This place was absolutely amazing!! If I could I would've have stayed longer. After getting used to tiny hotel rooms, it was extremely comforting to have so much space!!! Honestly right next to the duomo, food, other landmarks whole still being so spacious was such a comfort. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

The location was perfect! We were able to walk from the train station. There were plenty of dining options close by. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was very nice.

The only thing this property has going for it is that it's close to the Duomo.

The photos of the rooms are not reflective of the rooms you will ACTUALLY get. They are worse.

Our room had a mosquito infestation, I killed a total of 8 mosquitos during our stay. Every morning I would wake up with bug bites – our windows were closed and it was November during our visit, cold enough for mosquitos to be dead. I was scared to sleep at night because of the bugs.

The reception is always in your business.

Spend your money at other nice properties in the same area – there are lots to choose from.

It was a poor stay. I wouldn’t stay again. Upon check in after the allowed time, we got our keys and had to wait outside the room for the lady to finish cleaning. Poor communication, I felt bad that we rushed her but the front desk should be communicating and knowing which rooms are clean and are not… the room itself was okay. The location was great, only plus, except the street is very very very noisy at all hours of he night. It was hard to get a good nights rest. The rooms did not feel very clean. Pros: The staff at the front desk was friendly and the location was good, nice central downtown area and it was a good price.

Booked (1) queen city view room. Mattress is not queen; instead, two small twins connected with each other. The room smells like a public toilet—huge issue the sewers! The receptionist was rude; if you do not like the room you can leave! Noisy street “City View” with a guitar music and two (2) speakers. Grossly misadvertised!

The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal for walking to the major Florence sights. Our room was on the small side but adequate for our needs and it was very quiet. The major problem was the mold and/or mildew under the shower and at the window.

Amazing location and hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florence and staying here. Location was amazing and close to all the sites, train station and restaurants! Rooms were clean, large and amazing and the beds were so comfortable. There is not one bad thing I can say about this hotel and the staff, overall it was truly an amazing experience and i will return to this hotel.

The room was not really clean for the first night, dust was very obvious on the TV remote controller and nobody cleaned it after the first night. However, it was cleaned after the 2nd night. Toiletries were not replenished in time, have to ask the staff for it.

The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient - helped us to book day tour within minutes.

PREPARE TO BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU DARE TO STAY HERE! We paid for a room with “City View”. It looked down to an ugly, filthy roof of a supermarket, completely encased within the four buildings. When we questioned it, we were rudely told we could see a bit of the top of the Duomo dome (their definition of a city view!!), and we should read the information more carefully next time! The picture is misleading. The view is absolutely hideous!!! The guy at reception was rude and unhelpful. The room advertises Satellite TV, but there are barely any channels in English. If you like Nat Geo or anything good, you won’t get it here. We complained and came back from a walk to find a man in our room, trying to fix the channels. He gave up and we never heard from them again. Luckily we thought to turn the TV off and on again from the wall. We got a couple of channels working. A maid walked in when the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door!!! The elevator is so slow it’s quicker to take the stairs. You can hear people walking around upstairs. The central location is the only sell point, but there are heaps of other places in the area, which is expensive, smelly and busy.

We stayed in a deluxe suite 102 which had a kitchen area separate from the bedroom and separate bathroom, which was actually quite big (unlike most places in Europe). It was nice to have plenty of room to put all your suitcases, and we were able buy some things to put in the refrigerator and not always go down for breakfast, which we did not try at the hotel. The bed was a large king, which was great! We had an interior room, which had no view out the window, but it was quiet at night. You are half a block at most to the Duomo, so location is perfect and we walked everywhere!! Our only negative is our room was located between floors that the elevator did not reach, so we had to carry our luggage up some steps to get to elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful if needed. I found the price reasonable, as our friends stayed a 5 minute walk away for more than double the price, for an upscale hotel with really tiny rooms and no view! I would stay again, just for the space and location!!

Building seemed a bit run down. Cable ties holding railings together.
Incredibly large amounts of dirty laundry piled in bags at the bottom of their main staircase which did not move for the entirety of our stay.
1 large bed actually = 2 singles set side by side. This isn’t odd for Europe but the beds drift apart during the night (not held together or anything of the sort) so you will either wake up in “the gap” which is quite uncomfortable, or you will just wake up in your own single bed.
Sleeping was quite difficult/uncomfortable.

We were greeted by Alberto during our check in. Our flight arrived earlier than the check in time but he went above and beyond to coordinate with the housekeeping to check us in the room early without any extra cost.
We were delighted to find our suite with about 30 feet high ceiling with renaissance paintings along with all the standard modern amenities that is required for a comfortable stay.
The best part was the location. Duomo was just a block away with all the major attractions in the city within walking distance. Great selection of restaurants, cafes and gelatarias around to cater to the apetite.

Breakfast has been a delicious variety from Estaly on Level 1 of the apartment. 😃 Eataly, which is next door as well is fabulous for everything you need. 😃 Very close tothe Dumo, shops, cafes, restaurants & sightseeing. These apartments are in a fabulous location, round the corner from the Duomo and not far from all the other main areas. We stayed in a Premium Suite as it was a special occasion and it was very spacious for 2 people. My only issue with the apartments were that in our suite, which could sleep up to 4, there were not enough cups, dishes etc for that number of people. We only had one Prosecco glass and one water glass!! We spoke to Claudia at reception who just said ‘ they got broken’ and never offered any apology or solution. Just a bit annoying when we payed over £200 per night to stay there!! That was just a small issue as everything else about our trip was perfect!!

This property was nicely centrally located. Duomo was about 3-5 minute walk and “David” sculpture was about 5-10 minute walk. The main train station was also about a 10 minute walk. The room was equipped with dishes, table, cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. The twin beds were a little hard and not too comfortable. The A/C did not cool the room down as much as I usually like to have it.

The location is incredible - right next to the duomo. We could come and go all day because it was so central and being pregnant, this made it really convenient for me Claudia was also so helpful on the first day we arrived - called and booked us a tour, helped us with the galleries and sorted out our trip for us. Great value. Small apartment but that meant it cooled down very quickly with the aircon cranking and we didn’t need anything more.
