I honestly really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable bed lots of little details that I appreciated. Blackout shades, easy to use soap dispensers, roomy shower and easy to use tv. My name was on the screen when I walked in. :) Nice areas to sit downstairs. Water fountains with bottle filler. Pool table. Snacks to buy. Good continental breakfast. Friendly people. Good little gym. And I felt secure. You needed your card key to use elevators. That way not anybody could go up. And very quiet.

The room was booked through a third party and prepaid for the entire stay (16 nights), with the weather delayed, we couldn't check in until the next day and the hotel no-showed the reservation. Instead of reinstating it or partially refunding, they kept the whole amount, and we had to book a whole new reservation. We went with another property and will not book here again.

Whoever said this property was wonderful was lying. The room was filthy. The bathroom was dirty. The trash cans still had old discarded contacts and trash in them. Like the room hadn’t even been cleaned. The bed and linens were sandy and dirty. When we went to take a shower there was zero hot water. When we asked the front desk about it, we were told the hotel was full. That’s funny since the parking lot was completely empty. The hotel was chosen based on it being a Hilton hotel. They refused to put our Hilton honors number in for points. The breakfast was terrible and cold.staff was big friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

The room was clean. The staff was kind. The one thing that bothered me is that they offered wine for sale at the front desk, but there were no cups/wine glasses, or anything from which to drink it. Didn't make a lot of sense to me. We didn't purchase the wine for that very reason. Also, housekeeping comes every other day, which is fine, but the towel supply was very limited for two people.

Nice place for an overnight stay. Check in was smooth and the service was great as well. My only two complaints are with cleaniness and breakfast. The floor in our room was not clean, hair on the floor in the bathroom. As for breakfast, lacked taste, bacon was not good. I believe they use powdered milk. Otherwise not a bad stay. Conveniently off the interstate and I believe there are some eateries ans shops nearby.

Not worth the stay.

This was the 2nd time in a row this hotel has not provided the breakfast at the stated time. Breakfast was due to be open at 6am. By the time I turned my key in it was 6:35-6:40am. I wasn't the only person who left without food today.

Based on the continued lack to follow thru on the amenities as stated, I will long longer seek this hotel to stay att when I am in the area.

There was also a little mold in the shower and no do not disturb sign.
