I left my bag in the room which was yet to be turned around then when I returned late on my bag had gone and the clueless guy on reception had no idea where it was. So nothing to change into and not even able to brush my teeth. I found it the next morning sitting on the desk in reception. Barely an apology. I asked for a part refund, was told the manager would call me and NOTHING. Not impressed to say the least.

Really enjoyed our stay in our 2 bed, 2 bathroom apt. Some cleanliness issues with the furnishings - sofa and chairs in particular. Didn't mar our overall experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities in the apartment were excellent. Very comfortable beds (or maybe just exhausted after all that walking!). Lots of bus links close by and walkable to Haymarket train station. Tesco Express just around the corner was really useful. Would recommend and will consider staying here again for our next visit.

I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!!

The apartment was a great value for its location just outside the Old Town city centre. For tourists, it's about a 15-minute, mostly flat walk to the castle and Royal Mile, etc. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and warm. All the expected amenities were provided and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only one small drawback - for travelers counting on the laundry amenities, the dryer was pretty ineffective (washer-dryer combo, design limitation, not a fault). Overall it exceeded expectations.

The room was spacious and clean but backed onto a main road. The noise from cars and lorries (which made the room vibrate when they went past) made a peaceful nights sleep impossible.

The room was great and very clean. I had to take away a star due to a rude staff interaction toward the end of our stay. We decided to pay for late check out so we could leave at 1 instead of 11. At 11:35 a female staff member practically barged into our room stating we were 35 min past check out. We told her we paid for late check out, she then proceeded to ask when? As if we were lying. She could have gone about that in a different way. Then ours keys stopped working before 1pm anyway. Needless to say we left earlier than late check out. She was nice enough to refund us that money, not sure if that was because she felt bad or not. We would stay here again because it was very convenient to the bus and had lots of things around it. Parking was easy as well. Just for future times please be kind and make sure when asking you don’t come off accusatory. Also, the amenities were great and it was easy enough to cook in but the pans in our room were not great. The eggs I cooked for my family went from fried to scrambled because they stuck to the pan so badly even with using a lot of butter.

Disappointing that after communicating a week ahead that there was a tragic death and only 2 of us could actually come rather than 5, they wouldn’t budge on a refund so it was way more space than what we needed.

A bit noisy as it's on the street and we were on the bottom floor, plus we were in a different building and had to walk down the street to the parking lot. Several good restaurants nearby.
