We had a gorgeous room, immaculate, lovely comfortable bed and great views of Bryant Park. Huge bathroom for NYC too. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The young Irish girl on reception (sorry we didn’t get your name) was brilliant - just overall such a good stay at the hotel. Great staff - professionals, welcoming, and accommodating of special requests. The room is good - spacious and clean. However, the hotel lobby and hallways probably needs upgrading as it is becoming dated and sad looking. Maybe new carpets, lighting fixture, and art work would brighten up the place to keep its high standard.

Room was ready early and spotless. Staff service was excellent. Property location was centrally located in midtown facing Bryant Park, which is a short 10 block walk up 5th Ave to St Pat’s and Rockefeller Center. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and clean rooms, though the standard rooms are quite small and the window view was unfortunately blocked by ongoing construction. Pillows and blankets could also be improved to better reflect the hotel’s level. With a few upgrades, it could offer a much more comfortable stay.

Expected Better Experience

My 2nd stay here and 2nd time issue with water temperature in shower and sink. Water never got warm in either, cold everyday. They had someone come up to fix it but it wasn't fixed. Jo at the front desk was very kind and felt bad I could see. My bill was reduced by $200 but I won't be coming back in future. It's not acceptable to deal with this issue at this level of a hotel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every staff member I encountered — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team — went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for.
The attention to detail was outstanding. The front desk staff were not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also kind and eager to ensure my stay was seamless. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and small touches throughout my stay made it clear that guest comfort is their top priority.
This hotel is beautiful, yes, but it’s the staff who make it truly exceptional. I left feeling not just well taken care of, but valued. I will absolutely be returning, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a stay, but an experience defined by excellent service and remarkable people.

We came for our 30th wedding anniversary to celebrate and have fun in Manhattan. The hotel was beautiful, Alphonso took great care of us at the bar with delicious cocktails and the room and location were lovely. We overlooked the park and enjoyed the spacious and elegant room. A perfect overnight

My wife and I decided to spend the weekend in the city and always want to be near Bryan Park.
So happy we made the choice to stay at the Bryant Park hotel. The staff was so friendly and immediately upgraded our room.
I would stay here anytime and would recommend it to anyone. Prices were reasonable the experience was worth the cost.

I booked a Bryant Park View room with three windows. I received an upgrade to a king sized bed but on a low floor (4) which had one window which was covered in scaffolding so disappointed as room felt dark and a little claustrophobic. Lovely dinner at Koi which was in the building but disappointed as no reception to speak of on entry and felt more like an apartment building than hotel. Am annoyed I didn’t make a fuss immediately and change rooms but was jetlagged after a long flight. The experience didn’t live up to the advertised expectations unfortunately.
