Everything was super easy and great. The hotel is in an amazing location, check in and check out we’re super fast and easy, the room was great! Breakfast was tasty and although we didn’t really need it the staff offered to help and were great. We are going back to Korea in summer and enjoyed our stay so much we will return here! The value here is incredible!

Room was clean but the bathroom is very old and needs updating for showering and there is a lack of towel racks so one has to access the bath towel outside the door rack after bathing or hand shower. Also, door hooks for clothes are needed in the bathroom.

Easy check in, great area, clean room but minor inconveniences with the room itself. A lack of outlets, especially next to the bed/nightstand. The bath/shower room was also a bit challenging since there wasnt space to set dry clothes down to change into if you’re sharing a room with a friend. Bit of mold on the ceiling there too. Otherwise, pleasant convenient stay close to Seoul Station with the Namsan cable car within walking distance

The laundry machines smell so bad. Since they're used by so many people, they need to be disinfected regularly. The room isn't well ventilated, and the air purifier is full of dust, making the air in the room worse. This could be detrimental to your health.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Really efficient check-in and check-out - super simple with the kiosks. The room is nicely set up with amenities like pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, tea, coffee, juice, Korean dishes, and more.

The location is perfect - restaurants and coffee shops around that are open late. Walked to Seoul station afterwards. Because it is on the 11th floor (you take the elevator to reception), it was really quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the street at all.

A solid place to stay in Seoul.

Room was extremely quiet even though I was on the 12th floor. Room had all amenities and the area had lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly and kind. Concierge helped make a phone call to a store which saved me a trip as the item was out of stock. I appreciated the help as I don’t speak Korean. I will return to this hotel.

Which was great. The room is smaller than photo because most of space is taken up with the bathroom, there was no space for 2 suitcases. Breakfast was nice with lots of Korean food. The eggs were served cold which is weird.

Great location with very friendly and multilingual staff! Very clean rooms, comfy beds and they even have laundry/ dryer on the reception floor with a dispenser for laundry soap! Very convenient location with CU and starbucks on the first floor! Plenty of restaurants walking distance with the subway close by. The only thing I would've loved was if there was a gym, but otherwise 5/5! Would highly recommend!

Room was small, was very clean. Double bed was right up against the window so hard to get in from that side. Mattress was too firm, had aches and pains on the first day. Just be mindful they don’t hoover, clean bathroom and change bed sheets every day. Not much choice in vegetarian options at breakfast which was disappointing. All the cooked dishes had meat in it Good location though, city hall subway is just a short distance walk away.

Great location, with City Hall Station nearby, as well as Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market about 15 minutes away on foot. Room was spacious and clean. Towels get changed frequently, and the room has a refrigerator, which gets stocked with bottled water daily. There is a WowPass machine on the ground floor, so you can either buy a WowPass or top it up. There are also washing machines and dryers on site. Wonderful place to stay as a base in Seoul.

Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything we needed including umbrella that we can borrow. They also have storage lockers that we used to leave our luggage while we went to Busan. This service is free up to 7 days if you return and stay with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with Korean as well as Western food variety. Subway and bus routes are nearby. It was easy to commute to the many attractions around Seoul. The hotel is also close to shopping districts. There is also a convenient store CU and Starbucks outside and it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

Quick stop in Seoul

I arrived late from Taiwan and didn't make it to the hotel until around 10:40pm. It's easy to spot from the street as it has a big sign on the top of the building. From the front it looks really nice and luxurious. The reception is on the 11th floor, so I guess the hotel doesn't occupy the first 10 levels. The staff were nice and friendly and the check-in was quick.

My room was on the 20th floor and it had a nice view. The room itself was quite big with all the amenities you need. They even provide a face mask to freshen up. The bed was big and comfy and I slept well. There's a convenience store next door, which is very convenient. It's also very centrally located if you need to explore the city or head to Seoul station or city Hall station.

Overall I had a very pleasant stay here. I would recommend it.

Walkable distance to main attractions. Staff very helpful. There’s is a 24hours G25 and a Holly cafe just at the entrance which is really great. Namdaemun markets are just around the corner
Only setbacks is there is no airport shuttle that’s stop at hotel lobby/near areas.

The best hotel I stayed at during our trip to South Korea. Spacious enough to open two large suitcases. The bathroom was clean and shower area had options for rain shower or regular shower head. Bedding was confortable. Room cleaning staff were great and made sure we got clean towels and water for days we didnt need our room cleaned. Super convenient location in Haeundae and steps away from the train station. Loved the smart TV. The elevator situation was not as bad as others mentioned. There were separate elevators that went up to the higher floors.

Great location!

All of the desk personnel were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with accessing tv and within minutes someone came to fix it for us.
The location in Seoul was fantastic, close to the central train station and to Namdaemun Market and many restaurants.
The only weakness was the size of the room which was a queen bed with about 1 foot open on three sides to walk, just a bit tight for average size US folk.

スタッフの方が日本語が上手で、帰りの空港までのバスの乗車方法について説明頂けたので迷うことなく辿り着くことができました。
施設面では、1階のコンビニ、スタバも利用しやすく、ワオパスチャージ機もあり、とても便利でした。お部屋も清潔で、バスタブがあるのが日本人にとって嬉しいです。とても快適に過ごすことができました。
