Great hotel for a short stay. We did 4 nights in Seoul and the hotel is one train from the airport and super close to the station.

A little loud due to some construction happening but could happen anywhere. We also made use of the washing machines which are free you just bring your own detergent. Would stay again but only for a short few days any longer and would want more space in the room itself.

This is a good little hotel. Very quiet and I felt safe both walking around the hotel and inside even though there wasn't a desk attendant when I was coming and going (you're provided a code to access the hotel). The rooms are small but not claustophobic and spotlessly clean. I appreciated having the microwaves in the basement for my late-night ramen.

Even though you can practically see the hotel from Seoul station, where the pedestrian walkways (you'll have to cross around 11 roads) are situated means the walk is actually 10 or 15 minutes to the hotel. And the incline to the hotel is pretty substancial. But it's still an excellent location and you can't beat the price for that location.

On a steep hill so take caution if you have heavy luggage, old age, or with small children planning on walking. Location is very safe since it is right next to the police station. Easy access to transportation fron Seoul Station, bus or subway. Plenty of food and shopping options from Seoul Station. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is a bit outdated, our AC was leaking water. Overall, good place to stay.

It's not flashy, but it's fine and very cheap. Paid £33 the night before my one-night stay. The room was OK, but they oddly have a basket of small hand towels, and they don't provide bath towels. Also they have a basket of \"free earplugs\" on their reception counter which is concerning when you see it but it's because construction around there. There is a communal kitchen in the basement, meant to have free juice and tea but there was nothing when I was there. WiFi is fine.

Basically, if you need somewhere quick and cheap to stay near to Seoul Station (which is where the rail to/from Incheon Airport goes), this is fine.

Do finally note though, it's on a short but surprisingly steep hill.

The air conditioner had water leaking problem. You only can wash and dry your clothing 10am to 7pm, which are your sightseeing hours. The bathroom and the showing room combined to one room, so after you took shower, the toilet was all wet; Also, when one of your family is taking shower, you can’t use the restroom. Horrible experience!

Overall for the price, very satisfied. A little hard at first to find since its up a hill, but very convenient. Would stay here again if I had a one night stay and just wanted to be walking distance to Seoul Station. They had a coffee machine, shared fridge, business center and laundry machines in the basement .

Booked this hotel due to 3 beds and proximity to Seoul Station as we took KTX up to Seoul and were going to take subway to Incheon Airport. So perfect location. It does have a great location since it's near the Palace, NamDaeMun(South Gate), Myeong Dong, bunch of museums and subways. Next door is an office building with basement food court. Seoul Station has bunch of restaurants and department store. However Room was quite cramped and there was a construction right next door.

The location was great, easily accessible to the train station along with the Lotte to grab necessities. With the added bonus of the basement level to heat food and the ability do laundry (between 10a-7p)
Towels were kinda small, but workable. Over all a good property. We plan on stay here again in the future.

It is difficult to find the correct way to access. I could not find the route and it took more than 20 min in cold midnight. The room is too small and shower space and toilet are not clean. No bath towel, no desk, no enough space to open a medium size suitcase.

Hotel is right outside exit 10 of Seoul station which is great if you arriving to Seoul by AREX. Room was small but clean. One thing to note is that the towels we were given were small (like hand towels instead of bath towels). I only stayed there for one night so I didn’t mind, but if you are staying longer I would suggest to bring a bigger one.

Rooms are small but cozy and clean. Staff (owner?) super nice and very good English is spoken.

Basic amenities are provided. Bed comfort is satisfactory. Good wifi.

Dislikes: no work station/table/chair in the room for laptop working but there is a lounge in the basement that can be used.

Parking: I was able to park fine but it seems like there are only a few parking spots so if more than a handful of guests bring their cars it might be a problem (not sure about this, maybe they have extra spaces somewhere?)

Overall, very good value and very good location. Recommended! :-)

The room is so tiny. Me and my friend could barely open our bags. It is not a well equipped hotel. Location is convenient, but you have to walk a bit. If you have lots of luggage I would not recommend this place. Noisy street with older people hanging around there day and night, sometimes drunk. I wouldn't say it's unsafe but you should be cautious.
Would not stay here again if I can avoid it.

A handful of BTS photos in the basement makes the hotel \"k-pop\".
Quite a few drunk people/homeless people gathered every night near the hotel and did shout a lot at each others and/or other people

Overall it was a pleasant experience. It is within 5 minutes walk from Seoul Station exit 10 but the only problem I had was that there is no elevator after you got off from the subway elevator. There is another stairs which lead to the main road. Since there was no elevator, I had to carry my 20KG luggage up the flight of stairs.
Room is very small. You can barely open a big size luggage. However, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is value for money for the budget if not for the stairs I had to climb up.

We needed to get an airport transfer early the next day, so this hotel is one of the closest to Seoul station. Twin room was an OK size considering the size constraints of such a big city. However, the beds were the shortest twins I've ever slept in, perhaps only 170cm long.

Low cost accommodation in a well run hotel, essentially across the street from Seoul Station. There is a steep climb of about half a block from the main street to the hotel. The rooms are tiny and breakfast is pretty basic but this is a good hotel.

Pleasant Stay for a night

It took me 2 minutes to find this hotel, when I came out from Exit 10 of Seoul Station. You will need to climb a little steep hill to reach the hotel. You will need to check in at the counter, fill up some personal particulars on the form provided. This hotel has lift access to every floor of the hotel premise, so it's convenient for people with luggage. Do take note that this hotel is not near to any convenient store, nearest will be Paris Baguette. If you need drinks or snacks, do get it in advance. My room has a private bathroom, would suggest solo traveller to take up the double room, for ample space. My room has a small fridge, but the hotel only provide 1 bottle of water. It was ok for me. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the famous Lotte Mart, after crossing a few traffic lights.

tiny, tiny room, uncomfortable bed. Had to request towels. Outlets were in bad shape. Only had one old fashioned room key, so we couldn't split up. Breakfast slim and only served until 8 am. Central location next to Seoul Station, but dingy block up the hill from police station. Would perhaps stay again if traveling alone, too small for more than one person.

The location and price of this hotel was the real attraction. Located at Exit 10 from the metro and KTX station, it was very accessible for us to get around exploring. Room was tiny and basic but all we needed to sleep at night. Shower, toilet and basin all together in a tiny cubicle - BYO towel if you like something a bit bigger than a hand towel to dry yourself. Free wifi and basic breakfast (cereal, toast, juice, coffee/tea) included in price.

I had a smooth check in at 10pm. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The reception spoke good English and was very helpful. Late check out was possible with additional fee on the spot. The hotel is just next to one of the exits of Seoul station and within walking distance to Seoul Lotte Mart - perfect for shopping.

A place for no more than 2 nights

As expected is a small room, but the cleanliness is terrible. Hair on pillow, double eyelid tape near the mirror, leftover dried liquid spots on the table...Also the air conditioning keep changing modes which is quite noisy for you to fall in sleep as the room is tiny. Surprised me the hotel is still using keys to open & lock the door, and with a big plastic thing to allow electricity passing through. Steep slope is true, not that terrible for me but there are homeless drunk people nearby. Police station is right next to hotel but you won't feel so comfortable as a foreigner. Even my Korean friends think that's dangerous too.

Hotel is very close to Seoul station, exit 10, but a steep climb. This would be difficult if you had large or multiple luggage pieces. However, it was conveniently close to the station. The surrounding area was not very pleasant, as there are always Korean men drinking across the street, but they don't bother you. However on the last night, a fight broke out. Noise carries through the rooms, so you can hear the showers going in the neighbouring room or noise from the street. Room was more spacious then most Asian rooms. Bed linens were clean, however towels were worn. Room needs to be painted and there were small ants. Washroom was clean, but only shampoo and body wash provided. It was convenient to have breakfast available in the mornings. This included bread, cereal, jam and butter. You could have the coffee and juices freely throughout the day. Wifi was good.

Perfect stay as it is at the seoul main station. Superb connectivity by bus and train to all sights in Seoul and around. The staff are friendly and speak english perfectly. Some light breakfast is available to get the day started. The rooms are cosy and bathroom has no flooding etc issues.

The external parts of the building, the \"lobby\" and the hallways are actually pretty nice. However the actual room was incredibly small (maybe 10 feet by 12 feet). For 2 twin beds it was very cramped. However, if you are looking for just a quick overnight stay and not planning on staying longer...this might be an ok place. The location is very convenient for people using the train station.

Easy Access, Easy on the Budget

Was in for a short, solo, trip. Was looking for a great location for sight seeing and access to public trans without costing an arm and a leg. This place is a step up from a hostel and has the minimum of what you need to be comfortable, especially if you don't plan to be in the room much. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which I was incredibly thankful for! Hotel felt safe as a solo female traveler. Right beside Seoul Station, food, and shopping. Would say this is a perfect place to stay in Seoul if you are wanting to see a lot on a budget without a lot of time!

It's right across the Seoul station, but no taxi comes to that area. Hotel is not clean. The location sucks.
