Breakfast was an 8 minute walk in the Piazza Signora... but what a great breakfast option. the restaurant is beautiful, and you can have a great view of the plaza. breakfast is a buffet and the servers are so lovely. The property itself is great. High ceilings in the room, keeps the noise of the city out. Elevator up to the floor. Comfortable bed, clean. Great value!

This is a great place to stay!! Short walk from the train station and the main square. The restaurant for the breakfast buffet is incredible!! And the bed and bedding are very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!! They also accommodated our need to check in early.

Such a wonderful boutique hotel right in the centre of Florence, our room had a view of the Duomo. A very peaceful hotel with exceptional friendly staff that were most accommodating and allowed us to check in early on anrrival and leave our bags on the day of departure. Building is so safe that even when our 8 year accidentally left our room door open for 2 hours while we explored nothing was stolen! I was arriving late at night as my flight was delayed and I was able to check in after 11pm by going to their sister hotel where they had left the keys for me. You can also leave your luggage after check out if you are exploring town.
The facilities were great, you can also make a tea or coffee. Highly recommended!

The actual room we stayed in was a few blocks away from the building where check in was. With heavy luggage ( since this was a short stop in a long journey) it was difficult to get the luggage to the hotel room-and up a flight of stairs since the lift does not go down to the entry level. The room is OK but tiny.

The room we were assigned was very tired. Bathroom was old, black mold around shower, broken dryer, burnt out lights in half of bathroom made it hard to see to put make up on, lamp light was also not working. They need to renovate rooms in 4th floor or not charge top dollars for them!

There are something the property management can do to help customers to find the way easier. We used Google map and it gives wrong location on the map. But the picture from the property also misleading, it looks like right above Prada shop, but actually it is located opposite side of Prada. Calling reception did not help us. After 30 minutes circling around, a guy from different B&B in the same building helped us found the property.

Location is great and that’s really what you are paying for. The breakfast was almost non-existent, and the rooms were just okay, although I give them credit for having a properly working A/C, which is rare in Italy! My main disappointment is that the rooms looked renovated and modern in the picture, and even though they were in great condition, they were actually pretty old. There was also a constant water leak in the hallway, but that didn’t bother us.

The hotel is very central with views of the duomo from our room window. It was very clean and comfortable too. Breakfast was very good and a very kind lady served us. The breakfast was served at another hotel close by and when we couldn’t find the breakfast hotel we called this hotel to help us with directions. The receptionist, Andrea, was very rude and didn’t want to help us. When we entered the hotel, he was arguing with someone else over the phone and rolled his eyes. He was arrogant and unporfessional to say the least and would have rated the hotel better if there was another receptionist instead of him.

Wonderful location, literally a block away from the Duomo, a 5 minute stroll from the Tram station and at the most a 15 minute walk from everything you want to see in Florence, touristy or not. Clean room, safe building, good blinders. The bed felt a bit hard but was nevertheless comfortable. The only real slight is that the minifridge didn't work, not much of a big deal. Off season, the price was right.

If you want a great place to stay for a good price the heart of Florence look no further! Everyone was pleasant. If you get a room on the Piazza you might hear some street musicians playing late at night. Relax and enjoy!

This B&B is good but check in is in one place, we stayed at Plaza de la República and breakfast is about 4 mins walking distance in a different hotel. The entrance in the areas of the lift are so lonely. Wish there was someone there just in case someone unauthorized went in. Sometimes lift wouldn’t work. Personnel were kind. Loved location of the rooms in plaza de la República. Breakfast was buffet and it was good. Great servers. No restroom in breakfast area though. Gotta go 5 floors away. Our bathroom was small and it seems they didn’t change sheets everyday. TV was too small for room.

Our stay was perfect! Everything was beautifully, our room was superior, the beds were extremely comfortably and cozy. We received a very warm and inviting welcome when we arrived in Florence, and after a long journey it was very much appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was a short walk to the next hotel, and the service was wonderful. Very attentive staff. There was many items to choose from, all very fresh and delicious. Perfect to start our day of sightseeing. I hope to return to Florence again, and without hesitation will stay and recommend this lovely B & B.

The hotel itself was great - the location was wonderful, the bed was conformable and the room was large and clean. However, we paid for the breakfast and didn't receive it. The person who checked us in did not mention it, and every time we went down to try and ask about it, no one was there - so that was over $100 down the drain - so warning DO NOT PAY FOR BREAKFAST YOU WILL NOT GET IT!

Wonderful place to stay in Florence. We had a room overlooking the Republica Square which was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was great and the location was perfect. The only problem with the room was the shower did not drain. There was at least 1-2 inches of water that did not drain every time we showered. This definitely needs to be fixed. If this gets fixed then this is a perfect place to stay!

View looking right into the middle of the Piazza, so was able to hear and see what was going on in the night. Professional B&B staff, clean room with all the proper amenities a hotel room would have.

I'll try to keep it short. Stay here. This was our favorite accommodation on our trip. The hotel is literally next to the Duomo. We had a great view from our window. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious and decor really sophisticated. The only older looking furniture was the clothes cabinet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was perfectly pressured. The hotel also provided free data and calls on a mobile device you can take with you. Complimentary tea in the dining area. Just stay here.
