This hotel is fantastic, with excellent rooms and a perfect location. It’s conveniently close to major attractions, metro lines, and bus stations, and there’s an amazing hotteok street food cart right across the street. I highly recommend staying here.

部屋はとても綺麗で、特に嬉しかったのはトイレにウォシュレットが付いていることと、部屋にウォーターサーバーがあることでした。ベッドの寝心地もよく快適でした。また、朝食は品数が多く、通常のソーセージやベーコン、卵料理だけでなく、魚料理、肉料理のホットミールがあり、日によっては巻き寿司のカウンターも出ていました。パンもペイストリーの種類が5-6種類ほどあり、朝から朝食が楽しみでした。あと、個人的に嬉しかったのは、結構器具の揃ったフィットネスジムがあることと、コインランドリーがある点でした。スタッフも皆とてもフレンドリーで、また宿泊したいと思うホテルでした。

I had a great stay at the Courtyard in Seoul. The location is really good - lots of food spots and coffee shops nearby, and it's close to buses and stations. The free shuttle to Seoul Station is convenient. The room was clean and comfortable with nice touches like a water purifier and a shower with a temperature gauge. I ordered room service and the food was really good - definitely recommend trying it.

The staff and concierge team were helpful and friendly. Good location, clean rooms, good food, and helpful staff. I'd stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Seoul.

The breakfast buffet was the best part. The food was delicious and it made up for any minor negative opinions i had about the hotel. The service was also excellent and the location was convenient to subway and major downtown attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a surprisingly good hotel in every way. We stayed there for 8 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and well-soundproofed - all its amenities worked perfectly. The WiFi extended throughout the hotel and had a high speed of over 100 Mbps. The breakfast had an incredible variety and was healthy and flavorful. The gym in the basement had a range of good equipment. Finally, the location was excellent: a 7 min walk from the City Hall subway station and an 8-min walk (other direction) from the Meong-dong shopping & food district. I would rate this hotel very highly and would stay at it all over again on a future trip to Seoul.

Shower room need to be clean better, mold and soap scum can easily clean but I think housemates need to be trained better on cleaning shower floor and areas which put a huge damper on so call expensive 4star hotel, way too expensive

Still think about this hotel days after I stayed there and I compared this to every hotel I stay at afterwards and this one still outscores them all. Unlike some of the Courtyard branded hotels in North America, this one easily gives off more prestige overall feeling like I'd find at a JW Marriott.

Rooms are clean and spacious, and amenities are great with filtered water station inside each room. Even the hair dryer feels luxurious. WOW!

good quality facility with high standard. toilet bidet not working well.. breakfast quality is excellent with variety.
Hotel staff are overall friendly, conceirge are very helpful to help taxi service. the only exception is some front staff are very unpleasant (I think they who it is) and ruin the whole stay impression.. just because speaking good English does not mean poor attitude is accepable with foreigners, or maybe just with Asians?

This is a very nice hotel in a great location, right across the street from Namdaemun market. I thought that it was a bit expensive for what was included. Beautiful hotel though. The coffee shop on the 1st floor was an excellent place to grab something to go on my way out in the morning.

Everything was great, except for the shower water. The water turns hot and cold frequently during your shower, there’s a temperature gauge attached to the shower hose and you can see it happening. It doesn’t happen just once, it fluctuates frequently throughout your shower.

Bad experience with the booking. I have booked and paid for a room for 3 persons but the hotel still charge me for the extra bed. Booked through Expedia. Contact Expedia and the customer service team asked me to talk to Hotel myself. Contact hotel and they told me they must charge due to hotel policy. So being pushing around like a ball. Really bad experience.

Our room a king on the 18th floor was excellent Plenty of room, great areas for our large bags, lovely large bathroom.

The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice. The only complaint would be the hot food area was only luke warm at best. We both ordered sirloin steaks in the restaurant, mine was lovely & my wife's luke warm?? we had to swap as my wife likes her meals hot

The room and hotel was great. We are so glad we stayed here and not in Myeondong, Myeongdong was very croweded and a bit too loud for pur liking. Perfect location. Only bad point is, for the first 3 nights we booked the Premier king room and the first picuture has a view which is slightly misleading as our view was windows of an office building ao had our curtains closed the whole time. The room was lovely. I personally don't think the view of Namsan tower was great enough to pay extra for the extra night at the end of our trip. The larger room was great!
