Excessively well located, impressive friendliness, famil own, link with the Opera restaurant situated just few blocks from the B&B,where we had meals at discount and our breakfast. On days where we had to leave earlier than the restaurant opening, the owner prepared a breakfast that included a fruit juice, a savoury and a sweet pastry delivered to our room into a nice bag.
A major issue is the room is noise level, coming from the outside which woke us up many time per night especially in the early morning when trucks picked up the garbage.p

Our room was simple but accommodating! The location is great with it being right next to the Duomo and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was super helpful and flexible with our schedule. Our arrival was delayed due to a train service strike, but they waited for us to arrive late. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious and convenient. Definitely worth it!

Room is near Major Piazza which is very noisy. If you value sleep and rest at night do not stay here. The AC in room was set to 16C but room never cooled down. Owner looked but just shrugged. During night we were forced to open window in August to get breeze and cool down. But the noises, cars, people, go until 3am. Also mosquitoes came in and spouse got bit. Then garbage truck at 4. I do not recommend this place. The BR drain was slow to drain.

We were able to check in early. Staff cleaned the room everyday. It was loud (they provided ear plugs) but in a fantastic location, just a block from the Duomo so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Seems the window( something looking like window) opened to a very dirty place ( we could not see as it was very high and part of its was closed, obviously to hide something)and Mosquitos were too many. we could not get ride of them the whole night and we did not slip and the owner dis not notify us about it.
Cleanness: the room was very dirty, Dust was everywhere whatever we touched. Even blanket was dirty, white corners almost black from dirtyness,only linen was clean.
bathroom was very small, a tall person will have issues using the toilet.
I wish I know all of this beforehand and did not book this room. This is completely lost of money and spoiled our holiday,

We stayed at multiple properties across Italy during our vacation. Ironically we only stayed at Lady Luna B&B for one night because our layover on the way home was a full day. It was by far the best stay we had of the whole vacation and it was just one night. The service, cleanliness, and everything was the best we experienced during the whole trip. Highly recommend this B&B because of the owners and also the incredible location looking at the Duomo!

Great location for walking around. Very basic room, needs some updating. The room is very loud at night, lots of sirens. little to no privacy with the neighbors. Breakfast is minimal (you get a plain omelette and a croissant). Host was very nice and room was very clean. I’d spend the extra money and have a nicer place personally.

The place is lovely. The couple that owns it is very friendly and the breakfast is great. The reason I give it 4 stars is that it is very loud. We stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday and the noise was a bit much. I've saw the reviews about the noise and figured I'd lived in cities for 10 years and would be fine but it was loud for me. However the location is prime if you can live with it. Around the corner from the Duomo with a great breakfast.

O quarto precisa de uma reforma… o box é minúsculo e o ralo não dá vazão pra água, tínhamos que tomar banho fechando o chuveiro a todo momento pra não transbordar água. O barulho à noite é tanto que a acomodação oferece até tampões de ouvido… o quarto estava cheiroso, mas o chão estava sujo quando pisávamos sem calçado.
O café da manhã é servido em uma cafeteria da mesma proprietária. Os itens à disposição estavam gostosos, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar.

그러나, 8월 폭염임에도 전혀 시원하지 않은 에어컨으로 너무 끔찍한 이틀을 보냈습니다. 너무 더워서 찬물로 샤워하고 옷도 안 입었으나 결국 다음 일정을 취소할 정도로 아팠습니다.
게다가 밤낮으로 창문 바로 앞에 있는 재활용쓰레기통에 유리를 잔뜩 버리는 소리가 계속 나서 쾅쾅 거려서 이틀간 잠을 못 잤습니다. 업체에서 제공하는 귀마개로 막을 수 있는 소음이 절대 아닙니다. 창문 방음도 제대로 안됩니다.
샴푸를 제공하지 않고, 샤워부스의 물이 빠지지 않아서 물을 아주 약하게 틀어도 흘러넘칩니다. 샤워하면서 3-4번 정도 바닥에 물이 빠지길 서서 기다려야합니다. 키가 작은 동양인 여자에게도 화장실이 정말 좁습니다.
먼지가 많은지 계속 기침을하고 피부가 가려웠습니다. 먼지 알레르기가 있어서 계속 약을 먹어야했고 침대에 누우면 피부가 가려워서 너무 힘들었습니다.

La ubicacion inmejorable, estas a pasos del duomo y la iglesia principal, ademas el cafe con el que trabaja Lady Luna esta justo en frente de la iglesia, y es riquisimo y muy amables todos.
