The Comfort Inn in Valentine, NE, is a fine place to Lodge. Rooms have plenty of space and are clean. The breakfast is pretty good. I don't like the wash basin being in the room and not in with the shower but that design seems standard for the mid-level motel. I would stay there again.

Hot breakfast was pretty good...eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy. DIY waffles available. Coffee from machine wasn't as good as in-room. Only concerns were that the key card reader at the exit at end of hallway didn't work so door was unlocked. Voices and other hallway noises could be heard rather easily but other guests were respectful.

For starters, the woman at the front desk was very friendly. Our keys didn’t work, so she gave us new keys and then stayed there to make sure they worked (they didn’t). The third time was the charm, and she was able to get us two working keys. As we started to settle in and get ready for bed, we noticed the air wasn’t working. My husband tried to trouble shoot a little after a trip back to the desk, but when it still wasn’t working, she moved us to a new room and upgraded us to one with three queen beds. Breakfast was ok-ish. Not the best; not the worst. The hotel could probably use a little work, but the night staff was great!

Very dated, and not in good shape. The sheets were clean, and that was about it. There were stains on the carpet, worn spots on all doors, and the curtains were not properly hanging. We were quite disappointed to be honest. We had been traveling, had a rough day the day prior, and was wanting to relax int he hot tub. When we got down to the hot tub, it was absolutely filthy and not maintained. I feel sorry for the person we had just seen sitting in it. They must not have noticed how poorly the water was kept. The room was ok, and we got a good nights sleep.

I've stayed here several times, once per year when I'm on my way home from Wisconsin to Colorado. The room was ok, and it seemed quiet, until 5:30AM, when trash was being picked up in the alley behind the building. Good thing I was already up. Overall condition seems a bit worn and dated. The staff at the front desk were very nice; moved me to the room I wanted on the second floor, and provided eating utensils when Pizza hut didn't give me any. Breakfast was ok. Price seems a bit high, compared to the Marriot I stayed at in Des Moines the week before.

Edinburgh Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 13 km. The luxurious boat hotel is berthed in the heart of Edinburgh, just minutes from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile.
It is a permanently moored wide-beamed barge measuring 17 m by 3 m, sleeping up to 4 adults and two children comfortably. It offers excellent self-catering holiday accommodation.
It was built in 2010 and offers 3 rooms. Guests may hire bicycles on site.
The boat hotel offers two double cabins with a plasma TV with free satellite/cable channels and DVDs as well as a recess with bunk beds and a lounge with a bed-settee and plasma TV. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and hairdryer, while further standard in-room amenities include a double bed, a radio with a hi-fi, Internet access, an ironing set, individually regulated heating and a terrace.

From Edinburgh Airport, take the A8 through Corstophine to Haymarket Terrace and follow signs for the city centre. Continue onto Shandwick Place and make a right turn onto Lothian Road.
