The tub was very weird, the water would spray at the end of the tub and would get the water all over the floor… not a very smart design.

A solid 3 star property in Myeongdong. Very easy acdess by airport bus. Get off at Plaza hotel. Go through the hotel to the back entrance. Go left a little and turn right through an alley way. If you see the red Travelidge sign you are in the right direction.

No room to open a suitcase. But a spacious bayhroom

Location is pretty good, walking distance to the very busy Myeongdong shopping streets. There are many restaurants near the hotel too. They provide instant coffee pacjs, 2 tiny ones per day...sadly, not enough for regular coffee drinkers in the morning. There is a coffee shop on the first floor that offers 50% off if you show your room key.

Hotel room is big and cosy, staff are friendly. Pillows are a bit too soft and the room’s sound insulation is poor, can hear the other guests laughing and opening of wardrobe doors. The toilet does not have any hooks to hang, which is a huge oversight. Overall pleasant stay

NICE HOTEL

Check-in staff were very friendly, helpful with inquiries/directions and also spoke English. The location of the hotel is walking distance from the Myeongdong Walking Street with easy access to the underground shopping mall which also provides direct access to the the Lotte Mall and also close to bus lines. The hotel was surrounded by other hotels and building complexes so there really isn't much of a view from our room however the hotel amenities (breakfast, coffee shop, fitness center and laundry self service) were sufficient and met our needs. The room was larger then expected and appreciated supply of bathroom toiletries (body wash/shampoo). Housekeeping staff were also very friendly and responsive. There was also a money exchange dispenser in the hotel lobby which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Hotel Thomas!! See you again on our next visit.

They have a sign at the front desk to say that they take bed bugs seriously. So that was a plus point especially bed bugs are going around.

There are like cafe/ restaurants just outside the hotel and 2 seven eleven.

It’s walkable to Namdaemun market (maybe about 10mins for us) and about 15 mins walk to myeongdong. Which is pretty good.

Their staff were friendly and if you like coffee, the locals go to the hotel lobby cafe to get coffee so it should be good.

Post office is nearby too (5min) if you need to ship your loots home. But note that they are closed on Saturdays (including the hotel cafe)

Honestly we would go back to this hotel next time. It’s pretty convenient.

The hotel was located within walking distance of the bustling Myeongdong scene. It's also close to an airport limo bus stop. The rooms could've been a little bit more well kept. I think guests before probably banged their luggage against the wall, so there's small dents and scratches. There's also some coffee cup stains on the table. There's no excessive toiletry amenities which I appreciate so it's more ecofriendly.

This hotel has BED BUGS and they refused to take responsibility over it. We reported to the front desk a video of a bed bug walking on the bed board, we captured one, and several pictures of our bodies being bitten and they refused any responsability over it.
This caused immense discomfort but also raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness standards at the hotel. I DO NOT recommend this property

We had a suite on the 12th floor, two double beds and it was extremely spacious. I took a star off as there were only two easy chairs, so the bed had to be used to sit on. There was so much room it could easily have a sofa. There was no milk or tea bags provided, but this was the case in the hotel we stayed at in Incheon earlier in our trip. Lots of places of interest, places to eat and subway station just a stroll away.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is washing machine n dryer as well as microwave in the hotel for geneal usage at L12. The hotel location is near to train station as well as night life drinking however cant really hear the noise in the room. The only setback is the nearest train station exit does not have lift or escalators.

Easy walk from the city hall station. In the midst of all the eatery, BBQ, noodles, puffer fish specialities, small eats etc. Very convenient to stay. Great place for foood! Rooms were comfortable. Free water, coffee and tea. Reception staff were very helpful. Helped to booked taxis using personal phone for us. Will be happy to stay again.

Better than expected! You won't be disappointed!

Was concerned about the booking initially as it was our first time in Seoul and not sure if the location was ideal. The concerns were erased when we arrived. Reception was friendly and fast. Room was better than I expected. It was adequate for our needs and the room amenities were also better than expected considering the space limitation in Seoul. Location was also great for visiting all the tourist area, food streets and local markets as the bus stops were all nearby. There were at least 2 7-Elevens nearby. There were also restaurants nearby and pop up food stall (at night) if you choose not to venture away from the hotel. All in all, a very good experience. Wife was happy. Happy wife, happy life. Look forward to staying again when we return.

Property was clean and modern. It all the facilities you need for a long stay, such as microwave and self laundry in common area. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the palaces, shops and lots of restaurants at your door step. City Hall metro is literally a stone throw away and is a major station so can travel to other attractions around Seoul from there. We would definitely stay here again.

For the price it’s insanely clean. Line 4 and 2 walking distance. Airport shuttle also nearby. Cleaner everyday. Baggage storage service which is free was a life saver when we went to japan mid trip. From ICN take airport express to seoul station. Then line 4 to city hall and youre here. Everything you want to visit within about max 35 40 min train ride which is great!

The manual said it has a humidifier, but they don't. The first day even I put \"clean the room\" and they didn't because of \"covid 19 situation\" which doesn't make sense. cause of this I give it 3. otherwise it was fine stay, kinda clean, nice location and good price.

Lower floor rooms have little light though.
However rooms are comfortable and good facilities.

The Hotel Thomas Myeongdong is located a walk away from subway lines, City Hall, and is literally located in a restaurant alley. The staff is nice and speak Korean, English, and some of them Mandarin and Japanese.

The rooms are efficiently appointed, modern, and cozy. They have a small buffet breakfast that can be purchased for about 7700 Won which is roughly $7 US. It is simple and sufficient for the price.

We love the1 location, the general manager is very nice and sociable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend for good quality amd price... also location location location. It is not an expensive hotel like the big Lotte and others but a good boutique traveler and business hotel. It is also in nicely lit and populated area unlike some hotels deep in the back alleys.

Convenient location. Just 5mins away from city hall station (blue and green lines), very convenient if you take the airport rail. There are a lot of eatery just 1 min away from hotel. You can even walk to Myeongdong about 10mins. Hotel is new, everything was state of the art. I will stay here again. Bed was comfortable too.

Only small issue is that the light on the front corridor is on energy saving mode so I have to keep moving ard to make use of the full length mirror. I would recommend to install a switch for it.

Check in was painless....a 10,0000 ($10.00) deposit for an extra room key seems ridiculous. The breakfast was fair for the price $8.00. There is a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts just around the corner...otherwise Soft Tofu Soup was the closest place open for a morning meal.

Hotel is nice; Staff are cordial. Front Desk Staff did not know they could provide laundry services as stated in the guest book; it took two days for them to figure it out. They could not know how to explain operation of the Air Conditioning Unit; woke up every morning sweating.

部屋はきれいで水周りも清潔でした。
チェックイン、チェックアウトはフロントの機械で時分で行いますがフロントのスタッフさんも手伝っていただきました。
チェックアウト後にキャリーを預ける事も出来ました。
歯ブラシはフロントに自販機があります。
最寄り駅にも近く明洞へ遊びに行くにも近くアクセスが最高です。
是非また利用したいと思いました。

Hotel bien situé. La chambre est simple, fonctionnelle et de bonne dimension. La salle de bain est bien organisé avec une vraie douche. Quedé muy satisfecha con mis hospedaje en este hotel, desde el único la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, incluso el día que teníamos que ir al aeropuerto la persona que se encontraba en recepción nos ayudó solicitando desde su dispositivo personal un taxi para llegar a tiempo y con un precio más accesible. La habitación era espaciosa y aunque la ducha era pequeña había bastante espacio en el tocador y el baño siempre estaba limpio. Recomiendo muchísimo este hotel

地下鉄市庁駅7番出口から歩いて7.8分、最寄りバス停も歩いてすぐでした
空港からは6001番の南大門市場バス停が近くでした
チェックインは自分でタッチパネルで行うので言葉ができなくても楽でした　デポジットなども不要でした
シャワーのみでしたが設備は新しく綺麗で使いやすかったです　部屋に違うタイプ携帯など対応の充電用専用コードもあり便利でした
隣の方の声はよく聞こえてしまいます
近隣は飲食店も多く、セブンイレブンも側にあり立地も良いと思います

フロントには日本語を話せるスタッフがいました。チェックイン、チェックアウトは機械でやりますが、時間がかかるので不便でした。
お部屋は広くて清潔です。
