La plupart des chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres donc pour la vue sur le palais, on repassera. Les murs sont humides et tâchés de moisissure + ils sont très fins donc vous entendez vos voisins ronfler. Salle de bains minuscules avec robinet qui fuit;

Point positif : les propriétaires sont sympas. Machine a laver, cafetière, micro-ondes et plaque chauffante à dispo.

Tiny room but that’s to be expected from a Guesthouse. Price is right for those traveling on a budget. Room was very clean and conveniently located by the city hall subway stop lines 1 and 2). Third floor so look up to spot the Guesthouse sign.

We chose a room with bunk beds. Nicer ones available but this one was fine for my wife and I. Management (Mr. Lee) was very accommodating.

Free washing machine with detergent. Small and adequate kitchen in common area. Coffee machine w free instant coffee.

however...

-Though it was clean, room had a lingering funky smell and the walls had some old stains
-Wall was badly peeling near the window in my room, maybe from water damage?
-ALL the towels smelled like mildew!

The only flaw that was entirely the guesthouse's responsibility was the weird severely peeling wall near the window. The window faces Deoksugung, so this spoiled the view for me. But more importantly, the window in the hallway was fine.

TL;DR
Great location, good value, clean room, but there were some things that looked or smelled bad despite being clean.

Really good location and service by front desk however very small common room and bedroom had strange arrangement - single beds end to end. This wasn’t an “issue” though, and overall the hostel was value for money and very convenient.

Great area, excellent also as a base for Seoul excursion with subway right next to hotel, reasonable restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Front desk people helpful. Bath in not so good condition, Bed ok and clean. Windows of room cannot be opened, AC only cools but does not bring in fresh air from the outside.

Nice Room, Warm floors

The hotel is 1 stop away from Seoul station and is close to exit 1. It was difficult finding the entrance though as it was on a back end street. I stayed in a single bed room and it was spacious and clean with a little black mold on the outer edge of the bathroom glass enclosure. The room was a bit warm though since you are above a Chinese restaurant and you can feel the heat through the floors. Overall i would stay here again if i didn't want to splurge.

Good location

Small room with little place for unpacking suitcases. With breakfast e.g. bread, cup noodles, milk, juice. Free laundry service. No daily housekeeping. Air-conditioning and shower pressure are good. Cleanliness is not very good becoz there are some yellow dirty stains on my bed sheet and some hair on the towels. There is counter staff who can speak in English and Mandarin. Great location in central area near city hall. Very near to City Hall Metro station Exit 1 just go down stair with a few steps.

Great hostel and perfect location, friendly staff and very clean, there are no individual curtains on the dorm beds so I would recommend bringing an eye mask so that you don't get woken up by people going in and out of the room :)

The location is very good. It's just 15 min walk to myeong dong and namdaemun.
There are red leaves under the hotel in november.
The decoration is new and very clean

However, the hotel is very noisy. There are always functions with loud speaker and proclaim.

The room noise isolation is too bad. You can hear others' noise from other room in midnight.

The front desk closed at 11pm and opened at 8am. Only basic breakfast with fried egg and bread provided.

The overall comment is very value for money.

駅が非常に近いため、移動がスムーズにできる点がとてもよかった。

お湯もしっかりと出るので、シャワーも問題なく済ますことができました。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディーシャンプーがそろっていたので、こだわりのない方は特に便利だと思います。

周囲にコンビニ、チキン屋さんやバスキンロビンス、コーヒー、ダイソーもあるため何か必要な時もあまり困らないと思います。

Budgetable choice (High CP value)

1. Late check-in is okay (they will put down the key at front desk)
2. Put the luggage at front desk is welcome
3. Clean and tidy if you accept the unit is small (No hair / dust cannot be found obviously) as we late check-in & check-out early. Take a quick look. (I sometimes become a germaphobe.)
4. Convenient (just few minutes away the railway)
5. Self service at kitchen nearby the front desk as limited space for having fast food in room (a desk & few chairs)

駅から近くてアクセスが便利！

市庁駅の1番出口から歩いてすぐで、2号線も1号線も地下鉄が通ってるのでどこに行くにしても便利でした。ソウル駅が1駅先なので、空港からのアクセスも良かったです。
寝るためだけに利用するなら十分だと思います。
ドミトリールームのベッドはやや硬かったですが、寝れたら良かったので私は問題なかったです。
シャワーは部屋についていて、トイレと洗面台と一体型なので、正直使いにくいです。
大きなゴミ袋を一つ持って行くとトイレを濡らす心配や着替えの服を入れて置いて置けるので、良かったです！
1番だけだったので、個人的には満足でした！

Le positif: pas d'insecte et c'est central. Voilà.

Le négatif:
Je suis arrivé en fin d'après-midi et il n'y avait personne, juste la clé à la \"reception\". Je ne savais pas que c'était une chambre sans fenêtre (non-indiqué lors de la réservation sinon je ne l'aurais pas prise). Quand je suis rentré dans la chambre, il y avait une humidité incroyable et la ventilation de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. De plus le lit n'a pas vraiment de matelas (tellement fin qu'il est inexistant) donc vous dormez sur planche de bois qui n'est même plus droite...
Le lendemain, la ventilation a été réparé et avec la climatisation, c'était un peu mieux mais toujours pas incroyable. Ce soir-là, une grande famille est arrivée et ça a été ultra-bruyant car il faut noter qu'il n'y a aucune isolation. J'ai été obligé d'aller leur demander d'arrêter car il n'y a aucun staff présent à partir de l'après-midi (à la différence d'un autre 24 Guesthouse dans Séoul).

Dans tous les cas, je le déconseille totalement.

Good place near everything in central seoul

The location of the place was near major tourist spots and had everything near it. The room was good for the short stay and the staff members were kind and helpful with any questions. The only downside is that the bathroom was in the shared room, so it wasn’t that easy to use it whenever. I met some wonderful people at the hostel and made some new friends aswell.

เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้ามากๆ และใกล้ที่เที่ยวหลายแห่งแค่เดินไม่กี่ก้าว คือ วัง ศาลาว่าการโซล และยังเดินไปจตุรัสฮวางฮามุน พระราชวังเคียงบกได้ด้วย ห้องพักโดยรวมสะอาด มีติดที่เดียวคือผ้าขนหนูบางและเหม็นอับมาก

딸 아이와 단 둘이 여행이었어요. 창문이 없어서 좀 갑갑했구요. 수건에 냄새가 좀 심해요. 수건이 딱딱하구요. 건조기에서 말리지 않나봐요. 게스트 하우스니 감안하고 지냈구요. 화장실이 좁지만 물은 잘나와서 잘 씻었어요. 창문있는 방으로 옮길껄 후회되었어요. 체크아웃하고 짐을 맡겨두고 이곳저곳 다닐수 있어서 편한 여행이었어요.
에어컨이랑 화장실 배기구가 더러워서 닦을려다가... 그냥 뒀어요. 끝도 없을것 같아서.

พนักงานต้อนรับอย่างดี เคยมาพักแล้วลืมเสื้อไว้ เค้าเก็บไว้ให้ด้วย ประทับใจมากๆ มีตู้น้ำดื่ม มีตู้เย็นกลางขนาดใหญ่ มีไมโคเวฟ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเยอะมาก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน ใกล้ป้ายรถเมล์ มีร้านสะดวกซื้อและร้านอาหารใกล้ๆโรงแรม ทำเลดีมากๆ ไปเกาหลีก็จะไผพักที่นี่อีกครับ

추위에 강하신분만 가능한 숙소입니다

도미토리는 추우니 추가요금 지불하면 따뜻한 싱글방을 쓸 수 있다고 하여 추가 요금 지불도 했건만 방바닥이 차가워 슬리퍼를 착용해야했고 밤새 보일러를 틀어주지않아 추워서 개인소장 이불까지 들고와 겨우 잠을 청할수 있었습니다
보일러 틀기 아까우면 전기 장판이라도 제공하든가 추워서 잠못잔 숙소는 처음ㅜ

가장 좋았던 건 룸 업그레이드해주신거였어요!

정말 궁 안에 들어와있는 것만 같았네요 ㅋㅋ

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน City Hall (แต่ต้องยกกระเป๋าขึ้นบันได) สามารถเดินไปเมียงดงได้ (ประมาณ 2-3 ป้ายรถเมล์) มี GS25 ร้านอาหาร และร้านกาแฟ เกสเฮ้าส์อยู่ชั้น 3 มีลิฟต์ (แต่ถ้าคนเฝ้าไม่อยู่อาจจะมีคนอื่นขึ้นมาได้) ในห้องมีผ้าขนหนูผืนน้อย ครีมอาบน้ำ ยาสระผม ครีมนวดผม พื้นมีฮีทเตอร์(พื้นร้อนเกือบตลอดเวลา) ห้องน้ำสะอาด3/5 มีรอยต่อสติ๊กเกอร์ที่มองลอดเข้าไปได้ อาหารเช้า ขนมปัง แยม เนย คอนเฟต นม มีตู้เย็นส่วนกลาง สตาฟโอเคคุยภาษาอังกฤษได้ค่ะ

직원이 카운터에 잘 없다.. 전화도 안받음. 체크인 체크아웃은 셀프로 하면 됨. 시티뷰에서 묵었는데, 외풍이 심했다...추워요. 비누는 따로 없으니 챙겨가길 바랍니다. 그것들 외에는 괜찮았어요.
참, 제가 갔을 때는 시위가 있어서 낮에는 시끄러웠습니다. 밤에는 조용했어요. 참고하시길 바립니다.

違う店舗に何軒か泊まったことがあるが、ここが１番清潔感に欠けていました。
また部屋が暑くても窓がないことから温度調節が難しく、寒い季節だったのに寝苦しかった。
駅からは近かったのでその点はよかった。

디럭스 트윈룸이었는데 다른곳 보다는 넓은 느낌이고 역에서도 가깝고 조용해서 좋았습니다만, 냉장고가 청소가 안되었는지 열었는데 맥주냄새가 심해서 사용을 못했네요ㅠㅠ 말씀드리려다가 발견한 시간이 늦어서 말씀을 못드렸는데 이런 부분도 꼭 확인해서 청소해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 그 외에는 전반적으로 만족이요!

3泊4日のひとり旅で利用させていただきました。
駅からすぐということ、旅行中に利用した施設からも徒歩圏内という立地が良いゲストハウスでとてもありがたかったです。

室内はスーツケースを広げるだけでいっぱいになりますが、寝るだけと考えれば充分だと思います。
設備の面では、洗面台を使用していると下から水が漏れてきてびっくりしました。よく見るとシャワー室の床と排水溝？の接続部分に隙間があり、そこから蛇口から出た水が全て漏れていました。
あと、コンセントの差込口の設置が緩いのか(触るとカパカパ動いた)、コンセントをさしても充電が上手くいかない(差込口は何ヶ所かあったので相性のいいところを探した)、ドライヤーをするにもコンセントを押さえながらやらないとドライヤーが止まる...というのが残念でした。
ただ先にも言ったように立地が素晴らしいので、また利用させてもらいたいと思います。

一人部屋でしたが、ゲストハウスに初めて泊まりました。移動に便利な所を探して決めましたが、本当に、地下鉄市庁駅を出て目の前のビルの3階で、地図で見たより更に便利な場所でした。廊下の窓からは徳寿宮の交替式も見えました。明洞にも歩いて行けたし、立地は本当に最高でした。チェックインもチェックアウトも、自分でしてねって感じでした。伝達事項が、色々、英語と中国語で書いてありました。スタッフらしき学生っぽい男性を何人か見かけましたが、干渉なしで、4泊しましたが、全く話すことがありませんでした。朝食用に食パンやシリアル、牛乳、オレンジジュース、イチゴジャム、バター？が、受付前のテーブルにドサッと食器と共に置いてありました。電気コンロ？やポットもありました。水のサーバーもありました。ビルの下はコンビニや食堂で、周りにも食べる所もあるのですが、結構みんなゲストハウスで食べているようでした。宿泊客も、国籍多数。子連れの家族らしきグループや、男女のカップルを見かけました。他の方も書かれていましたが、廊下には洗濯物が干してあってたりもして、なんだか物が片付いていない、わしゃわしゃっとした感じで、最初は驚きましたが、ゲストハウスってこんな感じですかね？しかし、意外にうるさくもなく、不潔でもなく、キッチンのシンクもさっぱりしていましたし、部屋の中の水周りも、水垢もなくスッキリ、部屋全体も、ゴミも全くなく綺麗でした。シーツもタオルも古い物でしたが、しっかり洗ってあり不潔ではありませんでした。しかし、部屋の洗面台の排水が直接排水管二流れず、一旦シャワー室の床の排水溝に流れ出るのには、最後まで抵抗感がありました。きっと壊れたままなんじゃないでしょうか？でも、トイレの水もちゃんと流れたし、シャワーも熱いお湯が出たし、床暖房で暖かかったので、ゲストハウスとしつなはコストパフォーマンスは高い方かもしれませんね。ゲストハウスもたまになら良いかなって思いました。

와.. 후기가 왜없는지 알게되었네요. 호텔스 닷컴의 평가에도 악영향.. 무엇하나 마음에드는게 없어요. 이게 공개될지도 의문
1. 더블베드인데 공간이 1평 방이 1평 이런 숙소가 있다는것에 놀랍다
2. 침대위에 무슨 모래가루가 까끌거려 잠도 못잤다
3. 무선wifi 라더니 비번도 안맞음
4. 화장실에 비누도 없다
5. 방에 창문도 안열려서 환기가 안된다
6. 조식이 유럽식이라더니 식빵한개, 잼한개 끝 그걸 외국인여자애들은 먹고 있었음

결론, 최악중에 최악. 호텔스닷컴 앱도 지울거임

細小房間而整潔

鄰近想要到達的景點, 如南大門。入住時整潔度很好。早到了達, 也可安排入住, 但太早還是不行, 因服務櫃檯不是24小時的。有提供免費wifi, 簡單早餐(但我沒有享用)。去了附近訂了已付款飾物的小配件, 旅館願意代收(比2-3支筆的重量)
要注意的是: 完全沒有隔音(半夜聽到頗多而又不自律的旅客發出嘈音), 沖涼後廁所會有積水, 如廁要非常小心水潌mini-bar size的枱面, 而又放滿了雜物.

장점 : 지하철 역에서 내려서 1분거리
단점 : 방음전혀 안됨. 밤에 잘수가 없음. 홀에서 떠드는 소리 또는 옆방소리 때문에 새벽2시~아침7시 까지만 조용함 (방문열면 바로 카운터인 방에 배정됨. 안쪽에도 방이 있는것으로 보임)
무슨소리가 들리든 잘자면 가격대비 좋은편이며, 예민하다면 절대로 가면 안되는 곳

서울시청과 덕수궁이 바로 옆에 위치하고 있어 대중교통 이용에서 편리하고 3층에 위치하고 있어 인근 야간 통행인으로 시끄럽지 않을까 염려하였지만 문제가 되지 않으며 깨끗한 침구류와 깨끗한 실내가 좋았습니다.

クリーンなバックパッカー向けホテル

各国から格安旅行者達が宿泊している。インテリアはポップですっきりしており、掃除もこのクラスにしてはちゃんとしている。セルフサービスでの朝食はほぼ自宅感覚。共有の冷蔵庫に食物を入れて置ける。カウンターのお兄ちゃんは意外に英語がうまい。夜は宿泊客が10時過ぎまでだべっているのが聞こえてうるさい。（夜遅く寝る人は大丈夫だと思うが）部屋は寝るだけなので、何かする際はロビーで過ごすこととなるが、狭くて宿泊客が預けているスーツケースがそこここに置いてあるので乱雑な印象。空調や温水などは不具合無く、トータル的には問題ないホテルだと思う。

遇到的人員都好，但是諸多狀況令人不堪負荷

交通很方便，一分鐘可走入地鐵站，附近超商林立。
純粹因為住宿環境，我們住得很累，每一晚皆有狀況。櫃臺和老闆則都是好溝通的。

第一晚check in, 發現床單上枕頭上有3根頭髮，請櫃臺來看過，因無法及時更換床單，他立即幫忙換房，但說明第二天必須換回原房間。原房間很小，兩行李箱攤開後幾乎沒有走道，而我訂的是 Deluxe double room，比雙床房小得多，但網頁上列的面積平方數是相等。
第二天被換房，我們凌晨回宿，想找出前晚買的宵夜：冰箱裡一整盤豬腳，卻發現不見了....><.... 可能是被房務收走了。也發現洗手台漏水淋漓，腳太靠近有淋濕之虞（我們自備紙拖鞋，房內無拖鞋），很意外還看到幾隻蚋蛾在房內飛。隔壁房客歡笑暢談到兩點多，也可聽得到她們移動行李的聲音，所幸我們有帶來耳塞可入睡。
第二晚就很想發評論了，但是我忍住先睡。第三晚也是凌晨12:20 回宿，打開房門看到一個醉漢在床上，我緊急撥櫃臺上的 Emergency call，數通都沒人接聽...... 淚，隔天要搭機。下樓找保全阿伯，他在電梯裡大聲指責我們為何沒帶鑰匙出去，雖然有上鎖也應該把鑰匙帶出去（這裡以鑰匙鎖門開門），即使我解釋為何鑰匙放在櫃臺所提供的盒裡，阿伯仍激動指責我們。他進房後就大力拍醒醉漢....... 之後一連串的人仰馬翻，讓人身心俱疲。

Manarger幫我們換宿，到新住處時近凌晨3:00，我們謝謝這樣的處理。
遇到的人員都好，但是諸多狀況令人不堪負荷。以後還是會找24hr櫃臺有人的旅館，這是首次入住民宿的經驗。

싼가격에 머무르기 좋음!

공용공간의 청결이 아주좋은정도는 아니며 방의깔끔함과침구는 좋았습니다. 가격적인면도 맘에듭니다!

No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, es un asco

Es un hostel asqueroso, todo sucio, las fotos deben ser de cuando era nuevo. Manchadas las paredes, área de cocina es una inmundicia. La habitación cochina, llena de basura bajo la cama y de pelos en el baño, el colchón es lo más duro en lo que he dormido en mi vida. No desayuné porque tenía que ir al aeropuerto y el desayuno comienza a las 8:00 am. Deberían devolverme el dinero, realmente muy deteriorado, para encontrar la entrada al ascensor que te lleva al hostel hay que navegar por el área porque no está bien señalizado. Hay una estación de metro a pasos, pero en el área no hay ningún panorama en la noche.

지하철에서 너무나 가까워서 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

실내는 넓고 직원도 친절하나 침대 시트가 청결하지 못하네요.
침대 시트만 청결했다면 별 5개 주고 싶었어요.

Great location. good for short stay

벙크트윈은 사진과 달리 매우 좁아요
침대있고 한 사람 서있을 정도 공간있고 그리고 샤워실.
방안에 화장실이 있어서 습하고 창문이 없어 환기가 어려워요. 방문 열면 바로 복도라서 좀 답답했어요.
그러나 에어컨 있어서 덥지는 않습니다
아침은 식빵. 컵라면. 시리얼이에요
위치가 좋아서 짧게 저렴하게 묵기 좋아요

2인 도미토리 이용했습니다.

일단 주인분이 정말 친절하셨습니다! 지하철역에서 3분정도 거리라 접근도 용이하고 침구와 욕실도 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었어요. 조식도 토스트/시리얼/라면 등으로 이용할 수 있어서 간단히 아침식사를 즐길 수 있었습니다.아쉬운 점이 있다면 객실 내에 비치된 수건에서 냄새가 났고, 객실 바닥 청소상태가 그리 좋지만은 않았습니다. 조금 끈적거리고 지저분했지만 비치된 실내화를 이용하니 별 불편함은 없었어요. 제가 이용한 객실은 출입문을 열어두는 것 외에는 따로 환기할 수 있는 방법이 없어서 욕실을 이용한 후 습기 제거가 힘들었네요. 그래도 가격대비 괜찮아 앞으로도 출장갈 일이 있으면 간간히 이용할 것 같습니다.

인근에서 가격대비 최고의 객실

문도 철문이라 든든했고 저는 싱글룸 묵었는데 가격대비 위치랑 시설이 좋은거같아요 시청역 근처 묵어야하는데 호텔은 너무 비싸고 게스트하우스도 싱글룸이 잘 없더라고요. 근방에서는 제일 저렴해서 예약했는데 너무 만족합니다. 체크인 시간도 챙겨주시고 밤늦게 이것저것 물어보는데 너무 친절하게 대답해주셔서 엄청 감사했습니다. 원래 후기 잘 안쓰는데 자면서 아 후기 꼭 써야지 라는 생각이 들더라고요. 방에 쓰레기같은거도 없고 화장실까지 전체적으로 정리는 잘 돼있었습니다. 단점은 방이 추워요ㅜㅜ 그리고 이불에 예민하신분들은 이불이 좀 오래된 느낌이 든다는거 주의하세요 이불이랑 공기에 먼지가 있는데 털수도 없고 환기도 안되고..저는 그냥 하루라 견뎠는데 3일 이상은 힘들거같아요.
