Muy bien localizado, bastante estacionamiento, areas comunes en miy buen estado y tiene muy buena area de patio, piscina, terrazas etc. Los cuartos no estaban muy limpios pero tampoco sucios, los empleados estaban muy atentos.

They don't tell you when booking your room that there is a very expensive parking fee. This place is off of International Drive and parking is not scarce. They have a Walmart size lot with few cars. So this is a cash grab and it feels deceptive.

I did not stay there at all. I wanted a refund time I stepped in. The lobby was musty as well as the rooms. Place looks like the up keeping is not being met. Walls needs to be scrub or painted. Although front desk service was very helpful this hotel needs to remodel.

Check-in was quick and easy, the lobby was bright and welcoming, which gave a good first impression. The room was fine and about what you would expect from a three-star hotel. It could have been a little cleaner on arrival, but nothing unacceptable.

Shampoo and shower gel were provided but were almost empty when we arrived. After calling the front desk, replacements were delivered quickly, although there was no conditioner or shower caps in the room. The towels were very small. We requested extra towels, which were delivered promptly, but the next day housekeeping removed them and again left only two. We had to ask for more and eventually used the “Do Not Disturb” sign to stop them being taken away.

The view from the room overlooking SeaWorld was nice, although the outside windows could have used a clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but it varied slightly each day and was enough to get you started.

The hotel is not on the main part of International Drive and there isn’t much nearby apart from Walgreens, Publix, KFC, Wendy’s. There is a bus stop close by, but we would have preferred to stay nearer Icon Park. Access on foot was awkward as the hotel is set far back with no direct pathway, some rear entrances near the pool didn’t work with our key card.

Overall, the stay was ok, but I felt the price could have been cheaper. It’s good for SeaWorld or Discovery Cove, but too far for Disney and Universal. The hotel is probably better suited to people staying for work

Room was clean, breakfast was great seemed to be only service meat on weekends. Expensive parking and pool was absolutely freezing talked to 3 different staff all said it was supposed to be heated but in a 4 night stay we only went swimming for a total of 10 minutes which is really sad when you go somewhere warm and plan to do lots of swimming.

We had a great one-night stay at the Element Orlando. This was our second time staying here—on a previous visit we stayed in a room with a king bed, and this time we booked the one-bedroom suite. Both rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed.

We travel with our 4-year-old, and the hotel works perfectly for our family. The location is ideal, just about 10–15 minutes from Disney. Everything was always clean, and the hotel smells fresh and pleasant, which we really appreciate.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families visiting Orlando.

- This is my fourth time staying here and they never disappoint! The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is super friendly, and the outdoor lounge area is really nice and roomy.
- The location is great — everything you need is about 5–10 minutes away. Publix is literally a 4-minute drive or a 10-minute walk.

Cons:

- Breakfast could definitely be better. It’s like a 5/10 — good for a quick bite but don’t expect to get full.
- No early check-in, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast staff were amazing and super nice. Had to ask for towels numerous times though. Said pool was heated but was cold. There were tiny bugs (looked like ants but not) everywhere. Plus a red ant was crawling on me in the bed. That is the reason for the low rating. Bugs coming out the plugs and by bed and on counters and saw one by breakfast. Wasn’t bed bugs but still gross.

The only thing I didn't like is that guest parking is not included and it is quite expensive to just leave the vehicle there for several hours overnight, since we were out all day and we arrived at the hotel after 10 pm every day and left early in the morning before 8 am.

My family which consists of 3 teenagers, my husband and myself stayed at this hotel due to the proximity to Seaworld. We were surprised to see all of the activities available to keep us entertained. The kids went swimming. We all used the gym. We played pool, and a game of oversized chess. Breakfast had variety and filled up two teen boys who can eat a lot. There were a few fast food restaurants in walking distance. You could walk or drive to CVS, Starbucks, or a few other restaurants. Great place, will stay again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel over the weekend! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and well-stocked.

The only thing I found confusing was the parking situation. It’s self-parking, but the charge was around $26 per night plus tax, which is similar to valet rates at other places. For self-parking, that seemed a bit high.

Aside from that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation. It’s a fantastic place to stay and I’d gladly come back!

Everything about the hotel from the location to the cleanliness was fantastic. Onsite laundry was great. Pool was filthy (a lot of grime on the bottom) and you had to pay for parking. One week of parking cost me almost 200 dollars. The hotel does not own the lot it resides on. For this reason alone I wouldn’t stay here again, a waste of money to pay for parking.

This is not a good hotel. Period number one I went to see if I could check in early. He said they didn’t have anything available but took my info and said he would call me when they do. He never called and went back three hours later and they had something available so I checked in Also, they charge you $26 per night to park. This is not even a high parking area so I don’t know why they charge their gas to park at all let alone $26. There are no ice buckets in the room. You’ll have to go to the front desk to get one. Also for two guests, they gave us one washcloth and I believe three towels. I asked for more. None were received. I went down to the front desk to get some. She took a long time to bring some from out the back. When I initially went in the room, I questioned the cleanliness Because the shower wasn’t completely clean and there were areas that just didn’t look Touch. So I had to disinfect with my products. I would not stay here again, even if it was free.

The Element Hotel was an exceptional experience. The complimentary breakfast was consistently delightful, with a rotating menu for the main entree, complemented by a daily yogurt bar offering a delightful assortment of granola, fruits, and nuts. Beverages were available in a variety of options, including coffee, hot tea, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, and water. Additionally, fresh muffins and bread were provided.
The breakfast was truly remarkable. While I did not utilize the hotel’s parking facility, the spacious parking lot was conveniently located, and Uber and Lyft drop-off services provided a designated area in front of the hotel.
The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel offered a range of amenities, including a pool, washer and dryer facilities (with an additional fee), and a bike rental service for exploring nearby shops.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel’s location is ideal for visiting the numerous theme parks in Orlando. A complimentary bus service ($5 per person) was available to transport guests to and from the parks.
I have no complaints about this establishment. It exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I intend to return and stay at The Element Hotel on future occasions in Orlando.
I express my sincere gratitude to the exceptional staff at The Element for making our trip unforgettable. If you are considering this place, I highly recommend it.
