This property does not have an outdoor pool or a fitness center as advertised! The pool has been filled in with cement and the fitness center is closed and the door is covered with brown paper. There were AC issues during our entire stay, with broken ceiling tiles and leaking pipes on the first floor. The breakfast was very limited. Housekeeping only replaced towels and did not empty trash or make beds. Very dissatisfied with our stay.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Roaches in our room and bathroom. The room smelled bad. No iron in the room. No fitness center. Pool is concreted in. Bar is closed. Asked front desk if we could hook up to a TV downstairs to watch the spurs game with our team, it was an immediate no. Asked the front desk lady about the fitness center, acted completely clueless and was not able to give me any explanation. I paid $200 dollars to stay here. Worst money I have ever spent. I should have forked out the extra $100 bucks to stay somewhere better.

We had 5 other sets of family stay at the hotel the same weekend. They all reported bugs and rude staff.

You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.

I paid $453 for one night at this hotel, and after seeing the first room they assigned us, I honestly would not have let a stray animal stay there.

To begin with, I was told check-in was not until 4:30 p.m. Since we were attending a graduation, I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. to see whether our room might be ready early. Imagine my surprise when I saw a sign clearly stating that check-in time was actually 3:00 p.m. When I questioned the front desk clerk about the discrepancy, she claimed it was because they had a full hotel and were waiting on guests to check out. That explanation made absolutely no sense considering standard checkout times are much earlier in the day.

Things only got worse from there.

Our room key would not work. I had to go downstairs three separate times before the clerk finally came upstairs herself — and even then, she still could not get the door open with any of the keys she had programmed. She ultimately had to use her master key to let us in. Yet somehow, she acted as though I was the inconvenience.

Once inside the room, I was shocked. The carpet had large visible stains — one bright red and another dark brown. There were chips and debris on the floor, scuff marks all over the walls, and the overall condition of the room looked dirty and poorly maintained. I genuinely questioned whether the sheets had even been changed. To make matters worse, the toilet did not work.

I immediately contacted the front desk to report th

Room was nice enough, toilet messed up the 2nd night and when we asked the night clerk he told us we’d have to wait until the following day and just use the restroom downstairs in the lobby in the meantime. We asked for a plunger to at least attempt to fix it ourselves and he said we’d have to wait for housekeeping to arrive the next morning. When it came to check out we had requested a late check out only to find out that the clerk when we checked in never put a late check out for us so we were hounded when it came
To normal check out time. Property was nice and clean just think the night staff may need more training.

I stayed here for five days with my son during spring break, and unfortunately the experience was not very good. The number provided for room service was not helpful, and the person on the phone was rude. I was also sent a text link to place requests like room cleaning and other services, but it did not seem to work. When I asked the front desk if they received my requests, they said they never received anything from the link.

I requested room cleaning twice and never received it until I finally went downstairs to ask in person. The phone in my room also did not work. I also requested a late checkout through the link because my flight was at 6 p.m., but the front desk said they never received that request either. They told me if I checked out at 3 p.m. I would have to pay for another full day, even though the link made it seem like those requests could be made.

During my stay I had to go downstairs to get towels and washcloths myself, and I even had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies just to keep the restroom clean.

The only positive part of my stay was the housekeeping staff. When I spoke with one of them, she was very kind, helpful, and informative. Overall, sending a request link during check-in does not make sense if the front desk is not actually receiving those requests.

When we arrived our room, deluxe king, had been overbooked, so we were “upgraded” at the hotel’s expense. When we arrived to our room it had such a bad odor, we had to return to the desk and request a different room. They weren’t able to make the change until the receptionist had to go “smell” it. I was told at check in my stay would cost me $445. They even ran my credit card at that amount plus a $50 incidental.
I was handed a bill at checkout showing I was charged $585. I sought a refund from the property and Hotels.com and got nowhere.
I recognize some of this was my mistake for not checking my email from Hotels.com more closely but I would have canceled on the spot at check in and went somewhere much less expensive if I hadn't been duped.
Turns out they jack up the rate $50 a night during the week because of all the construction workers who come to the city for all the building that is going on. I ended up paying almost $200 to stay at a hotel with no pool, bland breakfast and a closed fitness center. Really upset

And the security device to keep the door to the room shut and protect the occupants was broken off. For an individual traveling by themselves I cannot imagine them feeling very safe in this room. Laundry and ice machines didn’t work in the entire hotel. Wanted to check in 30 minutes early, figured I would ask but was told no because I would have to be charged extra. Ok cool, I understand. Checked in later and a worker told me that what the real deal was the previous lady just didn’t want to check us in because she was about to leave for her other job. The new lady said she would have done it but she wasn’t checked in and didn’t want to unless she was paid for it. I could have gone without knowing all of that.
When we were checking out, the same lady who actually checked is in was complaining about how her replacement hasn’t come in yet. Again, I understand, but do I really need to know that?

Not good for long stays

The place is was way overpriced. The room door stuck so you would have to slam it to close it. I left for work at 4:45 in the morning so that was an issue. It also caused the housekeepers to leave my room open twice when I came home from work. Housekeeping was offered every other day, however, all they did was empty the trash and take the dirty towels on the occasions they didn’t even replace the towels with clean ones. It might be a decent place to stay for one or two nights, but I do not recommend it for a long stays. I was there for three weeks totally not worth it.
