The rate reflects the price, amenities, building and the room; sheets need to be thrown away. The walls were scratched and dents all over too. The door was a joke it couldn’t lock up and the gaps between the doors that’s a joke! For $15 bucks I’m going to stay somewhere else!!

Very disappointed in this Baymont Hotel. Our feet turned black from walking barefoot in the room because of dirty floors. Blood stains as well as other stains on bed cover, both chairs had stains and/or marks on them. Parking lot had lots of people just \"hanging out\" very late at night. Breakfast was not as expected. I recently stayed in another Baymont and it's breakfast had scrambled eggs and tater tots along with the waffles and cereal. This Baymont had just the make it yourself waffles and cereal.

Room was unsanitary, bad smell, door between the room that led to another guest room, where you could smell cigarette smoke and hear guest talking. It is not what we expected and that place needs to be inspected to make sure it's in compliance and in accordance to city or housing standards. I would not recommend this motel to anyone...

It was not a very good trip to this hotel. The reason for it is because the families were very loud they were constantly slamming the pool gate and being obnoxious all the way up until midnight. It was one of the hardest nights I've ever had in regards to any hotel trying to get some sleep. Then someone was going around and knocking on the doors around 1:00 a.m. in the morning which got more scary this was just not a very good trip at all. Personally I would love to have half my money back but I don't know but I will not be ever staying here again.

On July 5th the power went out from 6pm to 11am the next morning. I didnt stay at the location due to that and this hotel refuses to refund my money. If my math is correct that would only be use of the room for 3 hr. Half that time I was trying to make sure other guests had water and food. They did none of the such. Good luck if you stay here and good luck getting any help from the staff.

Worst hotel ever. First key we were given was to a room full of people we walked in on at 12:30 AM. The next key just simply didn’t work. The pool had so much trash in it, there was scum all over the tub, smelled like cigarettes and mildew, holes in walls, peeling paint, so so so dirty on the walls and floors.

If we were not so exhausted from travel and knew we would still be charged for the room if we didn’t stay we would have left immediately. picture where not the same when arrive inhad got a accessible room since I have back problem and a baby, arrived they said oh we overbooked. No parking after 10 minutes looking for parking we couldn't find parking and police arrived and detained someone who appeared walking with an iteam on his hand we left and booked another hotel in the morning when returning the key which we didnt stay since we couldn't find parking and police was there the lady in the front was rude.

Filthy had to climb stairs handicapped. Water standing in bathroom floor as if toilet overflowing and not properly cleaned. No toilet paper got my own. At 945 housekeeping banging on door to see if we are checking out. Check out is at 11am. Shower curtain lower half stained and black. Probably luxury in Mubi. Get what you pay for. Horrible Terrible.

I did the toilt flush test and it overflowed. I had to turn the fixture valve off before flooding the floor. After notifying the front desk i requested a refund and went elsewhere. The email notification from the hotel stated i paid cash which i did not. I pid via credit card. So if i don't get refunded I'll be filing a complaint.

The room was cool-ish when we walked in, but the beds felt wet due to the humididty. There were bugs all over the room. The bathroom looked clean, but upon further observation, the shower looked filthy. The staff seemed nice and the pool looked like the best part about the hotel. It was nice for the couple of hours we needed to sleep, but not for any longer. There was also a weird smell in the room.

The worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Cocroaches in bathroom, bathtub looks to have never been cleaned, towel rack laying on floor. Looks like it had never been repainted. Breakfast had no eggs bacon etc. Wyndom should be embarassed. 100 dollars a night. I doubt 3rd world countries have hotels this bad. I will never stay at another Wyndom hotel. The pictures of this hotel on their site are not of this hotel or were 40 years old. Steer clear of this place!

This is a hotel where men who come into town for the week and work in the oilfield stay so their work pots are all over the outside. I will say the mattress was comfortable but that’s it’s. I had two rooms booked, first room floors were filthy! Our bare feet were black, so we wet the floor with water and wiped it and it was black. Behind our bathroom door was a bottle top and debris. It was so gross. Mattress was so uncomfortable too. Next room, bed sheets and comforter had multiple stains, floor was exactly the same as first room. Plus, the shower was so corroded that you could not turn the shower on.

The pictures that are on their site are totally false! It is very sketchy and not safe for single women!!!!

We paid a premium price for a room and the bed was walloed out and worn out, they had to come in and make the shower work because there was no water they said it was a stuck valve, and you could tell it hadn't had much upkeep done. Dont waste time or money it was very expensive it is what you expect from a 50.00 room that was over 100 a night never again.

I booked 2 rooms for my self and my daughter and her son. She checked in first once in her room she had to call front desk to have her bedding taken off and changed DT popcorn kernels and crap on bed sheets. Our room was omg the bathroom floor was still wet and or hadn't dried or a leak on the floor in front of toilet . What appeared to be black mold on the bottom part of the wall. For the amount of I spent on both rooms it should have been pristine. Please send health inspectors to condemn and shut this place down. The owner and all staff should be ashamed of the business they practice.

Room was dirty, door was bent and did not seal at bottom probably due to it being so bent that the bottom hinge was missing. Floor was filthy and had not been swept or mopped. Had to wipe the bottoms of my feet off after walking from shower to the bed. Multiple holes in ceiling and walls. Fire alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it. Television did not work. Bathroom floor had plastic wrappers from previous guests soap bars (at least they were clean) and hair indicating it had not been swept or mopped. Toilet barely flushed. I think the bed sheets had been changed out but really not certain but at least the towels were clean. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 1 and will not ever stay here again and would highly recommend others to inspect the room prior to staying overnight.

We shortened our stay from three nights to two after realizing the situation at the hotel. Abilene is currently building a large AI center, and many of the workers appear to be living in hotels long-term. The grills set up under the outdoor stairwells and the large number of empty beer bottles confirmed that. Finding bugs in our rooms added to our concerns, which ultimately led us to leave early. Only giving a “poor\" rating feels generous under the circumstances.

Terrible experience. Trash everywhere, blatant drug use on-site, loud music at night, and a filthy room (pubic hair on bathroom walls, stained pillows, broken light switches). The manager never returned my calls or emails, and corporate kept me on the phone 45 minutes only to tell me to \"try the manager again.\" I asked for a full refund since I didn't stay the night, was offered only 50% back, and then still got charged the full amount a week later. Still dealing with this. Dishonest and unacceptable - avoid this hotel.

I expected a nicer facility since it is a Wyndham property. It is a motel with exterior doors into each room. We had to carry suitcases up outside metal stairs, not ideal for 65+ travellers. The linens had a sweaty smell. The water barely got warm. The staff were very nice and responded immediately when I called because the hair dryer didn’t work and brought a new one. We were travelling and were there less than 12 hours, but be aware what you are booking.

The door did not fit correctly in the frame, and the lock was very loose. The bed looked pre-used and dirty. The toilet did not flush correctly. The room looked and smelled dirty. Men were drinking alcohol on the stairs. We had to maneuver around them to get to the room. We stayed for @ 10 minutes and then left. We may have lost our pre-payment but we did not feel safe or comfortable in this location.

Checked in got to my room 211 (right by the pool). The sheets had stains on them. The fridge is falling over its not balanced. The bath tub is peeling. After observing all that at around 7:30pm loud music started playing. Went to bed around 9:20 and music still loud. I called the front desk at 9:31p. and rang out. I called again at 9:35pm and same thing. 15 min later they called back i told them about the music but nothi g changed. Worst experience i had which i shouldve expected after only paying $95 for the night.
