The location is great and the rooms are nice but what really stood out are the lovely staff. Super nice, friendly and attentive. We had the misfortune of not feeling very well one evening and one of the lovely ladies from reception was beyond amazing and helped us out with taxi, spoke to a clinic for us, made sure they spoke english, spoke to the taxi driver. Honestly a lifesaver! We are beyond grateful. Thank you!

Location amazing! Plenty of subway and bus stops nearby to get to your destination.
10-15 minute walk to myeongdong street for delicious street food.
Lastly, amazing staff! I want to especially mention Chris at reception. He went above and beyond for helping me with my crisis. To keep it short, I lost money at the airport and he helped me track it down. Helping me translate over the phone and running around in the rain. The amazing hospitality I received will be enough for me to return in the future.

This hotel is near the tourist area of Myeondong. It offers a great value and very helpful staff. The only downside we observed was the room size. We had a queen with a twin bunk bed on a corner location. It barely had space to accommodate luggages for 4 adults.

However, the room had nice amenities that included a leg massager. We will stay here again if we’re in the area.

The food alley next to it is a Mecca for all the smoking men in the area. They have certain times of day that they all seem to come out to smoke. Not the hotels fault at all, but you will see a lot of cigarette butts; harmless but it is stinky as you walk by

Great stay in Seoul!

Great location, close to many cafes and the night markets. We were on the 6th floor and it was very quiet, couldn't hear any noise outside. Breakfast was simple and pleasant, mostly Korean options but very tasty and nice to have available in the morning, as most food places around here (except cafes) don't open until later. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful throughout stay. I didn't use the laundry facilities but they were conveniently located on the 2nd floor with a vending/change making machine available.

Loved the location—everything is within walking distance! Myeongdong Market, Namdaemun Market, and Gwanghwamun Plaza are all nearby, along with plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are friendly, and communication is easy even if you don’t speak Korean. A great stay overall!

Everything was perfect with the stay! The staff is amazing and always available to help with whatever questions we had throughout the stay. The room was sufficient size and the old cleaning lady was so friendly and good. During our last day, the staff was on site and helping me with the subway route at 1:30 in the morning. On top of this, the hotel name actually suits itself as you can literally go to all the tourist spots within 10-20 mins walking or with a bus(Multiple bus stops near hotel). 10/10 recommended for first time travellers!

The hotel was very central to everything. Bus stop and subway was close by. Tons of restaurants nearby as well as cafes. Walking distance to shopping as well as the Korean palaces. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The rooms were very clean and modern. We travelled with a family of four, with the youngest being 9 years old. We would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again if we return to Seoul.

The property is just as described and shown in pictures. The room is clean with all the amenities needed for a great night’s rest. The hotel is conveniently located in an area surrounded with a ton of restaurants and coffee shops. There’s even a self service laundry on the second floor. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of shopping and myeongdong street food. Skincare and food galore. A special shoutout to the wonderful staff for their exceptional customer service. They are all professionals, polite, respectful, helpful, and speaks excellent English. They allowed us to check in early and helped us arrange for a couple of taxi van to pick us up and go to Seoul Station. They even helped us load the luggages onto the taxi cause the taxi driver was an elderly man. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel is located at a convenient corner at the fringe of Myeongdong and near a few different train lines.

Hotel staff were very understanding, helpful and friendly. My kid had an episode of vomiting in the middle of the night. Although the only staff on duty could not provide more assistance, he tried his best to provide us with extra beddings. The team in the morning helped to arrange another room so that the housekeeping crew can arrange for deep cleaning.

Throughout the process, the staff had been patience and understanding. During checkout, one of the member also remembered to ask if the kid was better. Kudos to the crew!

We stayed here at the end of a two week trip around the country, and it was the right choice. Unexpected highlights - full size towels and two pillows each! Like every other place we stayed, the room had a motion activated light by the door, but it was dim and in the closet space (so it didn't bleed too much into the room during late-night bathroom visits). The staff were all friendly and helpful, and location is great. There are two subways stations within 5 minutes walk, tons of dining options, and it's close to the heart of Myeongdong's shopping center and the start of Cheonggyecheon. The room had nice amenities, Netflix, and was a decent size. My only complaint would be the set-up - the bed was tucked between a wall and a pillar attached to a desk, so we had to crawl in and out of it. We tried the breakfast on our first day, but found the options a bit limited; luckily there is no shortage of places to go in the area. We were on the top floor, so we never heard the sounds of the city, even though the area has an active nightlife. All in all, a great stay for a decent price.

The property provides bottled water on the daily basis as well as slippers for the room, which makes maintenance of the cleanliness easier.
A foot/leg massager was also provided in the room which is very much needed and truly appreciated.

A modern, comfortable hotel in a central part of Seoul My room was very quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. There are many dining options nearby as well as a major metro station. The only negatives were that the room was a little small and the breakfast, while adequate, was not very good value. However, these aspects are not deal breakers and I would stay there again.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Super reasonable, huge space in each room and great staff. Unfortunately my toilet was blocked for 4 days. That was the only major downside. It wouldn't flush. They had to keep coming to unblock but they were nice about it. When I requested to change rooms they asked me to hold out just a bit longer.

This hotel is located in a quiet area but within walking distance from Myeong Dong. I would have given it a 5 stars if it wasn't for the air conditioning issue. Somehow the aircon was very cold in early May even if we set it at a higher temperature. The only way to stop cold air coming out is to shut it off but the thermostat in the room didn't allow the guest to shut it off. I had to call the front desk and they had to do it there because the temperature was managed centrally. That's the weirdest thing about this hotel. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and the beds were nice and firm.

This is a great location. The smoothie stand in front of the hotel is delicious and opens early. There is a phenomenal Italian restaurant around the corner too. The room was spacious with a great rooftop area as well. Close to metro, shopping, and food this is a top choice because it has it all.

The only complaint that I had was the taxi driver from the airport wasn't able to drop us off in front of the hotel because it's located on a side street. However, the area was quiet and had tons of local restaurant options available. The premises was clean. The breakfast was good enough. Will consider returning if we come back to Seoul in the future.

I loved the fact there was a water refill station on each floor...bring your reusable bottle. The hotel was perfect for our family of 3. The room was big enough, clean and had the amenities you would expect. We only had breakfast once but it had a good choice of hot korean choices, eggs, and pastries. The staff were super friendly and helpful both prior to arrival and throughout. It was with walking distance of Myeongdong area with lots of shops and restaurants as well as metro stations and bus stops.
