You pay what you get…the place itself is in a be re central location , you’re right by Seoul station. However if you are carry heavy suitcases, keep in mind they don’t have elevators so I had to lug my suitcases up 3 floors. The bed itself was comfortable but the showers had mould everywhere. No bad smells in the room though.

Great location since it's less than a 5 minute walk to Seoul Station. Also right infront of Exit 13 and 14 of Seoul Station. It's a bit noisy outside with traffic sounds but they do provide earplugs if that's a problem for you. The biggest thing is NO ELEVATOR so keep that in mind if you have heavy suitcases or multiple bags to carry. You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to enter the hotel. The bathroom is a wet bathroom with the sink connected to the shower head. Always stays wet inside but they provided wet slippers to use. Staff were friendly upon check in. I had an issue with my credit card not working but the staff worked diligently to make sure my payment went through. The biggest pro about the hotel is location and convenience via subway and bus. The biggest con is no elevator.

This place is a convenient choice if you’re looking to be right next to Seoul station. However, with its price per night there are better options that offer a lot more amenities. There is no washroom available prior or after check out. There is no breakfast available and the homeless shelter is next store. Also, the mattress is rock hard. Maybe some things to consider when booking here.

The hotel is located starting on the 3rd floor of a building that has no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights. My plastic bathroom shower curtain was moldy, and not just a little. There were the same trash bags on the third floor landing outside the hotel entrance for the entirety of my 3 day stay. There are many unhoused people who sleep around and on the stairs of the building entrance. They use a room freshener that is too strong, so I had to keep the windows open. The staff was friendly and the room bedding was clean.

Prior to going to the hotel & reading so many negative reviews I thought of cancelling - I was expecting the worst.
The hotel was excellent. Thoroughly clean - bathroom was spotless. Had all the amenities of a modern hotel. Yes bathroom floor gets wet but they provide footwear so your feet don't get wet.Yes it is smallish but there's room for everything. There are two short flights of stairs up to reception (not climbing Mt Everest)- contrary to reports well lit & roomy. People just need to get over themselves.
Very well priced & so close to Seoul Station. An excellent place to stay - highly recommended.

Honestly pretty gross and waaaay too expensive for the size of the room and condition of everything. No elevator and on the 3rd floor. Smelled weird. Very loud with street noise and other guests stumbling in late in the evening. Thin walls. We stayed here for proximity to Seoul station, but the metro in Seoul is very easy and quick. I would recommend staying farther away and taking the metro to Seoul station in the morning.

The property was very unfriendly, there is no elevator and the hotel is in the 3rd and 4th floor and its very difficult when you hace big luggage. And important thing to know is that breakfast is not included, they dont even have a proper space for it. The treatment is very rude and they have like 20 rules to follow. If you want them to clean your room you have to ask for it. Its well located but there are many homeless right outside the hotel. THE WORST, NO ELEVATOR!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near Seoul station (Exit 13 and 14). Room was clean and provided the basic necessities. The slightly down side for me were that there was no chair in the room (understandably due to the small space) and the blinds were not effective at all, hence the light enters the room and it was bright around 6-7am, so it is very harsh for light sleepers.

No elevator and it's a 3rd floor location. Described as having elevator in hotels.com. Very basic room, no kettle or cups. There is a small dining area if you want to get hot or cold water or eat something. Room does get street noise and gets damp if windows stay close. Staff is helpful though, carried my bag down the 3 flights.

Great location with quick access to Seoul Station's subway and train lines. Exits 13 and 14 of Seoul Station are right next to the hotel. Note though that if you have heavy luggage or have difficulty going up stairs, there is no elevator to the hotel on the 3rd floor of the building. Rooms are small by western standards and the shower is standing only (no tub or curtain and drain goes right to the bathroom floor). Good value for the price and location though.

Awesome stay!

Very clean and nice hotel. Location within 1 minute of Seoul Station line 4. Easy to take a taxi. Room is sufficiently large for a family of 3 with few luggages and stroller. Most importantly, the staff is really nice and super helpful to carry out luggages up down the staircase. Will definitely stay here again in the future trip.

Location is great if you’re looking to stay by the Seoul station. It’s a 5 minute walk to Seoul station, otherwise, there are subway entrances right outside the door. Outside on the sidewalk and up the staircase is a bit dirty, but once you enter into the premises the place is clean and well maintained. If your window is facing the street and you open it, you’re bound to have the smell of cigarette smoke come into your room every once in a while. The beds are pretty comfortable. They’re much better than others I slept on. Breakfast is also nice (options are bread, eggs, cereal, juice, and coffee) but sometimes it can get crowded in the morning so just be patient.

You definitely get what you pay for. Don't expect to have lots of room service or whatsoever but front desk staff are very accommodating with your needs. Enough space and clean. Best location ever! It is very close to the Seoul station and accessible to everything. Loved our stay.

Jun, you were right! Hongdae is way better than Myeongdong! It is lots of fun! Also, our theory was right that the street foods in Myeongdong only comes out in the weekend. Thanks for our late night chats my friend and I enjoyed your company.

Sean, thanks for helping us find things places and recommending great locations. Garuso Gil in Gangnam gave us the european vibe and Seoullo was pretty cool its like a garden on a bridge in the middle of the city.

The hotel was pretty basic and the area it was located in was not the best (lots of homeless), but was only a few minutes walk to the main train station, and there was a subway entrance right out front. Staff were fantastic and helpful, great WiFi connection and the bed was really comfortable.

1. stairs case entrance looks old and dark on the floor. It make me feel uncomfortable on the 1st day when i arrived the hotel. Very bad location because surrounded by the drunk and homeless people.
2. kitchen & lounge arrangement is messy with printer and monitor put on the bar table. This things is occupied the bar table and during the morning there is not enough table for the guests to get their the seats for the breakfast.
3. Transparent Window blinds in the room make me cannot continue to sleep when the sunlight is coming in at the morning 6 am. Noisy because near to the main road and it is 3rd floors.

We needed to stay near the train station for one night to catch an early train to Busan and K-Grand Hotel had a great price and is within walking distance to the train station. Very friendly service and clean, basic rooms. One small note, the hotel is located in the 3rd and 4th floors of a building with no elevator, we had no trouble with this but it might depend on the number and weight of your bags.

However, note that the guesthouse is at 3rd floor and there is no elevator to take you & luggage up. I recommend this place for light traveler.

Location is very good to catch KTX train. There is no lift to access to the hotel. It is located on the 3rd Floor. You need to carry your luggage by climbing up the stairs. Once you get to the 3rd Floor to get your key to the room. If your room is locate on the 3rd Floor you do not have to climb up the stair but if you booked on the 4th Floor you need to climb up the stair with you luggage. If you are not a strong person with good leg. Do not book this hotel.

Good location but not suitable for more than 2 nights stay. Only provide housekeeping for more than 3 nights stay.
We stayed there for 5 nights, only change all the towel and throw rubbish, did not change our bed sheet at all.

Breakfast only provide cereal and bread. if u go after 9am, only left cereal and did not top up for bread.

Hotel staff quite friendly, but unable to provide any travel information.

Room is very small, do not have any shelf to put luggage on top.

乗り継ぎのため、ソウルで一泊するために利用しました。大通りに面している部屋になるとうるさいですが、真夜中には車通りも減るので神経質でなければ問題ありません。エレベーターがあれば申し分ないのですが、ホテル3階までの階段が治安が悪そうなのが残念です。歩いて8分ほどの南大門銭湯に行ったのでシャワーは使ってません。掃除してくれたのだろうけど、洗面所が水浸しでした。寝るだけなら駅から近いしコスパは良いです。

基本上是一間賓館。此住宿並沒有電梯，需要行兩層至3樓才能到達住宿reception, 並需要走到走廊最尾處打開一對小門再走一層樓梯才到被編配的房間。所有樓梯均有異味，並且有小昆蟲飛來飛去。 4樓的飲水機也有蒼蠅伏在出水處，旁邊的垃圾桶亦不是每日會有人清理，會有垃圾堆積。

酒店房間也有小昆蟲，床舖尚算整潔，廁所不是乾濕分離，部份地方亦有霉菌滋生。最大問題是窗簾完全不能遮光，基本上早上六時天開始光，整個房間都是光燦燦的。而且房間牆壁很薄很應聲，外邊的車聲及人聲都聽得很清楚。而且我住的整整四晚完全沒有人執拾房間。基本上是一個極度差的住宿體驗。

我訂的時候需要五百多港元一個晚上。我上網查看最便宜的時候也需要三百多港元一晚，這個價錢我也覺得非常不值得。

ホテルフロントが3階でエレベーターがなく、大変というは口コミをみて知りましたが、私が指定された部屋が4階でフロントから廊下を歩き奥の非常階段のような狭く薄暗い階段をあがり部屋にたどり着く感じでした。非常に不便。チェックイン前にキャリーケースを預ける事もできましたが、フロントスタッフの方がこちらの名前を聞く事もなく、フロント後ろのスペースに置いといてと言われるだけで、スタッフが触ることもなく、無くなっても自己責任感があり、とても不安でした。夜戻ってきて無事ありましたが。この対応は初めてで驚きました。トイレとシャワーの間にカーテンは無くびしょ濡れになります。エアコンの排水がトイレの横にあるので常に濡れていました。ベッドは綺麗で問題なく使えました。ネトフリも見れました

他の方もおっしゃっていた通りホテル入口(フロント)が階段で３階に上がった所なので、荷物が多い方や重い方は不便かも。ちょっと前に膝を痛めた私としてはなかなかしんどかったです。

お部屋はそれなりにキレイにしてあり、最低限度の設備はあるかなって所ですね。
日本のビジネスホテルほどの設備やサービスは無いのでこの値段かなぁと思います。
朝食付きったありましたが、無かったです。冷蔵庫に２本の水は入ってました。

クーラーから出る水がトイレ＆お風呂に流すようになっていたため水浸しでビックリしめした。
ワイドパンツの人は気をつけましょう。

他の人のドアの開け閉めがバタンバタンしてうるさいかな。

3F受付で階段無しは気合が必要で大荷物だとマイナスだが、必要指定限の部屋と価格、何しろソウル駅徒歩3分が最強で、免税適当のロッテマートがあるのも便利。利便性、宿コストを抑える旅にはアリ。自分の部屋は窓が小さかったので大丈夫だったが、大通りと線路に挟まれた建物なので音が気になる人は注意。

隣の部屋の韓国人女性が深夜から朝方まで大声で話していて一睡も出来ずでした。それ以外はコスト面考えたら完璧。

ソウル駅を起点にしたかったため選びました。
写真より薄暗く心配になりましたが、イベント等で寝るだけであれば心配ありません。
人通りが少ないですがコンビニも近くにあるし治安は悪くない。
階段があるビル自体が入った瞬間からたばこ臭い。
ホテルに入るとたばこ臭は無く芳香剤が強め。
シャワーを浴びるとトイレの床全体がびしゃびしゃになるため工夫が必要。
チェックイン等は愛想なし！必要最低限の会話のみです。私はこれくらいがベスト！
コミュ症でも大丈夫。

ごはんを食べるラウンジエリアで食事をとろうとしたところ箸がないことを伝えると一生懸命探してくれました。
お兄さんありがとうございました！

La habitación estaba limpia, pero el mobiliario no estaba en muy buenas condiciones, la base de la litera estaba rota, los pasillos tenían un fuerte olor a cigarro, así como la entrada y subida al lobby. Igual no es recomendable llevar muchas maletas porque no hay un elevador. Sin embargo, aunque las condiciones no fueron mejores, el lugar está bien ubicado para moverse al aeropuerto o a otros lados.
