It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay (6 nights) - large room, king-size bed; all very comfortable.
Only downside are the room-doors - very difficult to close quietly and some folks are wont to slam them! Very annoying.
If soft-close doors, I’d have awarded this place 5 stars.
Liked the location and the restaurant was decent also

Our stay at this hotel was made truly special because of the incredible staff. The housekeeping team did a tremendous job every single day. Each time we returned to our room, it felt just like the moment we first checked in — perfectly clean, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Their consistency and attention to detail were remarkable.

I would also like to sincerely thank Lunar Moon from the front office team. She was genuinely kind and helpful, and you could truly feel her sincerity in the way she assisted us. Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference to our experience.

During check-out, Ellie from the front office was absolutely amazing. She continued to assist us until we were comfortably settled into our taxi. That level of care and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.

The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient — just a couple of minutes from Line 2, City Hall Station Exit 9 — making it very easy to get around Seoul.

I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I return to Seoul, especially because of the outstanding housekeeping and front office staff. They are truly the heart of this hotel.

The location was good as it was near key tourist areas. It is easily accessible from airport via train or airport limousine bus.

The room was big and spacious with 2 kings size beds. The bathroom, shower and toilet were decent size and clean. A decent size gym with small swimming pool. Breakfast was ala carte at Italian restaurant and good but wasn't pleasant for long stay without more variety.

The burger near hotel was good but avoid at all cost the BBQ shop as it was expensive and bad quality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Korea. The location was very convenient—close to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores, which made exploring the city very easy even as a foreign traveler.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything worked properly. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The staff were polite and helpful. Even with slight language differences, they did their best to assist me. I truly appreciated the hospitality.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Korea.

The room was amazingly spacious with all amenities provided. There was also a private washing machine. The staff treated our belongings with care and were very friendly. The hotel was also close to many restaurants and eats, and a 20min walk to Myeongdong shopping street (also very accessible to public transport). Highly recommend and would come back again!

I’ve been calling front desk almost everyday to empty trash can and 2 hours to take to pick up trash one day. I felt uncomfortable to see staffs to put their cleaning stuffs near my door the day I got late check out til 3:00 pm for their apologies so I have to leave by 2:30.

What an excellent hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. Firstly, location is excellent – right next to City Hall Metro stop and a couple of minutes from the limo bus stop to the airport. Lots of convenience stores and eateries close by. Walkable to so many places. Secondly, the room – clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The only thing I would change would be a walk-in shower, however, some people may prefer a tub. Additionally, there was a small refrigerator with a kettle and tea/coffee (no milk though). Thirdly, fantastic staff from reception to breakfast staff. Finally, breakfast - made to order. I tried the different cooked eggs - excellent especially sunny-side up. Looking forward to visiting the wonderful Seoul again.

The rooms were comfortable and the shower very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, especially Luna Moon who was very sweet. Upon check-in, the guy who works at night was very thorough and explained everything to us. Very good service.

My stay at this hotel in Korea was absolutely excellent. From the very first day, I felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, extremely clean, well organized, and offers spacious rooms that are cozy, warm, and very comfortable,especially important during the Korean winter.
I would like to give special recognition to Alice Kim, who truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding service and was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The entire staff was wonderful, but Alice Kim’s service deserves special mention. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Korea. An amazing experience from start to finish!

Spacious room, very clean! The floor isn't carpet style like some hotels so I can feel the floor is kept very clean once barefoot on it. Well done! But the room AC seems to always have the fan running, even when I off the AC the sound is very obvious. Staff at front desk always had a smile on them, very welcoming. Location is very good as well, 1 stop away from Seoul station and 2 stop from myeongdong.
The laundry area only has 3 washer and 3 dryer. Dryer time take about 12mins (48mins) longer than washer, so everyone ended up waiting for dryer. Hotel should look into improve the usage experience for guest, 3 washer and dryer is really not enough for the amount of guests there is, and some selfish guest was a truckload of their clothes and hog all 3 washer. Some kind of system should be in place to make it a better experience for all.

We saw other families around, so it seemed like a popular hotel with families, but we didn't find it noisy when we slept or headed out in the mornings. The only issue we had with the hotel was the heaviness of the sliding bathroom door.

Our family traveled together, and overall the service was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodated our early check-in, and clearly explained the available amenities. The breakfast foods are made to order. Housekeeping kept the property clean every day and regularly replenished the amenities. In particular, the parking attendant was very polite, ensured our car was always ready, and thoughtfully moved the cones for our convenience.

Large room. The staff were helpful but I especially appreciate the staff in the restaurant during breakfast. The two young gentlemen were very attentive, respectful and nice. We were there for a week and everyday they already know what we get for breakfast and are so courteous to us.

The location was good. Most of the major tourist spots can be reached by foot or a short taxi trip. Beside the hotel were different restaurants, dessert place, quick bite spots and juice and coffee stores (just a hole on the wall for coffee, but good coffee). One restaurant stays open till late at night. There is a CU convenience store around the corner but it does close at 8pm.

The cons:
I’m glad it was winter when we came here. The room was always balming warm. The AC was not working. When it gets too hot in the room, we couldn’t adjust the heater so we just open the windows. The bathroom has a funky, sewer-ish smell. The hotel itself can use a little updating and it would have been helpful if they provided basic kitchen utensils like a couple of spoons/forks/plates. The breakfast, although good and sufficient, had very limited options - hopefully they could add more variety and even a traditional korean meal

Otherwise, good for family. Washer and ice machine in building. Will probably stay here but only during winter

A truly enjoyable stay at ENA Suite Seoul. We’ve been going back to this same hotel a few times every year .
The room is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day out. Housekeeping is impeccable — the team always does a wonderful job keeping everything neat and fresh throughout our stay. The location is also very strategic, with easy access to key areas around the city. A great choice for a comfortable and fuss-free stay in Seoul! Grateful to Daniel for rendering help on our last day of stay and offering to help us with reservations at reputable restaurants! I only wish the hotel will make an effort to remember its regular guests :)) will be back soon!

A pretty good location for Myeongdong and for public transport from the airport (the Airport Limo bus stops by the nearby Park Hotel) and for City Hall Metro Station and lots of buses. Not too far from the main railway station either. There are better located hotels right in Myeongdong, but they no doubt cost a lot more.
The staff were helpful and spoke good English and we twice left our cases in the lobby area when we went to Gyeongju for a night and on our last day before our evening flight. That seemed pretty safe.
The first three nights we had a deluxe king room and then for one night a regular king room. Not much difference, but the deluxe was on the 16th floor and had a shower in the bath - not good if you have mobility issues - rather than just a shower. The regular room also didn't have a Japanese style hi-tech toilet!
The negatives were that the heating was on for the whole building (seems to be a thing in Korea) and so the A/C controls didn't work. It was quite cold outside but we ended up sleeping with the windows open to cool the room! This meant it was noisy with early morning clattering outside. Madness in late November and really wasteful for a hotel touting its green credentials. Also, a bedside wall light was loose in both rooms and couldn't be operated from the bed, but only from a switch across the room. Rather silly!
