The mold in my room was horrific. Roaches even worse. Tubs look like a crime scene. I checked in at 1:30am and had to stay the night, next day I was gone most of it came back in the evening and it was worse. They wouldn’t change my room or give me my money back. I woke up sick the next day. The front desk lady would agree and disagree on conditions once you left. Complete waste! Do not recommend and I will never go back, they are price gouging and trapping the out of town employees. Heads up: If you’re here for work they will trap you and take your money, you will leave and they will not credit or refund you.
Even our uber driver warned us about them. Apparently they do this all the time!

We had a great experience here during our stay. This was actually one of the nicest and cleanest hotels we have been to in a long time. It smelled good in the halls and room. Very friendly staff at check in and check out. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Upon arrival, there wasn’t anyone at the desk, when she finally made her way to the desk, check in was fine, not great, not really friendly but not rude either.
Not a lot of parking since there were multiple utility trucks taking up the front parking. Due to the data centers they have inflated the room prices for subpar rooms, bathroom was dirty, found tape on the shower wall… bed was fine but top blanket was dirty with visible stains on it. With the outside lights rooms are bright as day when trying to sleep since the curtain doesn’t do anything to block it.
Went down to breakfast around 7:30, they didn’t really have anything or anything out, coffee was cold.
I think if you are going to charge the price they are charging you should have better amenities and hot coffee and cleaner rooms.

Good location not far from zoo an restaurants can't forget Walmart.... The beds was kind of hard . The fridge was half clean.an the pool area had to much chlorine in it , it was burning our eyes so bad it was hard to enjoy swimming plus it was wires sticking up at the bottom of the Jacuzzi. the staff Was rude an not greeting as we came in or as we checked out

Front desk and breakfast staff were so friendly. Maid. Yelled at me through the door wanting in, after I told her twice I didn’t need anything. It was the yelling that got me. The shower was luke warm at best. The sink didn’t drain properly. It was clean and staff was nice though!

I will not be staying at this hotel again. First off I was staying here three nights for business the second night when I arrived back to my room my door was open. I’m the only person staying in this room. I called down to the lobby and asked if there had been house cleaning in my room that day, they said no, they do not have house cleaning for rooms where occupants are staying more than one night. I told them that my room door was open and that the chair under the desk was out in the middle of the room, and the trashcan was on top of the desk. The manager got on the phone and was very rude and interrupted me. She finally said that they were in my room, shampooing the carpet and I’m like why would you shampoo a carpet in a room that’s being occupied now I’m having to walk around on wet carpet. She did not offer any discount on my stay. The only thing the manager said was she will let them know not to shampoo an occupied room, very disappointed in this day. Will not stay here again.

Traveling with family. We Booked this location for the indoor pool. It was closed due to supposed incident with a customer.
Then we went to take a shower after a long drive. Also no hot water. I know it’s summer but the water was way too cold to get in!
Night staff was great at communicating and even coming to the door.
Tried to find another accommodation, being it Father’s Day weekend nothing was available for a family.
I waited all week for a call from management. Nothing. This place is not worth coming back if staff communicates better than management.
We travel frequent and understand many things that happen. Not being able to have a decent shower is not acceptable. Management not communicating is not acceptable.
They want to credit me $50 really for not taking a shower. If breakfast was good I may have thought about it. Even the coffee was bad. I’m not to complain about hospitality since I worked for many years in this field but I am highly disappointed in this experience and especially in communication efforts.

A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. We booked rooms for one of our company employees, but upon arrival, the accommodations were not suitable. The primary issue was that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The initial room was approximately 80 degrees, making it extremely uncomfortable. Hotel staff attempted to move the guest to different rooms, but each room had the same issue, with temperatures remaining around 80 degrees and no effective cooling.

While the staff was courteous and attempted to assist, the lack of a properly functioning air conditioning system significantly impacted the stay. For travelers visiting during warmer weather, I recommend confirming that the HVAC system is operating correctly before checking in.

I hope management addresses these issues promptly, as comfortable room temperatures are a basic expectation for any hotel stay.

They need a new manager, one that knows the laws for service animals. Charged us a $300 deposit for our service dog, then charged us a cleaning fee even though for 2 days we left the do not disturb sign off the door and they refused to come in and clean it. She wanted to say we had it in the door the whole time, we lost for a whole day so she is definitely a liar and doesn’t care. Also the cleaning employees are awesome. Cleaning people were probably the most enjoyable thing about this place, you can tell the manager isn’t nice to the employees either which I could tell when I spoke to her the first time.

We reserved a room in April, arrived late in the day 11pm, and was told that the room we reserved some just left so the room is not ready and that they didn’t have room services due to it being late in the day. The front desk clerk offered to check the room and just change the sheets. We had no choice but to stay due to it being late. Room and bathroom is dirty. I wanted to like this place, but it fell short in a few key areas. The room was clean overall, but the floor felt sticky, which immediately threw things off. There was also about a 2-inch soft spot or hole in the floor that noticeably sank when you stepped on it, which was concerning.

The elevator looked like it had seen better days too. One side of the door was normal, while the other looked like exposed glue or plaster, like it had lost its backing at some point.

The biggest disappointment was the amenities. I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub, and neither were available during my entire stay. That really should be clearly stated on booking sites. If those amenities matter to you, I’d definitely recommend calling ahead to confirm they’re actually open.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very apologetic about the issues, which I appreciated.

Breakfast, unfortunately, didn’t make up for anything. The eggs were dried out from sitting too long, and by Monday morning there wasn’t even any bacon left to be put out.

Between the closed amenities, underwhelming breakfast, and the condition of the room, it didn’t feel worth the ~$140 per night. I wouldn’t stay here again at that price.

Some of the staff were extremely helpful/nice and others…not so much. There were used condoms in the pullout bed when we opened it and a wrapper fell off behind it on the floor. The door to our room had damage near the handle that looked like someone had jimmied the door open before, so we were a little nervous staying in that room. The bathroom door lock/handle had visible damage upon arrival and the handle locked while no one was inside, no one from the staff was able to get it opened until AFTER we had checked out—before we left they said they would call to let me know and would mail anything that was found inside, but they never called, so we rearranged our driving plan to stay local an extra day waiting on a phone call, that never came…we went back around 5 pm and they said they were able to get the door open and that there wasn’t anything found inside.

The other two beds as well as the bathroom, seemed clean enough.

The room had not been cleaned. I carried out the wet, dirty towels from the previous occupant and stripped the stained bedding off the beds. The floors weren't vacuumed, and I threw away the old beer bottle caps. Their breakfast was about 50 percent empty. The food containers were present but empty. The pool was out of order. The front desk was not staffed at check-in. We were provided no bedding for the pull-out couch, and after repeated requests, they brought sheets but no blanket. We used a blanket from the car for my children. I have never had a worse stay anywhere. We obviously changed our reservation for the duration of our trip.

Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to leave. I would not stay here again

This weekend was the most expensive weekend for these rooms for whatever reason. When we arrived and unloaded our luggage the elevators did not work so we had to make back and forth trips up 3 flights of stairs. We came in later on and went to warm food up, the microwave did not work, went to the hot tub it did not work. The sheets had little hard bqlls on them like they had been slept in 1,000 times, the coach had white stains all over it. This place was absolutely disgusting! The kitchen area was a mess as well. When we left again we had to go back and forth up 3 flights of stairs due to the elevator not working.

The floors in the bathroom and the whole building is lending the hot tub was cold the coffee was cold and the other pot they brought out looked and tasted like color water breakfast was a complete joke you would think for 200 a night you could get good breakfast and level floors elevator looked like someone was caught in there and trying to claw their way out.. night staff was so rude and very unhelpful . There is no water in the rooms for coffee you have to buy it for 4.00 a bottle then the coffee pots didn’t even have the equipment to make coffee rooms were so dirty I’m hoping I didn’t get bed bugs or some kind of fungus on my feet like I said for 300 a night you would think it would be top of the line should of stayed at motel 6 for 70 a night and had better breakfast and coffee and they give you more sugar and creamer if you ask.. so so so not worth the money DO NOT STAY HERE!! So much better places and a a lot cheaper I had two room which coast 1200 for 2 nights thinking we were goi if to have. Really nice stay that was not the case I asked for a refund and was denied or at least a cheaper rate due the whole experience and was denied and treated rude do not recommend this place AT ALL!!

Room was not very clean and had a bad odor. The shower mechanism was loose and controlling the temperature was difficult!
Pool area had rust on the floor. My granddaughter cut her toe on a broken tile on the floor of the pool area. The jazzuci was green! Breakfast of out of waffle batter, out of yogurt and we arrived an hour before it closed. I have stayed here several times in the past few years but we will not stay here in the future!

My room was DISGUSTING when I checked in, it clearly had not been cleaned and the front desk was aware of it because they weren’t surprised AT ALL when I called to tell them and see if I could get a different room-which I couldn’t because they had no other rooms. Hair on the comforter, sheets AND pillows. Several pillow cases were dirty and didn’t smell clean. The bathroom floor had hair all over it also. Food crumbs under the bed. What I’m assuming is poop left on the toilet seat. Dirt and mold in the tub. DISGUSTING. I will never stay there again and I won’t recommend it. Had several friends also staying and their rooms were gross as well.

The front desk clerk was beyond rude and acting like everything that happened was our fault. The day we checked in she ended up double charging me for the room so instead of 468.05 I paid that amount twice plus the 50 incidental fee. Then I woke up the next morning to see that another 171.05 had been taken out of my account without my permission and she was like oh well it didn’t mark the correct things on the computer so it charged you for a night thinking you hadn’t paid. Beyond this the pool was closed most of our stay due to a broken pump, the breakfast wasn’t that good, the bed was hard and wasn’t a good night sleep and the front desk hotel clerk gave us major attitude and acted like we were stupid when she’s the one that screwed up. Would not stay here again.

We had booked a king bed suite (up to 4 people) for 3 people . No bedding or sheets for sleeper couch in room. Upon request, they provided one uncovered duvet and one sheet. No pillow available. Had to request second sheet. Sleeper couch mattress old and uncomfortable.
Room not cleaned, random bolt on counter in bathroom as thought someone forgot to finish a maintenance job, finish in bathtub splintering everywhere
Only shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. No body wash or lotion.
Only one full set of towels provided. Asked for additional towels. Two mid size bath towels provided. No full size towel, hand towel or wash clothes available.
No information on breakfast provided. We asked and were told it was from 6-10am. Went to breakfast at 9:15am and were told night staff gave us wrong information, breakfast ends at 9:30am. Selection was not great, coffee was so weak it looked like tea (several guests had left their full cups by the coffee dispenser rather than drink it).
Went to pool. Didn’t have enough towels in room, pool only had dirty towel, nobody at front desk. Water and pool area were icy cold (hot tub was hot, didn’t see a button for jets or anything, literally just a little pool with hot water),
Nobody at front desk at check out to request copy of receipt (at 10:45am) , only a dropbox for keys.
Paid $150 for that!

Hot tub was warm at best, and dirty. Though the hotel claimed to be smoke-free, there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke in the stairwell, where there also was a commercial vacuum cleaner sitting next to the door. It was late at night, with no other guests in the hallways or stairwell, so it definitely appeared that whoever was cleaning the stairwell had also been smoking in the stairwell. The pool also looked dirty.

When I pay $175 for a night, I expect these basic things to be, well, basically provided at minimum. If you says it’s nonsmoking, then there shouldn’t be ANY cigarette smoke in the building. When you advertise a hot tub, it should be hot, not the same temp as the pool. Basic.

Noticed water container in lobby was not filled after first day, still had lemon slices in it from day 1. Only 1 pool towel could be found for us and it looked like an old rag. This is a great option for ACU events but could use a little attention to customer service to make it better.

There were not enough linens for the bathroom, none at all for the pull out sofa, the coffee maker still had the used pod from the previous guest, and they only allowed one pillow for the pull out bed.

We checked in at 9pm and still had to wait for our room to be ready. If the main 2 parking lots are full good luck finding other parking and the staff aren't helpful in finding more space either. The main owner is nice but overall our stay could've been better.

The people working the front were rude and seemed like they could care less about anything. The room wasn’t clean. We had to ask for bedding for the second bed. We tried to call and they wouldn’t answer to front phone so we had to go down to get bedding.

Very simple. Hotel was booked. I reserved 2-3 weeks ago. The card I used was declined for purchase upon arrival b/c of my over protective bank. The desk stated they attempted to reach me but I never saw it. Got the room anyway. Stressful, but handled and taken care of. Great job.
