I am sending rave reviews of this property! The cleanliness was superb! The grounds were beautifully maintained! And the staff…well lets just say that everyone was beyond helpful, ALWAYS had a wonderful dispositiin and were more than welcoming. It seemed that they all loved their jobs and wanted to do everything they could to make our stay pleasurable. I even had conversatuins with the cleaning staff which is not typical! I will always stay here when i am in the area! Such a great experience!!

I liked the helpful staff from the start. Good employees for sure. I also liked that i could bring my pet. Unfortunately a dislike was swimming pool not being here. I didn't think to look but never imagined a hilton hotel without one until now. The cabinet was door was broken in the room as well upon arrival. We opened it for the fridge and it just basically fell off. You could tell it wasn't attached to the hinge for a while now.

This was better than I expected! I was happy to see that they were dog-friendly, the lobby was beautifully decorated (and comfortable) for the holidays, and EVERY staff member I encountered (eve the maintenance guy on the elevator) was friendly and greeted me as if they were the host! The room I was in was roomier than I thought it would be and very clean.

Dirty floors

The floors were disgusting in the room took a white towel and wiped up a 3 x 3 spot and it never almost completely brown. If you were barefoot, you could feel something really sticky. It would turn your feet black. If you’re wearing socks, it would turn your socks black too also.

Great service but room had challenges

The hotel staff were all amazing. I would stay here again, but only for how friendly and helpful the staff were.
When we walked into our room it was very clean and spacious, but than the main light started flickering.
We couldn't keep it on and it was the main light in the room without the blinds open.
Then when I went to the bathroom, there was no stand or holder or anything for the toilet paper.
We had to open a roll and put it on the sink and it got wet.
The air conditioning cooled the room great but it was loud and rattled so every time it came on while we were sleeping it woke us up.
The breakfast was delicious and they can make anything. Another big highlight.

We have stayed at this property dozens of time. Check-in was a mess. I showed up at 2:45 and was told the room was not ready. I was quickly reminded check-in is 4 PM. I gave it 45 minutes and came back to find the room still not ready. I had heard them radio the housekeeping staff who stated they only needed to make the bed in room 305. We ended up having to leave. We did get back into the room around six. I was also informed my room was accessible. I asked for a different room and they told me it was impossible even though they had plenty of rooms available. They stated the reason was because it was booked through a third-party. I’ve never had that issue Come up in all of my travels. Although the reservation may have been inadvertently booked as accessible,We did not need an accessible and by having one, could have potentially taken one away from someone who really needed it.
This was not the Customer Service we have been accustomed to at this property over the years.
We will consider other options for our next visit.

We had dinner and drinks in the hotel restaurant/bar area.
The food was good service adequate.

MAJOR CONCERN:

There was a male employee working at the bar who was obviously not feeling well. He kept laying his head on the bar he was clearly feeling sick. He should not have been working around people in that condition. Also I saw no evidence of a manager on duty.

I only stayed one night but I had a great experience. The check in was pleasant, both ladies were very pleasant and professional while one was training.
