Clean and spacious room for a family suite. The location was great, only minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. Close to numerous restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this hotel.

I don’t recommend this hotel, it’s really smelly room and everything is old, uncomfortable compare to price. I wanted to change the hotel but can’t be helped. Please choose another better hotel.

This was my favorite hotel during our Italian spring vacation. Hotel Pendini is very central to tourist spots, that we return often to our room throughout the day, in between our activities. Note that in Italy, toilette is difficult to access unless you dine-in. Having a hotel nearby to Sta. Maria del Fiore cathedral or Uffizi Gallery is a good break from the crowd. We took afternoon naps and went out rejuvenated. Great idea if you're jet lag.

The daily breakfast is amazing and a great start for an Italian vacation. The staff are wonderful and everyone is so friendly.

This hotel is fabulous! We had a deluxe room and it was HUGE! The breakfast is delicious with a good variety. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We had a lovely view of the Piazza Repubblica. The location is excellent within walking distance for everything. The staff were very nice.
Now, unfortunately there are always somethings that aren't great. This hotel is next door to a Hard Rock Cafe, as nice as this sounds, the Hard Rock plays loud music until around 1-2am every night. It was loud and made it difficult to sleep. The other con is there is no air conditioning in March. We had to leave the window open all day to keep the room cool so we could sleep comfortably at night. I would have left the window open at night, but I couldn't do that due to the very loud music. All in all, I would stay here again.

My brother and I stayed at the Panini Hotel for two days. I have to say the staff was superlative in the services provided. Breakfast meal was excellent and full service. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—close to everything we wanted to see and do, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat.
Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro.
Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast buffet was great. Considering it’s a smaller hotel, they still had a diverse selection of food. The ac is centrally controlled and is not turned on this time of year so the room got super hot because only the heat was blowing. We had to sleep with the window open most of the night which got a little noisy because of the busy streets around. Centrally located and only a 5-10 minute walk to most things to do.

Hotel Pendini was such an awesome find. It is very close to SO much. Our room was so, so spacious. It was very clean as well. Nice big bathroom. Marco at the front desk was nice and helpful. They held our bags while we explored before check in as well as after we checked out.

We had a balcony that overlooked the piazza which we loved and spent a great deal of time on, however it is over some noisy restaurant so might need earplugs. However it is worth the room!!!

The Hotel Pendini was elegant and accommodating for my family. We stayed in the family room which was two rooms in a suite separated by a short hallway, with a shared bath at one end of the hall. Both rooms were lovely. The hotel offered free coffee and tea all day long in the comfortable lounge. The location was stellar. Loved our stay so much, would happily stay here again! Free breakfast was not included with our stay.

Pendini was a good hotel for our final night in Italy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit tired and dated and the room very small but doable for one night. Great location. We had an early flight and the front desk had a to-go bag breakfast ready for us and arranged for our cab to the airport. But would not recommend if you planned to spend a lot of time in your room.

Location is right in the heart of Florence. Vendors and restaurants steps away. Our room overlooked Piazza Republica. Our room was large and could have easily slept four people. Room was clean and had all the amenities. The breakfast had a variety of options and everything was very good. The breakfast area does get busy but the staff work very hard to clear the tables. We loved the decor of Hotel Pendini and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend Hotel Pendini.

Hotel Pendini more than exceeded our expectations. The room was big and beautiful. They had all the little things you need in the room including two containers of complimentary water. Their free breakfast was delicious with an option for every palette. It is in the perfect location, walking distance between everything you would want to see and the train station. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pendini. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Good choices that included scrambled eggs and bacon, delicious pastries and croissants and we each had a cappuccino. Coffee, tea, water, orange drink available all day with cookies. A very nice touch. We will definitely recommend the Pendini to others.

My only complaint is the people that work the breakfast room, especially one of the Filipino workers. They are not happy and welcoming. He gave us directions in a rude and condescending manner. The front desk can also be a little more joyful and pleasant as well. The hotel itself is ok, it’s definitely in a prime location. The PRO about this hotel is their breakfast. I have to admit, very very good, there are a variety of choices and everything was delicious. This is the only thing that made staying here worth it. Beware of the family room, there are two cod beds and not very comfortable. My kids joked and said they felt like they were in a orphan home

The location was excellent—close to the Duomo and surrounded by both luxury and local shops. We were on the third floor facing the square, which was the best spot! It’s just 0.6 miles from the train station, making it walkable. However, the walk can be a bit challenging if you’re carrying large luggage due to the cobblestone streets. Fortunately, there’s a taxi stand right around the corner.

If you’re sensitive to noise, staying near major attractions might not be ideal. We did hear people singing around 11 p.m., but it didn’t bother us—it actually added to the lively atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. I would still definitely recommend this place!

We only stayed for one night but it was so cozy I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was fairly small but it was exactly what it was hoping for - cozy, stylish and well located. We stayed with our 5 year old who loved his little bed and one more turn on the carousel before bed! It was also quiet, which I wasn’t expecting being right on the piazza. I’d definitely consider staying again!
