Pros: nice location, few walk away from sub station, city/airport bus station, convinience stores and restaurants. Offers free early and late luggage storage. Offers free coffee, tea and water. Has laundry option too.

Cons: On my last night, loud bustles was heard outside my room, then an intoxicated girl knocked and tried to enter my room (I booked solo).

Surprised I pushed her out and locked the door. I am thinking that it may be a possible tourist trap or scam where an accessory will find us inside the room and extort money from me or else find myself with the police.

Morning came and an apology letter was left to my door about the incident that night. The girl was highly intoxicated, half dressed and entered illegally. Police took her out. Hotel offered to refund that night for me. Not sure if true.

Not sure how she knew the hotel's passcode or if someone purposely let her in. Security can be improved

While Simon was a good host, the list of rules misses one important ingredient - that others behave in a respectful manner. There were a group of peoplle making a lot of noise until 1am while others were trying to sleep.

24 Guesthouses is located right in front of Exit 6 of Hoehyeon Station,
(회현 ) making it very convenient. It's also very close to Myeongdong,( 명동 ) just about 10-minute walk away. The room is small but very clean, and it seems to be deep cleaned once every two weeks. The shower was also very good and comfortable. The staff were very kind and answered my questions. The accommodation fee is also reasonable, so I recommend it for especially solo travelers.

This place was amazing! As a female solo traveler, I found this hotel to be comfortable, safe, and well located. The subway station is right outside the building and multiple convenience stores are around the corner, which made it easy to get to the place and get necessities after dark safe. It was great for when I went north of the city or further south because it is so central in the city. The stay itself is quite nice. The room was larger than I thought and it provides and the provide indoor + shower shoes on top of body wash + shampoo. The place has strict quiet hours so you can rest and it provides tables outside of the rooms so you can eat. This place made my stay 100% easier, which is why I chose to stay a few extra days with them even after my initial stay was over.

I have stayed at this property before. Owners are great. Bed is always clean and the price is great since we are there just to sleep. ***Note: Space is very compact so be aware that you have a lot of luggage. We did not. Location is amazing!

I tried to reach out to the property several times after booking letting them know I would arrive late at night. The property allows late arrival but requires 48 hours notification, which I did, in Clovis Expedia service. However, the property didn’t respond and I ended up with no lodging in the middle of the night and had to pay a lot of money for a
Local hotel in the middle of the night. Very irresponsible and would never deal with this property again!! Shame.

A good value for the money at $30 but there are a few rough edges. I arrived at midnight after buying room 9 PM and didnt see message on email from staff about room number. Had to wake up Simon the manager via phone. He was accommodating and helpful and straightened it out, providing room number and instructions on how to enter the secured area. At room i couldnt figure out how to turn on the lights; didnt figure out that key rectangle portion had to be placed in slot to turn on lights! Took 15 minutes and was nearly ready to give up. Finally had lights/tv/air conditioning. CNN/BBC channels near 200 didnt stay on more than 30 seconds, maybe hotel does not subscribe? wifi apparently works only near reception desk. Frustrating. Look at left side of the building to find the front door, not closed right side which also has sign. Breakfast I missed but sign says to be discontinued July 2025 anyway. Overall a fair value. Tiny room, Good shower, hard mattress, but excellent location and clean room, and quiet. Overall I give a rating of 7 area.

This accomodation was quite comfortable and accessible. Stayed in a bunk bed room with a washroom. Room was good, but one downside was that once we left the room (electricity turns off) and came back, the room kind of smelled because the ventilation in the washroom turned off. It might have been because our room didn't have a window, so I don't think the other rooms will have this problem. Staff were really nice, and there was free breakfast!

The location is unbeatable, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores just a 5-minute walk away. The subway station entrance is only a minute from the hotel. Things that I like about this hotel that I booked at is the staffs are nice, friendly and very informative. The room that I stayed in, was just enough space for a solo traveler like me to be comfortable. It has space that you can put your luggage underneath the bed. The refrigerator that I had inside the room was really small. You can only put drinks in there at the most. The bed I slept on was comfortable for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It is a very reasonably priced budget hotel in Seoul, very near to all areas or attractions and staff was very helpful and speaks English. My only suggestion is to put a mirror in the room. Overall, it was a really good stay and highly recommended.

I like the location, the staff, the cleanest of the hotel but i cant stand the wet bathroom. This is the first time i stay in the wet bathroom facility. It is very uncomfortable when you take a shower then need to clean the toilets so you can use it. Also the toilets top is unstable. It is keep swinging so we cant pup comfortable. If i know this facility has a wet bathroom i would not book it.

Try to request a room away from the front door as it is noisy when people come in and out. Especially in the middle of the night. Also the rooms are over heated and no control over it. Breakfast is in the corridor and there is not much space. Also right by some rooms.

This is extremely convenient, the bus from the airport leaves you basically right in front, you can also take the bus to the airport right in front of the building, plus the reachable public transportation is very good. The area is very well connected. I enjoyed my stay there, is was very practical but I mainly use hotels to sleep. There is free breakfast, that is a huge plus. Overall, very good

This property was safe, the owners were friendly and easy to talk to. The location is super convinient, almost next to a subway station and within a 10 minute walk from Seoul Station.

It is a guesthouse, which is closer to being in a student dirmatory, but it is priced accordingly and I knew that ahead of time based on my previous experiences, so I was not expecting a bespoke service.

I appreciate that other guests respected the house rules and did not make a lot of noise. My room had enough airflow to keep me comfortable.

I will not hesitate to book another stay at this property. Thank you!

A hidden gem in the city

Stayed there for 3 nights . The guesthouse is a hidden gem . Location is unbeatable , the Hoehyeon metro is just downstairs , Mydeodong and Nam Tai Mun are just stone throw . This budget hostel does the job that you really cannot ask for more . Very clean room with private bathroom which is also clean and spacious . Not to mention breakfast is also included simple but enough for you to start the day . During my stay all staff I met were polite and helpful and I could see they were meticulous maintaining the establishment clean . I can’t wait to come back to 24 guesthouse . In fact , in a few days, I would go back there for another stay before I leave Seoul .

Check in is tricky if you don’t arrive between 2-8pm(no one will be at the desk) so email them and they will let you know how to check in and get inside your room. There will be written info. at the front desk if you need to call them(local Korean number)

Clean & simple. We reserved for 14 days but 7 days of our travel we went to Japan & used this guesthouse as a base to keep our belongings. $52 per night was a steal!!!! We toured Seoul and surrounding area rest of our trip. Used only to sleep & shower.

Location was the best location in Seoul! Everything is walking distant! Namdaemun market alley is right there. Do remember there are several locations!!!! This one is south of the market. There is one north of the market. But you have to walk underground to get to the market so STAY AT THIS LOCATION!

9 min walk to Myeongdong street(kind of touristy) but fun with rows and rows of street food! We got a massage & facial at @koreaspa77(find them on Instagram) owner spoke English and we got a 2 hour package special for $143.00(USD) WOW!!! Excellent experience!!! Highly recommend if you are sore and tired from all the walking!

Limousine Bus 6015(only goes to and from the airport) is just to your right when you walk out of the guesthouse(1min)

Hoehyeon Train Station (underground) is 5 min walk also to your right as you exit and walk further to Seoul Station is .7mile(8 min walk) also to your right.

I really liked my time here. The couple that run the guesthouse are very friendly and their English was good. I felt cared for :)
The room was small but functional.
While the bed was hard, after a long day of exploring the city it didn’t really matter. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, juice and coffee. I think this was perfect. It was also nice to interact with other people staying at the guesthouse. The rooms are not very soundproofed but if you wear earplugs this doesn’t really matter. I also felt very safe and was not worried about myself or my stuff at all. The guesthouse is literally right beside one of the subway stations so getting around was super easy. There were lots of shopping options nearby, and some eating, with further eating options a simple train ride away. I would be likely to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul :)

Overall the 24Guesthouse Myeongdong Town was comfortable and nice. The staff working there are kind and helpful and the room has everything you need. I liked how I had my own bathroom and shower and hair dryer and a tiny fridge. The only downside were the towels..they kindly give you a bunch of towels but they didn't smell very good. There was kind of a bad smell to them so I used my own that I brought. However that is minor compared to everything else. This place is excellent, comfortable, and in a great location so I do recommend it.

Near Hoehyeon station, easy to access

It is really convenient and easy to access from the Incheon airport. We just take the Airport Limousine Bus 6001 which cost 15000 won and get off at Namdaemun market (Hoehyeon station). Just a few minutes walk then we saw the guesthouse in front of us. The staffs are nice and they could speak fluent english. The room is comfortable. We would like to stay here when we go to seoul next time.

Convenient, central hotel with good transport link

The hotel is about 1 hour from Incheon airport via the limousine bus (15000 won to Namdaemun Market stop). From there it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel and it was easy to find for us (google map what the main entrance looks like or you might miss it!) The staff speak English well and checking in was easy. The room key is quite large so make sure you have space in your bag to carry it when out and about. The room was small but expected. We stayed 4 nights which is probably the max length of stay. Any longer we'd recommend staying somewhere a bit bigger.

There is no storage for clothes etc. but there are hooks and hangers on the wall. We just used our suitcase to store our clothes.

The bed was very firm and hard so forces you to sleep on your back - sleeping in any other position is uncomfortable. It's good for your back though I guess, but no chances to get comfy.

The hotel occupies one floor and the rooms are not sound proof. Can easily hear next door talking and showering etc. If you have the air con it is generally OK and muffles some noise.

The corridor has lots of useful information pinned on the walls and leaflets available. Info on how to get to the airport (in case you forgot) and places to explore in Seoul. Take your time to look at the info, if not the staff are very helpful!

The bathroom is a wetroom and a bit on the small side but is OK if only for a short trip. Please note that you have to put all toilet paper in the bin which can be a shock at first!

洗濯機の場所やスーツケースの預け方などについて翻訳アプリで尋ねたところ、スタッフの方もアプリを使って丁寧に説明してくださってとても助かりました
4日間で6～7名のスタッフにお会いしましたが皆さん優しいです

室内もとても清潔で、宿泊するには十分な施設だと思います
タオルはセルフで廊下に積んであるタオルと交換しますが、清潔なタオルでした

ただ韓国全体に言えることですが、トイレの排水がよくなく、3日目で詰まってしまったので星一つマイナスしました
トイレットペーパーは便器に流さない方がいいかもしれません

なお、明洞アベニュー店だと思っていたら明洞タウン店を予約したらしく、現地に着いてから知りました
明洞タウン店には洗濯機はありませんが、朝に洗濯物を預ければ10,000ウォンで夜までに乾燥までやってくれます
最終日は無料でスーツケースを預かってくれますが、ホテルの玄関にスーツケースを置いておくだけなので、戻ったときにちゃんとスーツケースがあるか少しドキドキしました

毎日ベッドメイクをしてくれるようなホテルを望む方には不向きかもしれませんが、値段と立地、清潔感を総合すると★5つです
また利用したいと思います

A recepcionista, ao chegarmos foi incrível, ajudou localizar mochila esquecida, se preocupou, até encontrar. Quando desligaram o aquecedor, ela nos forneceu cobertores extra. Excelente localização.
Ponto negativo: café da manhã, muito fraco.
Ficar uma noite sem aquecedor, quando fazia frio de 1° foi sofrido

Sin duda lo recomiendo por lo cerca a los lugares de comoras, a muy poca distancia esta la linea del metro que esta a una estacion de la Estacion de Seul y de ahi puedes moverte a cualquier lugar, lo queriamos para dormir y bañar y nos fue muy bien sin duda regresaria, el desayuno es ligero para que no esperes un bufet, lo suficiente para no salir con el estómago vacio, y si llegas entrada la noche solo avisa y te diran como hacer para que entres, Nora, el hotel esta en el piso 10,

帰国便が朝7：40金浦空港発で、ソウル駅始発の電車に乗りたくて（5：20）ここは駅近だったので選びました。最寄駅は会賢駅6出口ですが、ソウル駅からも歩いて10分くらいです。朝食付きですが、トースト（イチゴジャムしかなかった）とシリアルだけです。コーヒーは24時間飲めるのかと思いきや、機械の音がうるさいので21時までの使用です。朝食時間（8時半から10時）以外は砂糖ミルクは撤去されてしまいます。私としてはこの8時半からというのは遅すぎる。で、部屋の中では食べてはいけない（どんな食べ物も）ルールがあります。食べ物は全て廊下で。基本ベットメイクはなし、部屋の鍵は滞在中は自分で持っている、ごみはチェックアウト時に玄関の前のごみ箱に捨てる。トイレットペーパーは流してはいけないので缶にたまったら自分で玄関前の汚物入れに捨てる。部屋のエアコンは良く効いていた。シャワーと便器がくっついているので絶対濡れる。隣の人の声やドライヤーの音、足音超聞こえる（うるさい）旅行に慣れた人ならいいと思います。

会賢駅から近く最寄りの出口にはエスカレーターもあります。荷物があってもエレベーターがあったので快適に行くことが出来ました。フロントの方は日本語は難しそうではありましたが、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思う施設でした。

立地はとても良いのですが、口コミにあったように壁が薄いので夜中に戻る人たちの会話がうるさくて起きてしまうかも。でも、安く旅行したい方や寝るだけという方なら全然大丈夫です。
次回１人ならこちらにするかも。

A nice location and convenient accommodation

It was very convenient and nice accommodation very close to the 会賢 station. The room was not so big but enough to stay for a few days. Free breakfast was nice too.

駅からすぐのとても便利なゲストハウスです。
部屋の壁が薄く大きな声で話せませんが、慣れれば気になりませんでした。朝ご飯無料なのが嬉しいサービスでした。オーナーの方もとても親切でチェックアウト後に荷物も預かって頂き快適な旅でした。
