It was amazing, my family enjoyed our stay thank you
Courtney
Great staff, but the property needs a major update. My room was liking going back to the seventies!
Stacy
Great accommodations. Enjoyed the shuffleboard and pool table.
jamie
Great hotel family friendly
Tia
This was a great hotel with plenty of space and a good breakfast. Exactly what we needed
Jack
The hotel is older and you have to take that into consideration. The rooms are in seriously need to remodeling. The bathtub in particular and the room furniture were at EOL (end of life). We were in a 6 person suite with 4 people occupying, all adults. The hotel outside of the rooms was still very nice and nicely maintained. The best thing was the cooked breakfast and the staff doing that were excellent and friendly. We wouldn't stay there again unless the rooms were remodeled. I know you can't do them all at once and perhaps we just got one that you hadn't gotten to yet. We were in 234. The beds were very comfortable. When you remodel, consider taking out the entire bar area. That would make the couch/TV are much more usable. Probably few use the in room bar anyway when you have a nice bar inside the hotel.
James
Super nice staff, clean and well prepared room, very clean and well kept grounds.
Siri
Everyone was so nice. I really appreciate the help with late check in and late shuttle service. I wish I could have stayed longer but I would definitely return. Thank you!
Melissa
Great location, friendly staff, room was very clean and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely book again next time we visit Abilene
Hector
Just an amazing place! Great rustic feel! Great staff and clean rooms.
Charles
Only staying one night was a great relief. Traveling an amazing distance the next day make the drive manageable. Thanks for a awesome night.
Craig

Noemi

Janet
The bed was wonderful. Lobby was beautiful. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast not good and I was told (by
Phone previous to stay) that gluten-free bread was available. It was not. Eggs did not taste —or look—like fresh eggs. No real milk or non-dairy milk — for coffee. Decor is depressing. Inner rooms dark and severely dated. Plus is updated bathroom from stay some years ago.

This place is run down, dirty, and loud. The furniture is from the 90’s and the pull out couch is like sleeping on a torture rack. We found several items in our room that seemed to have been left by former guests, and other signs of haphazard cleaning. There was a very loud party going on downstairs in the ballroom with bass so loud we could feel it until after 10 PM! And the hotel staff didn’t warn us or seem to care. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was nothing special. Hard pass.
Laura
The property is old fashioned, we have stayed multiple times but this last time it had a musty smell in the room when you first walked in. Other than that. It was great. Bed is very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Walking distance to mall and Lowe’s and even a gas station. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is awesome. You can get a full breakfast. They even have free drinks in the evening each night of your stay.

This hotel is great for families or students because it's just so big with a huge space to gather and the breakfast is always great. All of the staff is so friendly every single one of them we will be staying there again in the future, even though the hotel hasn't been updated much, it feels like a blast from the past our bed was very comfortable.
jessica
Rooms were clean
Nori
I was annoyed that the breakfast quality was like any other hotel but I couldn't serve myself.

Starla
We loved our stay! Friendliest staff!
William
Room was clean. Breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food was very good. Really liked that you could request fried eggs. They were as ordered. Again want to note how friendly the entire breakfast staff was and how they all went out of their way to great you and ask if they could help.
Audrey
Excelent ,it was all a very good stay
Debbie
Did not bring pets or use gym. We did flip the fitted sheets which were wrong side up. Requested more hand towels since we only had one and bar soap. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
Chris
Elegante was great and would be a great place for a seminar. My Father and I stayed 5 days. Clean with a lot of character. It was quiet when needed and a lot of people having a good time.
Elegante fue bien! Despues de cinco dias me siento contento con esta lugar! Los cuartos son limpios.Eleganté fue tranquilo cuando necesario. Cuando regresa a Tejas podemos quedar aqui otra vez!

The hotel is very run down, the carpet and furniture are dirty and in desperate need of renovation. It looks to be last renovated in the early 80's. It was not what I expected at all, considering the price point in the mid $300's. Also, once I checked in and saw the room and wanted to go elsewhere, they wouldn't issue a refund, so we were stuck. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Charles
Great rooms and great breakfast!!!
Amanda
A couple of minor cleaning issues in our room itself, like a few hairs on the wall of the shower and a couple of trash items under a chair. However, the rest of the hotel was immaculate! And we were so grateful for the laundry service after an unexpected incident with our toddler.
Stephen
Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub
Mary
The people above us had children who ran and jumped constantly. The hotel said they would take care of it but nothing came out of it. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was horrible.
Gail
The room was a good size, the staff was friendly and helpful and the interior common areas were lovely.
Kortni
Family friendly. Great size rooms. Great amenities for everyone. Love the convenience of the location plus the restaurant and bar on site. Food was great and you cant beat the drink specials!
Damon
Our Room had a smell, and while i was showering a Coach Roach fell into the tub from a vent in the ceiling.
Latrisha
We stay here once a year and it is always the best place to stay in Abilene. It is in a great location.
Misty
This was such a horrible experience and stay! Firstly, clerk was on phone foreve, no greeting or acknowledgment. Second clerk comes out and helped someone else behind me and never spoke to me. Waitress in restaurant showed no emotions and barely spoke to us. Adult drink area was filthy and drinks were spilled everywhere, trash everywhere this was only 7:00 pm. Went to pool/spa, so many kids jumping from pool to hot tub splashing us in the face. Room full of very young teen girls, yelliny, cussing and laughing till 4:30 am. Called desk three times and nothing was done. Upon check out, was told I couldn't have a receipt since I booked through here. She was very rude as I needed a paper receipt and said it was against policy! Way too expensive for this kind of stay and treatment! Never again..
Lisa
Laundry room was clean. I was happy with facilities. Whole hotel experience was excellent
William
I had a clean room, good shower, and hot breakfast.
Amy
The manager and staff went above and beyond on service. Property needs some minor updates but food was great, pool was perfect, gym was nice, and laundry was functioning.
Bryan
From the time we walked in the door the staff was dedicated to making our stay a wonderful experience. From the welcoming staff at the front counter, the amazingly friendly service at the restaurant all the way to the room service, everyone was super helpful and ready to serve to make our stay one of the best I’ve ever had in a motel!
Jose
Guest where amazing
Austin
The pictures online are very deceiving. The hotel is very old and outdated and not worth the price. There is nowhere to hang out after 10 PM. We felt trapped in our hotel room the entire time.

This hotel is a delight. I’m giving a vibe score. All hotels everywhere should meet pay-to-play standards of cleanliness, etc. and this one does. But what about vibe? From arrival to departure, this was a great place to stay, on the vibe scale, a ten. My stay was a pleasant surprise.
Jimmy
Sweats was better than expected
Stephanie
The room was clean, but the furniture in my room was extremely old/outdated. The free happy hour was definitely a perk, and the on-site restaurant had really food and good prices. Hotel was safe and quiet with a convenient location near the mall and other restaurants.
Amy
Room was clean, but very old and rusty fixtures. The ac took until 3am to finally cool the room down. The building itself is nice.
Dametra
Clean and friendly
Michael
Had a difficult time getting a comfortable night sleep at this location bed was too hard.
Sofa and popcorn ceiling dated this room. Housekeeping could do a better job under toilet rim had rust or mold problem. Areas of room were quite dusty. TV's are almost obsolete. Inside building seems dark and dank. Breakfast offering was fine. Loved the convenience of their amenities.

Laura
It’s a bit older hotel, but still clean enough. We didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities, but there seemed to be quite a few that people were enjoying. We would likely stay again as it was a good value for the price.
Ruben
Staff was great, the bed was comfy.
Crystal
The room was not only outdated, but it was dusty and dirty too. I only gave 2 stars because the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful.
Teri
nice staff
Whitney
The Breakfast options were great! We had a fun evening in the pool with kids!
Michael
We did not stay for breakfast, but it smelled good. Room was big and roomy. Only one elevator in operation. Door to our room would not lock. Maintenance came and worked on it. Still had to slam it really hard to get it to lock. Noon checkout is nice. We would stay there again.
Mary
Staff and overall environment of the hotel
Rachel
Eleganté was very clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Decor and overall aesthetic needs updating. Walls were thin and could hear neighbors and traffic. Our hot water was more like warm. Our room faced the mall, I’m sure if we had the other side noise level would have been better. This hotel has tons of potential. Location was great for us
Danielle
I and my family will be staying here again. Absolutely enjoyed my stay
Eric
The hotel was older and more rundown than expected. The beds were very uncomfortable so I ended up sleeping in the couch. We ended up ending our stay a day early
Marc
Room and Amenities were very satisfactory.
Steven
Room clean staff friendly as always
Terry
We have stayed a half dozen times. We appreciate the excellent service and friendly staff. The room we were in was updated. And large .

Room was spotless abd really comfortable. Great location. I had an issue with the TV and within minutes it was addressed. Happy Hour was a great touch and the breakfast was amazing! Cooked and served with a friendly smile!
Monica
The hotel was clean, and the staff were awesome. The rooms were nice, plenty of room for myself and two teens. Complimentary breakfast was on point and made to order if requested. Room service or dine in was exceptional. I also accidentally left a small bag in the room, and they were so kind as to mail it back to me. I recommend this hotel and will be returning!
Tony
Staff were great, breakfast was awesome
Sherry
Breakfast was great! Parking safe feeling and no problem parking in area you needed.

Everything was great, except the rooms are very outdated, but we enjoyed everything else!
Beau
The hotel was very clean, safe and secure.Im a single parent with 10 yr old daughter and an 11yr old son both are blind. They love swimming, but it can be challenging getting them both in the pool. The pool attendant was very helpful and trustworthy.I also liked you had to wear yellow wrist bands to show you were guest of the hotel.Very safe is very important to the kids and i.Great job! To all the staff.
Audrey
Beautiful Hotel! Gym was dirty, trash full, no replenished towel, needs sweeping, no refill of sanitizing towels. The hotel doesn’t have a shop to purchase snacks and necessities, coffee shop closes early. Our TV kept on freezing..but it was beautiful.. drinks at the bar expensive and small like the old fashion a little stingy pouring in comparison to other resorts..
Anthony
Beautiful place, staff great, great breakfast, drink cards were nice unexpected bonus
Courtney
Hot
Steffanie
Hot tub not hot pool attendant allowed family to use it as a tiny pool allowing young kids with floaties to jump and play and swim…hot tubs are for adults
Stephen
We always enjoy staying here when we come to Abilene to visit family Clean, friendly, Comfortable.
Mina
Kylie was very helpful
Steven
Breakfast was good and staff was extremely friendly
Herman
Very helpful
Joshua
Courteous staff and comfortable rooms
Glenn
I always enjoy my stay. However, you could have a better maintenance program. Doors stick, tub faucet drips, rusty access panel, loose door knobs, etc. These are minor things but that many makes a difference in a star rating.
