This hotel is really at the center of Midtown. You have a lot to do within just a few blocks. Great restaurants and bars (Magic Hour, Refinery Rooftop, Calle Dao, Parker and Queen), to mention a few. The rooms are spacious (for NYC hotels). I had a single room, it has a king bed, a desk, and a sofa. The bathroom is superclean and has plenty of space. The free daily breakfast is a great benefit. Their staff is friendly and always willing to help. I've stayed at this location multiple times, and I highly recommend it for anyone coming to spend a few days in NYC.

My daughter and I went to NYC on a mother-daughter trip. This hotel was clean and perfect for us. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sofa seating area was comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were convenient. The complimentary breakfast was a great feature and saved us a lot of money. The hotel was centrally located, easily walkable to places such as The Empire State Building, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and Broadway. There were great restaurants nearby. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

We did have to move rooms late one night when we arrived back to the hotel at 11:30pm with our kids and found out the room key didn't work. We weren't notified ahead of time or given different options. We arrived back at the hotel, had to pack up all our stuff and move to a different room.

It was very inconvenient. We would appreciate some sort of credit or reimbursment for the disruption. I understand things happen, but finding out the way we did so late at night when we arrived back to the hotel and were ready to go to bed was really frustrating.

This hotel was a good location in NYC. Close to subway, food, and shopping but it was not the nicest hotel. We booked it for the free breakfast but the breakfast was just ok. I think we would’ve been better off staying somewhere else and grabbing breakfast on the street every morning. My kids wouldn’t even eat the hotel breakfast after day 1. I won’t stay there again but it wasn’t terrible.

This hotel was average. As we were in NYC for 3 days
we didn’t opt for a luxury hotel. We selected a double Queen room and the picture was deceiving. When we walked in room was extremely tight. Very little walking room. 1 Small closet. 2 drawers. Had to live out of our suitcases. Small bathroom. Beds were comfy though. Daily breakfast was doable. Slightly above continental. Close proximity to Times Square ( 9min walk) . Empire State Building (5 min walk). Bryant Park (2min) . Heralds square / Macys (5-7min) .
Staff were very friendly. Free internet. Only disappointment is room size. All in all we didn’t plan to be in the room much . So if you want to somewhere safe, clean and know you won’t be in the room much it’s doable!!! Didn’t really take pics inside hotel. Nothing appeasing .

Slightly underwhelmed by the experience, broken safe in room and AC system not properly working, had to change the room which was a bit of inconvenience as we had just arrived after long traveling, room carpets probably need a bit of TLC, breakfast was also a struggle as there is minimal seating arrangement and lots of people doing breakfast so usually no place to sit and eat, also timings were like breakfast finishing at 9 am which meant that even we were on a holiday but felt like a working day so must get up early otherwise will miss the breakfast and that was a big inconvenience. In addition had to ask reception for toiletries as were not replaced regularly by cleaning staff.

Overall, everything was good. The walkable area around was good, and I was especially surprised by how fast the elevator was. However, there are a lot of cars in front of the hotel, so I don't recommend using Uber, and the lower floors are a little noisy. I'm very satisfied.

It gets super crowded around 8:30 and the worker was really mad that there was a long line at that time and made a snarky comment about people going down right before cleanup. I’m not sure how they manage to use the word suite because these rooms are significantly smaller than any other hotel room I’ve been in - even in NYC. There was only ever one elevator working, the water pressure resembled a leaking faucet rather than a shower, the bed linens had stains on them when I arrived, and the bathroom door has a frosted pane of glass on it and with the toilet immediately next to it you feel like you have no privacy. Overall the amenities desperately need modernization and the deposit was outrageous ($400 total for one week).

After Christmas Vacation

I stayed in a room on the 11th floor. Rooms are small but clean and sufficient. AC doesn't do much. I suggest you bring a small fan for circulation. The location is great. They did provide a free breakfast that was good. However it was packed in teh dinning area and there was often no place to sit. It could have been the time I was there ( After Christmas right before NYE). Staff was very helpful.

Awesome location with close proximity to dining, subway and attractions. Staff was super accommodating and were able to check us in early and hold our luggage at no fee. The only negative is that their breakfast area is way too small and condensed. It was hard trying to get breakfast and walk through the crowd. Overall great stay!

Clean room, convenient breakfast, amazing location, and super friendly/helpful staff. This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast included was a nice perk, and the nightly rate was reasonable. They kindly held our luggage after checkout, since our flight was later that day. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was pretty good, just small space for how many people are there.
Location was convenient to most places.
Rooms need updating. TV is old, Can't see out the dirty windows, mattresses are pretty bad and a mattress topper does not help.
I know its NYC and rooms are small and expensive, but having an updated room would make the $500 a night much easier to swallow.

We loved the location. It was easy to move around and access stuff.

We would have preferred more lighting options in the room, however, and the outside (front from the sidewalk) could be cleaner. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property.
