Our stay was extremely disappointing. The shower was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was very loud and barely cooled the room, making it difficult to get comfortable.

We also felt unsafe during our stay. Several guests were gathered outside drinking and being loud until around 11:00 p.m., and I noticed empty whiskey bottles in the area.

The carpet and lampshades were visibly dirty, adding to the poor overall condition of the room.

This was the worst hotel accommodation we have experienced. I am very disappointed and do not believe this property meets the standards that should be associated with the Wyndham name.

The last night we had a large cockroach crawl on my arm in bed. When I went to the front to show them pictures and tell them about it, Magan at the front desk told me that she had already told the owner since I called before I went up there and that they did not care. We also found a cricket and a silverfish in the bathtub. Also I called in for an 11:30 checkout which was granted. At 10:55, the front desk called and said that they were gonna charge me for another night in five minutes. I had to remind him that I called for a late checkout. I’ve never had a hotel and all my years of traveling. Call and tell me they were gonna charge me another night if I was not gone in five minutes.

We checked in our room and there was a dirty rag left in top of the toilet. Leftover food from a previous guest was also still in the room. There was no smoke detector as it had been pulled off and the wires left exposed. The bed was badly stained as well. We left after only two hours and were not refunded. We paid $180 for one night and it was not suitable to stay in. Very disappointed that management would not refund our money for a room that should never have been rented in its condition.

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. My technician was unable to stay at this hotel because the property directed him to another location due to issues with the accommodations. Despite that, our original reservation remained active, and we were still charged for the stay. I provided documentation showing what happened, but the property declined to resolve the issue. This was handled very poorly, and I was left feeling that the situation was unfair and misleading. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this property again or recommend it to others.

Avoid this hotel if you expect them to stand behind their guests. My technician was sent to another hotel because this property could not provide suitable accommodations. Despite relocating him, they kept our reservation active, charged our company credit card, and my technician had to pay for the replacement hotel on his personal card. I provided the receipt proving the additional charge, yet the hotel still refused to issue a refund. Hotels.com attempted to help, but the property would not take responsibility. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this hotel, and I will be disputing the charge with American Express.

The location was about all we liked. The hotel is run down, the carpet was so dirty we had black footprints when we first stepped into the tub. We found a bedbugs, took precautions and alerted the desk. The only thing that worked perfect was the air conditioner.

I really feel we should receive a credit, since this hotel was NOT worth the $$ spent. We would have booked elsewhere, except there was a conversation and not much availability.

The room was barely clean. The carpet had holes in it. The bathroom was gross. The only clean part there was the inside of the tub. There were long hairs in the sides. My husband and I have very short hair. The AC was sufficient. The bed itself was surprisingly clean and well made. Other than that, Days Inn should be ashamed to have this as one of their hotels. We will never stay in a “Days Inn” again regardless the price. I guess you really get what you pay for!!

Front desk switched my room after an issue with safety was brought to their attention. The parking was crowded with work trucks that were all gone by early morning. I would consider this place currently more \"man camp\" than \"family/women friendly\" as a solo woman traveling with a child I was not super comfortable.

Room was fairly clean - could have been cleaner. The bathtub was missing the stopper which was a problem for my special needs nephew because he loves \"bubble baths\". The TV had be turned on/off by sticking my fingernail into the missing power button underneath. The volume could not be changed and the remote only worked if changing channels. When I asked for another remote, I was told they didn't have another one. Pool is small and felt good after a long hot day. Beds are comfy. Overall, I would stay here again if the price is right.

Days Inn in Abilene was having housekeeping staff issues. That said, it was sad. The arm chair in my room was so dirty that I wouldn’t set anything on it. The carpet was stained. The room was so run down that we didn’t even try the advertised breakfast and went out to eat. I booked this hotel because the ratings were good. I won’t stay there again.

My first room had a running toilet upon check in that wouldn’t stop and when I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the phone line had been cut from the wall. Reluctantly, I was given a new room. The next morning, the rooms adjacent to my original room, as well as the original, were flooded out and had fans running in them.

My room had a table and desk, but no chairs, and the freezer in the mini fridge was almost completely filled with ice, rendering it unusable.

Overall, I was disappointed with the stay and will not be staying there again.

Carpets where super stained. Mattresses were old and very dirty.
Roaches in the tub. They were short staffed and our room did not get cleaned. They only took dirty towels to wash and never brought them back. We had to go and look for the cleaning staff and ask clean towels late in the evening.
The only reason we stayed was because we had already cancelled a previous reservation for the same reasons and could not find another room. I can’t believe Expedia represents this quality of Hotels. They are not what seem on the online photos. Disgusted with the Expedia and that chain of Hotels.

The property was showing its age. There’s trash on the ground. There’s odor in both the lobby in the room. My room had a patch job for a carpet, along with no recliner and just a table. The tub and shower had mold in the caulk, even though it was clean, it was still nasty looking rates were high, and it didn’t reflect what you paid for. I wasn’t expecting a Taj Mahal experience, but I did expect it to be clean and properly maintained.

From arrival, I was disappointed with this hotel. From the display of multiple dead / stuffed animals in the lobby to the terribly dirty carpeting in the room, this hotel is in need of obvious attention. The pool was unclean and green, the carpet had multiple stains visible, and while we did have a table in the room, there were no chairs to sit at it with. I will not stay at this hotel, nor will I recommend this hotel in the future.

When i made my reservation i ask could we check in early i was told no problem. I called the hotel the morning of my travel and asked if we were still going to be able to check in early he said no problem he would leave a note for housekeeping to get a kingsize room cleaned early i asked for his name he gave me initials md i said md he said yes. Arrived at the hotel at 1230 pm and was told by the rude girl behind the desk that the room was ready but if we wanted to check in early it would be 45.00 i said 45.00 shocked ive stayed in alot of hotels and checked in early and never been told that. When making the reservation it gave me an option to reserve the room with cc and pay a different way when i arrived thats what i did was hoing to pay cash for the room then she informed me if i pay cash 158.00 for the room that was not worth 58.00 i would have to put up a 100.00 deposit as well. We paid the extra 45.00 to get in the room early no making the room 203.00 arriving in the room we put our things there and left for our venue. Upon arriving back i sat on the bed and moved the pillows to find the sheets were dirty went to use the bathroom to find the tub was nasty and had hair left in it. The shower curtain had so much soap scum on it that it was brown. We packed our things back in the car and left the hotel before 7pm. To have to pay that much money for a nasty room and the rudeness of the front desk girl i will never stay there again and do not recommend this days inn

Had a leaning floor lamp, a table with NO chairs, hairdryer mount fell of f the wall, bathroom door knob very loose, toilet literally lifts off the floor, bathtub faucet loose, no smoke detector, the carpet had holes and snags in it, desk lamp didnot work, night stand lamp didn't work, both phones didn't work, sink did not have a plug and only one tiny bar of soap was provided (no shower gel) Convenient parking in front of room.
