once up top head towards the direction of 2 big modern buildings and at about 20-30 mtrs turn left at the park go up the path and the hotel is just opposite.

Its decent, but things could be better

The bed was more comfortable, than my last hotel in Seoul and the abundant of pillows was a nice change as well. The room had multi-functional outlets which was helpful. it was only about a 5-8 mins walk from Seoul station, The hotel itself was fairly narrow inside and at the time of my stay they didn't have a functioning elevator so carrying luggage up they're tiny staircase was difficult. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom; its designed poorly with no real barrier for the shower area. Having a shower usually results in the entire bathroom being wet, and with no ceiling fan everything stays wet for awhile.

Awesome location, super convenient - starbucks and convenience store near by, and close to both metro line 1 & 4 - in reach of touristy places.
Rooms are little small and unevenly sized... Bit unfare on other friends since we all paid the same amount for the 5 rooms...
Cleaniness wasn't 100%, but it was beyond acceptable level for someone picky like me. Towels and sheets were laundered well!

The location is very convenient, just 3 minutes walk from E12 exit Seoul station! The staff can speak Chinese . The room is small , but enough for a simple trip and very clean. The electronic door very secure. Staff are nice. Only bad things are without washing machine and no elevator.

Great location a few minutes walk from Seoul Station, look for exit 12!! The rooms are very clean and the hotel looks new. It is a small room, we had a double and my husband and I had to take turns to stand and get dressed. However, the upside is the location and price. The staff are really helpful and speak good English. You get free water each day, tea and coffee in your room. Definitely recommend.

My family of 4 stayed in the Family Room for from 13 to 20 November. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful, aiding us with our Everland transfer booking and other assistance. However, the room is disappointing on several aspects:

1) In our booking we were informed that our room is 33sqm big. That is the reason I chose this hotel; knowing that we are staying for 7 nights, we want to be fairly comfortable. IT IS NOT. It is at most 25sqm and the low ceiling made it uncomfortable for two adults and two teenagers.
2) The room is located on the 4th floor so those with young children and heavy luggage,please be prepared. After a long day of touring, climbing up is a challenge. The staff do help with the luggage though.
3) Wifi is atrocious. Thank goodness we have our own router rented in Singapore.
4) We found a huge bottle of Coke under the best. Obviously room is too small for chambermaid to clean below.

In sum, okay for 1-2 nights stay but not recommended for those looking for family room or long stay.

Convenient location very close to Seoul Station (~200m from Exit 12). Exit 12 is about another 200m through the underpass or the street to Seoul central station.
Hotel is a very cramped building with not much appeal from outside.
Reception area and rooms are also extremely cramped.
But very neat and clean.
Worth the cheap rate anyway for a prime location in Seoul central.
(Reception area is a bit smelly though due to a common toilet in that area but dont let that discourage you).
They have a really helpful staff at reception.
Very courteous in check-in and check-out process and to guide us with metro routes etc.
If you have a train to catch in the early morning hours, then this location is convenient. Also easy to travel to Gangnam and other places from Seoul Central.
There is no elevator in this tiny building, and so the staff will not allow you to carry your suitcase upstairs and they will insist to help you with it.
Bed and A/C was good. Very neat and clean bathroom/toilet as well.
Overall - convenient location/comfortable bed & room to sleep in.
