A wonderful property with genuinely warm and attentive staff. The elevator layout was a bit awkward — it was easy to miss one opening on the far end — and my room had a few minor issues with non-functioning outlets and a bathroom mirror that wouldn’t light up. That said, the heated bathroom floor more than made up for it. A small luxury that really stood out!

The room was comfortable and clean with a nice array of TV channels.
The “grab and go” breakfast (which you can eat in the small bar) is delicious.
The hotel location in midtown is excellent, close to Grand Central as well as metro and bus lines.
I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. Close enough to Broadway/Times Square to get to everything easily and quickly, far enough to not be in the craziness. Also very close to Grand Central. All staff were also super nice.

The room itself wasn’t super clean (particularly the bathroom), however, and there weren’t enough towels for both my wife and me.

I recently stayed at the Iroquois Hotel in New York and overall had a very positive experience.

The standout feature of the hotel is the staff. Every interaction—from check-in to housekeeping—was exceptional. The team was consistently attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful, creating a level of service that really elevated the stay.

The location is also excellent—central and convenient for getting around Midtown while still feeling slightly tucked away from the busiest streets. The Italian restaurant is another highlight, serving wonderful food and easily one of the best meals I had during the trip.

A few aspects didn’t quite meet expectations given the price. The rooms felt a bit underwhelming for a boutique hotel, the fitness facilities are quite small, and breakfast had a limited menu that didn’t change during the stay.

That said, the outstanding staff, great location, and excellent restaurant make the Iroquois a place I would happily consider returning to.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Midtown Manhattan. It was within walking distance of a lot of NYC's attractions. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. It was decorated beautifully and the daily breakfast was top notch! The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. I would stay here again in a New York minute LOL!

Nice modern rooms fairly large compared to what you get in Manhattan. I like the way the historic and the modern has been combined. Bathrooms are modern and in great condition. Amenities in the rooms great and with a great quality. Most of the places in the area invested in the hotel reception facilities but he the rooms remain filthy while in here is actually vice versa-as soon as you walk in from the corridor to the rooms you are actually and pleasantly wowed. The front desk was friendly at Check-In, especially Daniel. They made sure we were aware of the continental breakfast and complimentary drink. Though we didn’t eat the breakfast during our stay, it appeared to be breads and jams.

The room was cozy for New York. The heated tile floor was the best!

This is a repeat stay for us. We've been coming to NYC in February for several years. The room is very nice, staff is friendly and very helpful, amenities are wonderful. We love that breakfast is included and it's very good. The happy hours are a nice treat. And, we especially like the tours given by Streetwise New York. These are free and so informative. Kudos to Patrick, our tour guide on Feb. 18, 2026.

For my first visit to NYC, the Iroquois did not disappoint! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. What stood out most was the front desk team — they consistently went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed during my entire stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Great experience, helpful and informative staff. Rooms facing the street may be loud at night and morning. Same breakfast menu every morning. Close walking distance to multiple attractions. Safe, clean, comfortable beds and family friendly (except for the adult sex kit on top of the computer desk and art magazines showing naked pictures)great place to stay when celebrating a special occasion.

Staff was excellent from the door man at entry to the front desk staff, to the cafe staff. Everyone was super accommodating and kind. The hotel is gorgeous it’s sheek and elegant. Definitely a boutique hotel. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable. There was a mini bar but no mini fridge for guest. It a little tight for two med size suit cases. The king we stayed in had two large night stands with a big drawer and cubby. A small closet with plenty of hangers and a safe. A desk with a couple small drawers. They also have a dry sauna.. that I unfortunately didn’t use but would if I stayed again. I would absolutely stay again. It was a good location. The breakfast was included, it was nice food. The bar wasn’t open during my stay.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The bell staff and front desk were warm and professional, and they even changed my room before arrival when I requested a super quiet space. They also went above and beyond to get me a kettle.

The room was spotless and well maintained. Dining was easy and delicious whether eating in, ordering to the room, or taking food to go.

The location is outstanding, steps from Fifth Avenue, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, the Theatre District, and close to Grand Central and Central Park. A fantastic Midtown base with genuinely great service.

The room was super clean and clearly well cared for. Housekeeping was thorough, and the space felt comfortable, elegant, and refreshed each day.

Dining was another highlight. The food was excellent whether eating in the restaurant, ordering delivery to the room, or grabbing something to go. It made busy city days and late evenings incredibly easy.

The location is ridiculously great. You are just steps from Fifth Avenue shopping, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, the Theatre District, and the New York Public Library. Grand Central Station and Central Park are an easy walk away as well. It is hard to imagine a more convenient Midtown base.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for outstanding service, spotless rooms, flexible dining options, and one of the best locations in New York City.

Highlight of this hotel was the location - very convenient. Reserved for 2 persons but hotel was prepared for 1 person - provided 1 pair of slippers, 1 robe, breakfast vouchers for 1 person, etc. We had to ask for these items items. Reservation included a bottle of wine, which was not offered, therefore had to ask staff for this. All in all, the experience did not meet expectations for a luxury boutique hotel.

The room was next to the fitness center and every time anyone went in or out of the fitness room our door shook like someone was trying to get in.

Clean room, nice staff, great location and decent breakfast - mostly pastries and cereal. They also have made to order breakfast sandwiches and toast. But my first day they took away the sign early for the made to order breakfast so I didn’t know that was available. The room was okay but kind of small and the bathroom was very small. The heated floors are not available for all rooms. My room didn’t seem like the one I booked through Expedia and the price definitely didn’t match the room. Also the thermostat was tough to set at a good temp it was either freezing or too hot and it took forever for the room to heat. It was cold every night, one night it was freezing and the room wouldn’t heat. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Never used the gym or sauna. Bar was closed during my stay. Super close to Time Square and good restaurants nearby. I would stay again if the rate was good.

The Iroquois came recommended as a boutique hotel close to theaters. It was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Room was well appointed with just the right amount of style, but not overdone. Staff was helpful and gracious and always available. The bar served excellent drinks and the breakfast was well laid with plenty of options. Will stay there again next trip to NY.

What a lovely hotel! Such a welcoming, friendly and helpful group at reception. The hotel really felt like our home away from home. There is a restaurant on site and a cozy library to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We stayed in a premium deluxe with a king size bed and it was perfect for the 5 days we stayed.

Love this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located within walking distance of Broadway. What stands out are the staff - Paulisha and Anthony at the front desk are particularly gracious; Ben in the breakfast restaurant is the greatest. This hotel may be the best I’ve stayed in here in NYC. Great location and lovely amenities/rooms. But what really stands out is the SERVICE. Every single employee was absolutely amazing. We have gone to NYC every Christmas season and yearly for over 10 years now. Highly recommend this place. I will 1000% be staying here again next year. Thank you Iroquois staff!!!

What a gem in the perfect spot in midtown. The staff were exceptional and breakfast was delicious and freshly made easy items to start out a fun day of exploring nearby hot spots! Blocks away from Times Square, Bryant Park and 5th Avenue favourites. My family loved the spot and the quiet block it was on in comparison to many busy streets surrounding it.
