Great location, close to the centre of Florence and the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was lovely. There is a cellar with wine vending machine which is a really nice place to relax with friends. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was fantastic - helped us with some questions we had and suggested a great restaurant. Hotel was super conveniently located near lots of restaurants and was easy walk to major attractions. Would definitely book again. Loved the water fountain in the hotel so we could refill our water. Very clean also.

The hotel itself is fine, but overall it did not meet my expectations.
The breakfast was very limited and quite poor, although the lady working there was very kind and helpful. The elevator is extremely small, which can be inconvenient.
Customer service was average, and for the price, I expected a better overall experience.

The staff was extremely courteous and pleasant and let us check into our room early since it was available. The room was clean and modern - we booked the suite on the top floor...no complaints. The hotel was located in the best location even though it was along a fairly busy street, it was securely locked to guests only and it never felt unsafe. It was less than ten minute walk from the train station - ideal as we arrived by train from Rome. It was less than 10 minutes from the Duomo and literally right around the corner from high end shopping. I highly recommend.

This hotel was amazing! We don't know where to start when it comes to say how much we loved this hotel! Right seconds away from the Duomo, it was breathtaking! The rooms were very clean and the clean service was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly and recommended the best places to visit and eat! I rarely write reviews for anything unless something truly stands out, and The Frame hotel does. Fantastic guest service, particularly from the concierge who checked us in. He went above and beyond in showing hospitality, even going so far as to book a reservation for us at the last minute at a popular restaurant. Additionally, excellent accommodations in a perfect location. Very close to the duomo and the train station. Despite being in the center of everything, no outside noise could be heard. My only complaint was regarding the controls for the water in the shower/bath being needlessly confusing (some Myst puzzles are simpler). Overall an excellent hotel that I’m excited to stay at the next time I’m in Florence, and the staff are incredible and helped make our trip perfect.

The room was very nice for our family in terms of space. 2 levels. Rooms were clean. Carpet upstairs could benefit from replacement but temperature controls, terrace and large shower upstairs were really terrific. The breakfast is wonderful. Lots of options and very friendly staff. We were able to check in early which was so very appreciated. The location is amazingly close to everything. We were able to walk to everything including the train station. We will definitely stay here again.

We arrived a little early and our room was ready ahead of time. It was small as expected but very clean and functional.

The standouts of our stay was the location as we could walk to all the places we wanted to check out. The second aspect was the exceptional staff that made several great recommendation and even called a restaurant on our behalf to make dinner reservation.

Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The location of The Frame Hotel is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Florence. Everything is within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shopping. If you happen to sleep in and miss breakfast, there are plenty of nearby cafes to grab a bite and start your day.
The room itself was lovely—spacious, spotless, and comfortable. It had a modern, stylish design that made it feel like a true retreat after a day of exploring the city. The only downside was the bathroom, which was on the smaller side. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but something to consider for those who value a bit more space in the bathroom.
What really stood out during our stay was the service. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us with transportation arrangements for our next destination. Their friendliness and professionalism really made our stay more enjoyable.
My only real complaint was the slow internet. As a traveler, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is crucial, and unfortunately, the internet was quite slow during our visit. If the hotel could upgrade the internet speed, it would be a five-star experience without question.
Overall, I highly recommend The Frame Hotel. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Florence, and with a few improvements, it could easily be perfect!

Booked unseen, relied on previous reviews. Hotel is small (family owned I presume). 5 minutes walk from airport T2 tram stop at central station. And 5 minutes walk from Duomo. Rooms very comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was a surprise. We were expecting coffee & croissant. But there was a lot more. Between 17.00 and 18.00 they also offer cakes etc. Also we asked for restaurant recommendations - very satisfied.

Best hotel of our family Italy trip! We were there for 3 nights and we would go back in a heartbeat if we could. We stayed in room 502 with two levels and a terrace. It had 2 bathrooms and 3 comfortable beds. My teen kids were happy to have their own space and so were we! The staff was amazing, too, and made great dining recommendations and reservations for us. Location was perfect. An easy 5 minute or less walk to the train and around the corner from the Duomo.

The wine cellar experience downstairs is overpriced and wastes money so I’d skip that. This trip has been a tough one, with 3! Expedia providers getting money from me for nothing and @Expedia doing nothing about it. Yet, this hotel was a great surprise before I stop using Expedia due to their inability to deal with fraud. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was lovely. The hotel is centrally located and has a unique history. Close to the train station too as I escaped Florence, never again in the summer, terrible.

The room was pretty big and bathroom fixtures were brand new. The best part of The Frame is its location. It was 8 minute walk from the train station and 5 mins walk from the Cathedral and Duomo. We didn’t have to take a taxi in Florence even once. The staff is very friendly and professional.

This is Florence, so naturally everything has its roots in history in some way. But The Frame has its own little claim to fame, which adds charm.
In practical sense, it’s close to everything (but everything is close to everything here), breakfast option is of great help if for medical reasons you need to eat regularly. Staff is super-nice, their recommendations for places to eat and spots to see were always spot on. We all loved our stay!

We had an incredible stay at the Frame, from the service to the views, to the location. I truly cannot wait to stay here again. The front desk booked us an incredible meal at Buca Mario and overall made our trip memorable. Highly recommend!! Don't forget to try the breakfast and the wine cellar, both were great.

A Special Occasion Made Even More Special

The FRAME surpassed our expectations! The property was very well located, beautiful, and the service and attention to detail were impeccable.
We were staying as part of our wedding festivities, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We arrived and stored our luggage with ease. When we came back to check in, our bags were already in our room (which was a huge help), and we arrived to rose petals on our big and comfortable bed! Immediately after we got in, a complimentary bottle of champagne was delivered to our room.

I'm so happy this is the property I chose. We had some other wedding guests and my grandparents also stay on my recommendation, and everyone was so pleased and impressed. When we return to Florence, we will definitely come back to The FRAME!
