We enjoyed our 4 night stay at ENA Suite Hotel. The hotel is centrally located wh easy access to metro and bus stations. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's location is very convenient.

Love this hotel! Housekeeping was amazing, we went back with spotless clean, tidy room after the mess created by the toddlers. The room was spacious, comfy beds and great location! The only area I wish they could improve on is the breakfast. A lil more variety would have been great. Overall, we are still very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel, tucked away in a very cute spot near a lot of major attractions, gyeongbokgong, myeongdong, namdaemon market, Seoul square, Shingsegae, etc. it’s walking distance to all these attractions and TONS of restaurants. 2 minute walk to City hall station on Line 2, so good access to all the other places in Seoul.
We stayed in a one bedroom suite, the room was super spacious, staff kept it super clean each day. The pool was spotless and kids really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice and modern hotel with add on to have a small fitness area and a pool. I did not book my stay to include breakfast but I tried it. It is not a buffet breakfast but a set menu breakfast just up to what you prefer.
The hotel advised to save washing but even hanging the towel up to re-use it was still changed every day

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff, will definitely stay here again. Right around the corner from a metro station and so many choices for food within 5 mins walk. Nice small coffee and tea area within room with fresh mugs every morning, a convenient fridge in the room and free bottled water every day. Spacious room with a sofa, nice size beds. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Very spacious room and very quiet, had very good sleep.
The restaurant also looked after us perfectly well and food was well prepared and well presented.
Thwre are 2 comments to make
1. For older people (we are 75 years old) to get in and out of the bath tub (for showers as well) was very difficult. I would add a handle somewhere.
2. The jacuzzi doea not have a button to make it work.

At around 8 AM constructions started lots of noise and hammering sounds that we couldn’t sleep in!

I didn't much appreciate the very rude evening receptionist. She is the taller, tanner one with the very apparent nose job. At first I thought I was imagining it, but this woman rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for the pool code (she didn't give it to me during check in). There a few other snarky things she did, but I'll just leave it there. Very unprofessional in a service industry.

One evening the restaurant was closed, the other evening the pool was closed. Breakfast was Ala cart, and selection was small and really not that impressive. Basically some bread and pastries.

Room was fine, everything in working condition and clean. Location is ok. You're basically in city hall with lots of govt and official buildings. Samsung campus is just down the road. I won't stay here again, lots more hotels with better service and pricing.

The staff were very friendly and kind. Staff always made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and a bit small but perfect if you don’t plan to be in the room all day. The hotel has a WOWPASS kiosk in the lobby which was perfect for money exchange when needed. The hotel is right next to multiple restaurants and convenience stores and 3 minutes from City Hall bus station. Overall, highly recommend.

Recommended! It’s a short walk from sites to visit such as the Imperial Palace and National Folk Museum of Korea. Loved the hotel, food and staff on my short visit to Seoul. O my thing I couldn’t figure out at first was you needed to put your key into a slot to turn the electricity on in the room. 😅 Staff was helpful explaining that to me!

No complaints with the staff as they were very friendly and professional. They were also good at English. The room was clean, but the hallways and bathroom had a sewage smell. There was continuous drainage noise from the next room that was loud. It woke me up at 2 in the morning because it got louder all of a sudden. Overall it was an okay stay but it would not be my first choice in Seoul.

My stay at ENA Suite Seoul once again reminded me why I keep coming back—it truly feels like a home away from home.
The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day out. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help.
A special mention goes to the manager , Daniel who made an effort to remember us as returning guests and Zoey Lee, who went above and beyond during our departure. She not only helped us book a cab to the airport, but also assisted with our luggage and made sure we boarded the correct vehicle. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated.
I also love the little thoughtful touches, like having umbrellas readily available—whether it’s rain or even snow. Housekeeping is prompt and always willing to accommodate requests, which makes the stay even more comfortable.
All in all, ENA Suite Seoul delivers a consistently reliable and welcoming … I’m already looking forward to my next stay there again!

This hotel was in a nicely central location to food and sites. I booked the Family suite for my husband, myself and my 2 preteens. We had decent space to move around together. The bathroom was nice and big. Very clean rooms with daily housekeeping service to include fresh slippers daily. The front desk check-in was easy and the staff there was very helpful and understood English language. I recommend this hotel if you visit Seoul.

It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay (6 nights) - large room, king-size bed; all very comfortable.
Only downside are the room-doors - very difficult to close quietly and some folks are wont to slam them! Very annoying.
If soft-close doors, I’d have awarded this place 5 stars.
Liked the location and the restaurant was decent also

Our stay at this hotel was made truly special because of the incredible staff. The housekeeping team did a tremendous job every single day. Each time we returned to our room, it felt just like the moment we first checked in — perfectly clean, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Their consistency and attention to detail were remarkable.

I would also like to sincerely thank Lunar Moon from the front office team. She was genuinely kind and helpful, and you could truly feel her sincerity in the way she assisted us. Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference to our experience.

During check-out, Ellie from the front office was absolutely amazing. She continued to assist us until we were comfortably settled into our taxi. That level of care and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.

The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient — just a couple of minutes from Line 2, City Hall Station Exit 9 — making it very easy to get around Seoul.

I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I return to Seoul, especially because of the outstanding housekeeping and front office staff. They are truly the heart of this hotel.

The location was good as it was near key tourist areas. It is easily accessible from airport via train or airport limousine bus.

The room was big and spacious with 2 kings size beds. The bathroom, shower and toilet were decent size and clean. A decent size gym with small swimming pool. Breakfast was ala carte at Italian restaurant and good but wasn't pleasant for long stay without more variety.

The burger near hotel was good but avoid at all cost the BBQ shop as it was expensive and bad quality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Korea. The location was very convenient—close to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores, which made exploring the city very easy even as a foreign traveler.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything worked properly. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The staff were polite and helpful. Even with slight language differences, they did their best to assist me. I truly appreciated the hospitality.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Korea.

The room was amazingly spacious with all amenities provided. There was also a private washing machine. The staff treated our belongings with care and were very friendly. The hotel was also close to many restaurants and eats, and a 20min walk to Myeongdong shopping street (also very accessible to public transport). Highly recommend and would come back again!
