Clean room with lots of great, useful space. Very recently updated. Perfect access to Times Square and Rockefeller. Elevator system worked extremely well aside from about one hour of the day when it was highly congested (around 10am). Lobby was crowded due to renovation. I look forward to staying again once all of the lobby construction is finished. Highly recommend.

Clean room that was small but very efficiently laid out. Excellent amenities in room: table, chair, fold out bed in addition to the queen bed, fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils, nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good security (room key needed to access your floor via buttonless elevator) and fantastic location near Times Square with easy subway access. Good buffet breakfast including hot food items but seating was crowded. Hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there in January 2026 so one star off for facilities but should be fantastic once construction is completed. Value priced for NYC.

Worth noting that there is some ongoing construction at the property (March 2026). The location is fantastic for NYC activities as it is very convenient to transit and walking. The included breakfast was good, although seating was challenging but staff pre-warn you to optimize timing to reduce crowding. Morning rush in the elevators can add substantial time to getting to the ground level of the building!
The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend the location overall.

I would like to register my complaint regarding last night, as we were unable to sleep even half an hour. I also request that you arrange for me to be moved to a different room. I am in apartment 2812, which is connected to another apartment where there is a pet. The pet barked and cried until the early hours of the morning or dragged an object that made a lot of noise on the floor. In addition, there is a door leading to a corridor shared by both units that makes a very loud noise when closed. Furthermore, the air conditioning system in our unit is defective, causing the temperature to fluctuate wildly, and when the ventilation is activated, the noise is loud and unbearable, waking us up all night. Please arrange for a room change. Thank you.

This is a busy hotel but only noticeable in reception, with the lifts and at breakfast. Breakfast tables turn around quickly and I managed to get a table each morning. The food is adequate and fine for the price of the room. There is an option to take food back to the room. Staff are friendly. Room was cleaned every other day. It was a good size, nice bathroom and with a kitchen area, pull out large table and chair.
I enjoyed my stay.
Only downside is currently no access to the stairs to go down. I understand this is temporary whilst some refurb in reception.

The room itself was quite small, and the elevators were very slow, which made getting around a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the food was very good, the property was clean, and its location was excellent—close to everything I needed.
Overall, while the convenience and cleanliness were definite highlights, the limited space and elevator delays detracted from the experience.

Staff on the whole courteous and room was pleasant. A few issues would be the skimping on tea and coffee in rooms and other sundries such as milk. Also the $100 a night security deposit is a bit of a shock although this may have been pre warned and I missed. All that said though the hotel is well located, staff are good and would defo use again.

The elevator was horrible. Took over 25 minutes waiting to go down in the morning. We missed our bus which set everything off by an hour the rest of day. Note to self: calculate an extra 45 minutes for elevator.

Also according to front desk attendants, they don't have 2 beds for a room. They only have 1 double bed and a miniature pull out couch/chair bed.

The room had no circulation and the AC/fan would not turn on. Maintenance replaced the filter, still wouldn't stay on. Only time AC/fan turned on was when I opened the windows. Didn’t make since because it was cold outside and had the thermostat was set for AC/fan.

I will say, location was great! No complaints on breakfast.

The elevator system was intensely inefficient and time consuming. Everything else was excellent, including the front desk staff and house keeping. I’m not sure we would stay there again only due to the assigned elevator system. The volume of backed up people waiting to go up in the lobby was ludicrous. We also had trouble getting an elevator down and had to take the stairs numerous times.

The hotel was conveniently located. Though it’s under construction in the lobby and that made it hard to navigate it first. The elevator situation could be better but I understand why they do it that way to keep up with the massive flow of people that’s going through the hotel each day. The one thing I really do wanna call out is the fact that the couch that integrates into a sleeper is a horrible liability. Basically, when you unfold the couch, which makes a sleeper with a very thin mattress if you sit on the headboard and the couch tilts back. This could very possibly lead to injuries. When I first contacted the hotel about this, I was told they would send someone up. Apparently they did because the couch was back unfolded in the bed, but no one ever said anything to me about it. Later that night, I contacted them again and they said they would send up an engineer. The engineer basically said the couch just operates like that. I then called down to the front desk to let them know that I was told by the engineer that the couch just operates like this I was put on hold. The gentleman came back, told me that. Yes they realize that the couches operate like this that they recommend not sitting on that end of the bed. It’s only lay on the bed that if you need to sit, you need to put it back together as a couch. I asked for possibly a room switch because I didn’t feel comfortable with my child sleeping on that because I could see a possible accident happening

The heating system was deficient and very loud. I had the shower fixed because there was no hot water at the beginning of my stay, and after the engineer came, it was warmer but the pressure was very low. We had fire alarms going off three different nights during our stay - all were false alarms and started because of pipe issues in the hotel next door, as both hotels/towers share the same fire alarm system. One of the nights, we stayed in the freezing cold lobby (it was -15* C outside) of the hotel for 45 mins before they figured out there was no fire issue. Although free, the breakfast is of poor quality and way too small to host the amount of people that stay at the hotel. A lot of people would take their plates up in their rooms as there was nowhere to sit. Finally, the room was not perfectly clean and cups/plates were not regularly washed.

Pros:
Very convenient location—walkable to Times Square with easy subway access. The room had a kitchenette with utensils, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Toiletries were complete and regularly refilled. We booked a queen bed with a sofa bed; the bed was comfortable, linens were clean, and towels were well stocked. Breakfast had a good variety, and the kitchen amenities were great overall. Room refreshed every other day.

Special shout-out to Inosencia for her excellent service—always smiling, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.

Cons:
The elevator situation was a major issue, especially during peak hours (6–10 AM). We stayed on the 10th floor and most elevators arrived full, resulting in 15+ minute wait times. We ended up taking the stairs on three different days because we couldn’t wait any longer.

There is essentially no lobby—just a reception desk. On our last day, during heavy snowfall, there was nowhere to wait for our Uber. There is also no restroom in the lobby; you either have to go to the basement (under construction) or return to your room. Breakfast can also get extremely crowded, with long waits for tables. We were not informed in advance about the ongoing construction, and combined with constant Times Square noise, it made the stay quite loud.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here again until the elevator issues are resolved construction is complete.

- Very long wait for elevators and sometimes they didn't stop at our floor
- Breakfast in the morning was not very good and it was like being in a stampede of cattle
- The pull out couch was quite uncomfortable

In general just way too many people squeezing into a small space 24x7.

The elevator situation is horrible, often taking longer than 10 minutes to get an elevator and then having to stop at every floor on the way down, even if elevator is full, the breakfast area is way too small for the number or guests and was difficult to get a table. Room was clean and amenities were fine.

The breakfast is good but there was very limited seating and way too many people to make the breakfast enjoyable.
Front desk was not friendly. Young lady at front desk told me she was too busy to help because she had to check in people.
elevators are a nightmare! Worst part of my entire vacation. People lost all courtesy or manners trying to get into the elevators.
