Staff was very nice and accomadating even though i came past check in time they waited back to let me in and even came back after to let in those who came in late very polite and nice staff even when being yelled at.

Location and room to breathe

My girlfriend and I had a really nice stay here. Location is second to none. The room and bathroom were spacious. Even had a nice sized shower. I would certainly stay here again easily.

This bouquet B&B is located only 3 minutes from the Dome. The room though it's small, it's very clean and equipped well like a real hotel. The staff/owner are very friendly, helping us with the luggage and making cappuccino for us in the morning. We had a very pleasant stay.

Getting to the hotel was not so easy but the lady who owned the hotel was extremely helpful in several ways and i would recommend it to anybody. The room for the price was great and very nice even at a higher price. Go there.

The staff is amazing - very helpful and friendly. We left a wallet in the room, and they immediately Fedex'd it to us in the US. The location is amazing, almost impossible to be better. Being that close to the Duomo, we feared noise, but it was fine. We slept very well.

We were in the hub of of Florence! There was a restaurant right next door. My only issue is I had a very large/heavy suitcase and there was not a lift. But the owner helped me take it up to our room!

Very noisy and not comfortable

Front desk staff were very friendly and very professional. However, the hotel and the room were situated off an alleyway and above a pizza bar where the music bass was loud. During the night, the noises from the streets were disruptive and very loud. Could not sleep through the night. Location is great for museums and shopping and not far from the train station. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.

We stayed 4 nights and found it to be great. It's a 10min walk from the train station and a 30second walk from the cathedral, very central. It was next to a restaurant so you feel safe enough when arriving late at night. It's on the first level so not too many stairs (the lift is currently out of action). The breakfast is good, has gluten free options and the ladies were friendly and accomodating buying soya and rice milk so we could have a cappuccino in the morning. Another positive is that the wifi is great and works in all rooms :)

this was such a conveniently located bnb- about 2 minutes walk from the duomo and 10 min walk from the station. The room we stayed one was big and clean. It felt very homely! Elisabetta was a fantastic host and owner- a lot of thought has gone into this bnb as there were lots of nice touches- the breakfast room had a range of books and magazines. Tea, coffee and snacks were left out for guests to help themselves. Breakfast was nice too. I would definitely recommend this and I would stay here again.

Lovely B&B

Wonderful, clean, charming B&B located in the heart of Florence close to all the sites. Great neighborhood. The hotel staff all are so kind, helpful, and lovely. We would most definitely stay there again. We had room #1 which was smack close to the reception desk and can be a little noisy first thing in the morning if you were out late exploring and want to sleep past 6:45am, so I would reserve probably room #2 around the corner. Probably a little more secluded. We loved it here! :-)

Very happy to stay here

After booking we received a lovely email from Elisabetta welcoming us which made us feel welcome before we even arrived. She was there to meet us and came each morning to make our breakfast and help us with any queries. Snacks and fruit in the quaint breakfast room we could help ourselves to. It's a nice old style building with 4-5 hotel rooms up a nice staircase and we had a lovely large room. Perfect location right near the centre of Florence. Enjoyed our stay here and felt very homely. Would recommend it.

Great Find in Florence!

We really enjoyed this B and B. It was just a short walk from the train station, and one block from the Duomo! The neighborhood was great, there was a wonderful restaurant just downstairs. It was quiet but you were still close to everything. The room was a good size, spotless and had a nice, clean bathroom. Elisabetta was so helpful. We were emailed very clear directions to the hotel and found it without any problems. She was waiting for us to arrive, and she offered wonderful suggestions of where to go and why it is important in perfect English. She really knows Florence! It was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Elisabetta!

The location of this B&B is outstanding. It is a 1 minute walk out the front door to the Duomo. The B&B owner was very nice and accomidated our late arrival. The owner was happy to provide directions an answer any questions we had about the city. The room and bathrooms were both clean. Overall we would highly reccodmend this B&B to anyone visiting Florence.

Very friendly and thorough reception by english-speaking staff, nice room (clean, roomy, adequately lit and furnished, air-conditioed, noise-proof window overlooking street, one flight above street level, good-size shower), nice breakfast area with good offerings and facilities. Negatives were elevator not in service, room safe with key only (no settable combination), limited on-site staff hours. I would return and/or recommend this B&B, close to everything.

Location, location, location!

Location, location, location! Just steps away from the fabulous Duomo and right in the heart of Florence. This lovely little B&B is beautifully placed to explore all of Florence's many treasures.
In addition to the location the room was very clean and comfortable.Elisabetta and staff friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was continental style and more than adequate.
Our return flight was late in the day and we were able to leave our luggage, Elisabetta gave us keys to the outer doors so that we could get back in to retrieve it to go to the airport.

This bed and breakfast is perfectly located in the middle of the major attractions of Florence--at the edge of the plaza of the Duomo and Baptistry. It is adequately though not overly clean; however, we had an unpleasant smell in our bathroom unless we made sure keep the door open. The internet signal was strong in our room. Breakfast options were good.

Nice little hotel in the centre of Florence.

I stayed 5 nights at this small hotel in Florence. This hotel is very small, more like a bed and breakfast, but the location if the hotel was great - just steps away from Duomo (the main cathedral) and close to many other historic sights and museums. I pretty much walked everywhere. The staff was very friendly and they made me feel welcome.
My room was a single and it was small, but that's expected in Europe. It had what I needed. Breakfast was included, which was nice.

B&B was in the centre of Florence next to Duomo

5 min walk down from Central Station in Florence. Had a bar cafe outside the front door which was useful if my friends were ready they could go wait there before we went out. There are four rooms. My friends and I used up 3. Although the view from my room was of a wall this was good as it was quiet in the side alley. The staff were there early in the morning to make breakfast which was lovely to have a proper Italian cappuccino first thing, with croissants, toast and cereal. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned and bed made every day. Wifi was great as it meant I could browse tours (Dark Rome are good) and info on sites before heading out. All in all perfect location and really great B&B. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, no-frills stay (in a good way!)

I was in Florence for a conference and Relais del Duomo couldn't have been in a more perfectly location - right in the city center, a 10 minute walk to the conference center, smack dab in the middle of great shopping, and close to all the major sights. There are only 4 rooms in the B&B and the front desk is only staffed by the host until noon, which I liked because I could come and go as I pleased without feeling like I was interrupting someone or someone was watching over me (as I sometimes do in B&B's in someone's home). You kind of felt like you had an apartment in Florence instead of a hotel room. Great breakfast included in the room rate, big room with high ceilings and natural light. All in all a great stay!

This B&B has a very convenient location. It is right down the street from the Duomo! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious (for Europe). The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. In the mornings we had honey glazed croissants, tea/coffee, yogurt, juice and toast. Great price/value, great location and great staff!

Close to everything and great service

We loved the location only a block from the Duomo. Elisabetta our hostess was charming and extremely helpful. She made great suggestions re places to see and where to eat as well as making reservations for us that saved us time and ensured we got in to see what was important to us. She really made our stay in Florence very special as we felt she took care of us like we were her family. Our room was quiet, neat and clean and very pretty. We had a view of the street and could hear the bells of the Duomo each morning. Even though the area was busy, we always felt safe and there is so much to do and see in the immediate area of the inn. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

鉄道駅からは早めに歩いて約10分ほど。Duomoが近いので、どこに行くにも便利です。ホストは午前中しかいませんが、メールのやりとりでチェックインの際待っていてくれます。チェックアウト後も荷物を置いてでかけて、借りた鍵で入ることができます。滞在中食堂でコーヒーをいれたり、クッキーなども頂けます。アットホームで、快適な滞在ができました。お勧めします。

Absolutely perfect

I stayed at Relais del Duomo just for 1 night. this b&b is in the center of Florence and in the right spot. everything is next to you so it is a great choice. The owner is absolutely great also. very kind very helpful and an exceptional hostess. She gave us all the information we wanted, even places to eat that were great. the day we left she also gave us a little handmade gift from her mum!!!!! it was great to stay and make the trip to Florence one of the best I had. Zentrales Boutique-Hotel mit tollem Service!

Ich war für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel im Anschluss an eine Geschäftsreise. Die Lage ist top und der Service großartig! Ich konnte meine Eincheck-Zeit flexibel mit der Besitzerin absprechen, sehr freundliche und schnelle Reaktion per Mail. Die Lage des Hotels in einer Querstraße zum Dom ist großartig, man ist schnell überall und auch nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfert. Es gibt nur 4 Zimmer, die aber sehr schön, sauber und relativ geräumig sind. Freies WLAN und ein eingenes Bad waren inkludiert. Nach dem Check-Out um 10 Uhr bekommt man einen Schlüssel für das Hotel, mit dem man zu jeder Zeit zurückkehren kann (das Gepäck kann dort bis zur Abreise deponiert werden). Es gibt einen kleinen Frühstücksbereich, in dem man sich jederzeit gratis Kaffee, Wasser, Obst, Brot und co. verzehren kann. Darüber hinaus steht dort ein kleiner Kühlschrank, den man mitnutzen kann. Um die Ecke ist ein Badezimmer, welches einem auch nach dem Check-Out zur Verfügung steht. Das ist wirklich großartig und habe ich so noch nirgends erlebt!
Absolute Empfehlung, auch zu dem sehr günstigen Preis!

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per due notti e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza e premura dello staff.Per motivi di traffico e maltempo siamo arrivati tardi per il check-in,ma non c'è stato alcun problema,non solo hanno capito la nostra situazione ma addirittura ci hanno aiutato a ritrovare la strada,davvero premurosi!!!La posizione è perfetta per chi,come noi ,ama scoprire a piedi la città( senza camminare troppo e rimanendo in una zona tranquilla)infatti con 5min a piedi abbiamo raggiunto tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse.La camera era perfetta per 2 persone, pulita e curata,molto calda e funzionale.La vera sorpresa è stata la prima mattina,quando abbiamo conosciuto la signora Morena....gentile,sorridente e(ripeto)premurosa nei nostri confronti,si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta soprattutto durante la colazione,ma non c'era bisogno di chiedere nulla,perché nella sala della colazione c'era davvero di tutto e tutto buonissimo!!Dal caffè ai vari tipi di succhi di frutta,dalla marmellata alle torte,dalle brioches alle fette biscottate( anche senza glutine)e pancarrè,vari tipo di cereali per tutti i gusti e per finire i salumi!( Per chi ama la colazione,come me,sembrava un sogno).La seconda mattina addirittura,la signora Morena,si è offerta di andare a prenderci delle paste al bar di sotto!!È stato veramente fantastico soggiornare qui e si percepisce l'amore e l'impegno che ci mettono per rendere felici i loro ospiti. Grazie!

두오모가 바로 보이는 앞이라, 여기저기 이동 후 틈틈히 숙소에 들러 쉴 수 있어 매우 좋았습니다.
B&B는 처음이라 걱정했었는데, 깨끗하게 잘 관리되었고, 무료로 언제든 먹을 수 있는 간식이 준비되어 있어서 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절했어요~ 다음에 다시 피렌체를 방문한다면 1순위로 예약할 의사 있습니다.
