Perfect location with numerous dining options nearby. The spacious, clean room offers comfort, and it’s conveniently close to bus stops and the metro station. I particularly appreciate that their premier suites include a washer, which is very convenient for longer stays. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, making the experience even better. We plan to stay here again when we return to Korea. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, amenities, and service.

Convenient location, staff were friendly. I ordered room service several times. The food was good, and staffs were kind. Room was spacious.

I would have appreciated more if the housekeeping was done more thoroughly, including cleaning or replacing cups.

The chair at the desk was very uncomfortable. No room for legs.

Also, I felt odd how they charged a tiny toothpaste, although I stayed over 7 nights. All other hotels in Korea gave toothpaste for free. Strange stingy policy.

I would still go back, because the location is really convenient for my business trip.

This is solidly a four star hotel in terms of its design, intent, presentation and delivery. The hotel is in an excellent location and has large rooms. Our room had a kitchen with a separate seating area and a separate dining area, which was a known bonus. Our room was really clean and we would stay here again.

It is also worth mentioning that this hotel had a sauna on the top floor with indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Very nice overall.

Jinny was absolutely amazing and helped me with my special sleeping requirements. The entire front concierge team were on the ball, attentive to everything that we were even thinking about before we even asked and supportive in every way possible. The cleaning staff that cleaned Suite 908 for our one week stay ending on January 2 was so friendly and patient. It was unbelievable.

I will be sending a email to Mason Lee, the manager directly to thank him for the quality of his staff and the commitment to service excellence.

Amazing people, amazing venue, amazing location, and we will be returning for an extended stay next year.

Comfortable and well-maintained hotel with a smooth check-in and a good level of cleanliness. The room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I experienced an issue with the heating but after reporting it, the problem was handled and resolved by the staff. The hotel is very well located, close to public transport, which was a major plus.

The clean room is small but well appointed with all you need. The check in was fast and efficient by a friendly front desk staff called Julie. The location is perfect with good eateries and cafes nearby. The market is just across the road next to the historic gate which is a national treasure of Korea. Good place to stay.

Rooms are spacious for Seoul region where most hotels are tiny. Breakfast area is not large but food options are decent - both local and international offerings.

Location is not far off Namdaemyun and you can walk to the nearby Myeongdong shopping street (12-15min).

Good value and would recommend.

Everything was perfect. They cleaned my room everyday, the staff was amazing, the room itself was very satisfying, basically like a suite. I was also able to do my own laundry prior to leaving. The Panorama Lounge and Bar had very good views of the city. The hotel’s located at the center of all the main attractions, I was basically able to just walk around to most of them. Overall, will definitely come back again next time I’m in Seoul.

During our stay, we had showed up earlier than the check in time. But our room was ready and they were able to accommodate us by taking us earlier. When we had showed up to our room, we noticed that the room was clean, however there was an odd odor coming from the room. We notified the staff and they were able to change our room. The second room we were given was the same to our previous but was not cleaned properly as we found hair. We were given about four to five other rooms to see but each had their own problem. We spoke to multiple staff, who came and checked and found the same issue and were understanding of our concern. We eventually waited about thirty minutes in the lounge in the hotel and were given an upgraded room for our troubles we had. We did not expect this gesture and appreciated them for doing so. It was a great stay overall and the staff were helpful during our own stay and helped make our experience great.

We enjoyed our stay here… location was nice, since there were plenty of dining options nearby and plenty within walking distance. There were a lot of shops and convenience stores nearby as well. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which was helpful.

The staff that checked us in, Amy, was very patient and explained everything in detail, which made our stay easy. The rooms were quiet and offered plenty of space in our deluxe room. We were only on the second floor so we heard a bit of traffic noise in the busy part of the day, but nothing that turned us off from the stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something in the busy area of Seoul.

The staff were really nice and responsive to my questions. The rooms are well kept and spacious for Seoul, it really makes a difference to have a separated living room area. Make sure you double check that your room has a laundry machine, I made that mistake. It was also so nice to have access to the gym and sauna

It was an enjoyable stay at Fraser. Employees were all so nice, treating guests with sincere care and kind smiles. Great location close to 남대문 , 명동, 시청 and excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. Clean room and an umbrella in the room so I was able to take it with me while it was raining.
Most places were within walking distance and subway station is within 10 minutes walking. I would book this hotel again for service and location.

For a 4 ⭐ hotel, the exterior and interior areas look quite decent, but the rooms tell a different story. The property appears relatively new, so I was disappointed to find our room in less-than-ideal condition. Upon entering, there was an odd smell, as if it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. There were also noticeable signs of wear and tear that should have been addressed.

I want to praise two staff, Angel and Sally at the front desk. I stayed 4 nights. The 3rd day I got sick from heat and ate wrong food. Staff Angel went above and beyond helped me order take-out so I can have some decent soup to heal my stomach at 9pm.
Sally was also a super staff. I hope her hotel manager treasure her presence because nowadays it’s hard to find staff that truly cares for guests’ needs. Especially so many People in and out everyday.
Sally helped me booked massage and order take away meal. She was really patience noted I’m in my 60s and slow in cores. Thank you Angel and Sally. I hope to see you both well and promote to upper staff next time I see you again. I will always remember the good experience at Fraser hotel. Thank you :)

Good location and clean.
I expected more amenities in the bathroom for a 4* star hotel...i.e. no toothbrush. Called the reception for a razor which they wanted to charge me KRW 6,500 but got one next door for 1,500.
