Very spacious apartment like rooms, clean, great appointments. We initially had a very sunny facing place whiche made it uncomfortably hot. We requested the other side windows f the building for shade. They accommodated our request promptly and made our stay so comfortable! Thank you front desk. S usual very convenient location.

Close to dining options. Pool required a cap but we didn’t know that ahead of time so we were unable to use the facility. Unable to get a taxi in Seoul. The taxi drivers were very rude and kicked us out of their taxi because they didn’t want to take us to our hotel. Staff at the hotel were kind enough to arrange a taxi to the airport.

Great location with walking distance to Myeong Dong shopping, Namdaemun Market, and City Hall. Really good restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. My only complaint is that our room had a bedroom without a window, which is a little strange for me. Our couch also seemed a little stained but we solved that by requesting a sheet and covered it. All in all, I think this is a great hotel and would stay here again.

We stayed there twice in a 8 day visit with a trip to Busan in the middle. Both stays were great and it is very convenient for families who need a bit of extra space. We have a 2BR twin, which nicely had 2 bathrooms as well.

We had a 2br premier twin, It was quite big and very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) It was quiet at night and there was a nice cafe on the 2nd floor. They also had a nice roof garden. The location is very nice and a 5-7 minute walk away from 2 subway lines. There are also sevral concevience stores within a couple blocks to stock your refrigerator. The staff was courteous as well. There was a pool , which looked nice, but we didnt get around to using it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a decent hotel, but needs a bit extra room, It is great for families.

This was one of the very few hotels that had a spa/jijimbang in the hotel. the hotel was close to 3-4 train stations. We found, however, there was about a 5-10 min walk to the actual train, so the walk to seoul station was about 5 mins, but once we got down there, we also had to walk for an additional 5-7 mins to get to our train.

laundry in our 2bdroom apt was a fantastic! Although we didn't cook in the kitchen, the microwave was very convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms are spacious and have all of the necessary amenities. If you plan to visit a pool, please bring a swimming cap or you can purchase one at the reception. Unfortunately, I have found previous visitor’s stuff in the draws (tissues and a used hand cream), but it is not a big deal. Also, dressing gowns were not changed and when placed on the floor for the cleaning staff, those were never replaced, but again a very minor note. Please be advised that there is no coffee machine in the room (just a kettle), but you have an access to the coffee shop on the lobby floor which is open late and staff there is extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall positive experience and the hotel is definitely solid 4 stars.

Perfect location to get to everywhere. A big market in a walking distance. Close to the main attractions— Myungdong and Kwanghwamoon plaza. Very safe to walk around. Kitchen and laundry machine were small but met our needs. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were highly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend travelers who want to explore downtown Korea.

This place is centrally located closer to all major attractions in Seoul. Very easy walk to the palaces, city hall, shopping areas. I stayed at one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. I recommend this place to everybody.

The hotel and its runnings was great. Orders us a taxi and the end of our stay, great green policy. It’s just small things like the toilet/bathroom combo.
The space for the bathroom (shower and toilet) was small. The shower took up half the space then the toilet 1/4 so you only had a small space to move. Then the sink was outside of the door.
The room was generally fine, however the AC was a little loud, I even confused it as the traffic noise outside for a while. The cleanliness was fine too.

Spacious room. Loved that we could move around without bumping into each other. We did not use the kitchen because we stayed only for 1 night, but will consider the hotel for a longer stay in the future. Also it’s conveniently located near the Seoul Station which was a short taxi ride. Saved us the headache of lugging multiple suitcases around. Staff was ultra friendly. Shout out to Joy who helped us find a late night dinner and helped order our food when after all nearby restaurants were closed. Room could benefit with a bit of an upgrade in the furnishing.

Love that the suite was large, was really nice to have such a large space after staying in Japan for a week. Location is definitely central but the hotel is older and needs some work. I didn’t use the facilities but saw that there was a pool and several restaurants on site. There were some areas that could have used a good cleaning but overall decent stay. I have never stayed in a one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Staff was nice and helpful, Coffeebean access in lobby was nice.

We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could've stayed longer. Our room has all the things we need for our short stay- well-equipped mini kitchen and a small coffee/dining table for my husband and I. The room is spacious, bed comfy. We visited the pool/gym area and wished we had a chance to use it but we were short on time. Will consider this hotel again if we ever have a chance to back in Seoul as it is close to pretty much everything.

My husband and I stayed here for 16 nights, in the 1 bedroom deluxe apartment on the 13th floor. It was an amazing stay overall and we would highly recommend this place to our friends.
The unit was very spacious with a separate lounge/dining area as well as a separate bedroom, and had lots of storage space for our clothes, coats and bags (and shopping). The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and even had a washing machine. The bathroom was also very spacious and ventilated well. The location is also amazing, being very close walking distance to 3 major stations and a bus station across the road, meaning public transport was super easy.
The only negative was that the cleaning ladies come around very early in the morning, at times around 9am, so we had to kindly ask them to come back later. Other than that, nothing to fault! We will definitely stay here again.

Check in and check out were fast. The staff were courteous, helpful and spoke English very well.

Our Queen Studio was clean with a very comfortable bed. The dresser drawers were a bit scuffed up, which made the room a bit worn-looking. Our shower door also screeched something awful when I opened and closed it. The bathroom itself was small, functional and clean. The air-conditioner and all the appliances worked well. I was also glad to open a small window and enjoy fresh air.

The lobby, connected to a Coffee Bean, has comfortable armchairs and is a good place to relax. There is a CU convenience store behind the hotel as well. The children's room, billiards room, and deli on the second floor were unfortunately closed because of COVID-19. Thankfully, the swimming pool and fitness center were open. They were well managed. We felt safe there.

We ate only once at their First Floor restaurant, but it was an excellent dinner. Very comfortable atmosphere and properly socially distanced. The food was delicious!

The parking garage was a little hard to find at first, but it's easy to get around with four floors of spaces underground. Going back and forth between our room, the elevator, and the garage was very convenient. Parking validation was no problem. Bus stops are right in front of a hotel.

Fraser Place was a very nice place to get away for the weekend with our toddler.

Second time staying here and I've liked it both times. Staff are very polite. We splurged and got the very large room so that was great. Also, the fact that dogs are permitted was very nice. We have never checked out the sauna or pool so I can't comment on those amenities.

Upstairs noise was too annoying. The front desk suggested another room which was down graded one. And the shower room and the floor were too dirty. And especially bidet was not cleaned at all!!!!

We reserved a deluxe (larger) room and it was very spacious. Bathroom is quite large and clean as well. Bed was also very comfortable. A couple of small issues: a few lights were not working and while I'm sure the sheets had been washed, they have a couple of small stains on them.

The air conditioning has to be managed because it couldn’t turn on at night when the room is too warm to sleep so we opened the window to sleep. I think it could be more cleaned especially bathroom. we called the front desk for late check out but I received 12pm call and 12:30 call for checking out which they haven’t checked my schedule properly.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Loved the room, it was very clean and super quite. Did not hear neighbors or elevators at all and felt very private which I enjoyed the most. Elevator was fast, staff friendly and very helpful w everything. Would definitely stay again for next trip.
