The room while small had everything you needed to spend several days in NYC. The hotel was under construction during our stay so that made for some congestion in the main entry/elevator access area. Overall we would stay with this hotel again.

This hotel is super close to Times Square & short walk to Broadway shows & Rockefeller. We were able to exit hotel & walk to the end of the block & be in TS. It was a short walking distance to/from the subway. They have daily breakfast which was a huge plus. There was some construction going on in the lobby area, but not so bad. They did hold our luggage at n/c since we arrived few hours before check in. The elevator situation wasn't too bad, but they would fill up. They have a bar upstairs so we just went to check out the view one night. The room was clean. We had a queen bed & sofa bed. It is a small room, but for 3 adults we were okay & managed. Our view wasn't great, but it was fine. We were exhausted after our days. It did have a small fridge, microwave, sink, & dishes. Overall I'd stay again.

Elevators take 10-20 minutes to reach your floor. Coffee maker in room did not work and it took me 3 phone calls to front desk to get a working replacement one. Lobby is very crowded a lot of the time. Otherwise room was nice and fine. All other things were good. Breakfast was too crowded but good food.

The \"smart\" elevator system is a disaster, easily overwhelmed by large numbers of people in the morning checking out or going for breakfast. Full cars stop at numerous floors slowing it down. The lower floor you are on the more likely you will watch car after car go by with no room for you to enter. If you are checking out between 8 and 10 give yourself extra time just to get to the lobby or consider using the stairs.

Breakfast was a plus, good but not great and very crowded. I recommend getting up early. Rooftop bar is nice.

The room was small but very usable with a small couch, table that rolled away under the counter, microwave, mini-fridge, dishes for four. Housekeeping comes every other day.

The location is outstanding! A block from the big bus stop #1. A few blocks from Time Square and multiple subway stations serving many lines.

Clean room and friendly staff. This was our 3rd day. The construction wasnt bothersome. The only thing this time was that we traveled with a child and he couldn't tolerate the discomfort of the pullout so we all crammed into one bed. I do not recommend it.

Go to a good bagel place for breakfast, much better
Roof top not very busy, which is ok. Beers $10.
Tiny lobby trying to handle hundreds of people with gigantic suitcases, is not a good combo.
AC Fan on and off kept us awake. Keep it in on manual.
Spend additional money and get a more comfortable place.

Excellent centrally located hotel room. Large breakfast buffet is included. Room includes small refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. You can request an induction cooktop and skillet. I have stayed here twice and will be staying here in the future. No gym. This is a huge hotel so expect to wait for elevators and get a low numbered floor in case you have to take the stairs.

For our family, the hotel was in a great location. I think our only real complaint is how hectic the elevator system was, going up and down; the area for elevator(s) was very congested at almost all times - specifically in the lobby area. There is some reconstruction / refurbishment taking place at this hotel and I feel like that is information that should have been made known ahead of time; I don't recall being notified, but I feel like this would have at least allowed for mental preparation. Our room was small, but accommodated 2 adults and 1 child well enough. Though I honestly probably wouldn't highly recommend this location to anyone in particular, if you are traveling on a budget or in a pinch to find somewhere to sleep, this hotel is sufficient.

Hotel is located in an ideal area. A minute or two walk right into Times Square but we had no trouble seeping due to noise. We were on the 35th floor. I had read other reviews discussing lines and waits for the elevators. I would agree with this but we never had more than a 3-4 minute wait during high traffic hours (3-7pm). Breakfast area was also busy even at 6:30am but I would take mine back upstairs to the room. I would definitely stay here again.

The construction was unfortunate and we were not told about it. There should have been a discount on pricing for appearance and lack of working front doors. We also very much disliked the elevator system and could tell other patrons were not happy either. Breakfast was good, clean. Leaving our bags before and after check in and check out was easy and very helpful.

Great location! Free breakfast at buffet, but it was too crowded to eat in the dining area. The elevators were so crowded that we had to wait 20 minutes during the busy times in the morning. I do like that the rooms have a kitchenette with dishes.

NOTE: there’s renovations and the lobby area is definitely smaller and it may be hard to walk when it’s busy time.

This is our second stay. This property is very convenient to Times Square, trains, Broadway. It's on a busy street but super quiet rooms. Staff is friendly. Breakfast and elevators can be difficult during peak times but with planning it works fine. Bodega across the street well stocked and very friendly... pizza close by.

This hotel did not disappoint at all and I look forward to staying here again. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. Before booking I had read reviews about the elevators taking a while. I only encountered this issue once during my stay and it was between the hours of 9:30am - 9:45am which is during the last 30 mins of breakfast. They do advise to make your way to breakfast before 8am. Overall, my stay here was great and this hotel made my first visit to NYC unforgettable. I can't wait to visit again!

Room temperature was impossible to regulate so we were very warm in the night. The fire alarm went off one night and there was no all clear announcement, which caused a great deal of confusion. Lobby construction was a pain with no chairs and lines for the front desk were long and inefficient.

Rooms were great, amenities in rooms fantastic, location good. lifts an absolute nightmare in a morning. 4 lifts servicing 37 floors was carnage at breakfast time in particular. Breakfast area not big enough for amount of guests staying and trying to get a table was interesting. Leaving bags on last day was also a bit of a nightmare. Wanted to go out at 9am but left luggage service didn’t start until 11am. Again massive queues for this. Not sure if these issues were because of ongoing renovations.

The location is unbeatable, just around the corner from Broadway and Times Square. The hotel itself is brand new and very well-maintained. While the rooms are small, that is standard for Manhattan. Breakfast is included; it is quite basic with limited variety, but you really can't ask for more considering the price. The staff is incredibly friendly, though the elevators can get a bit chaotic, especially during peak hours. Overall, a great stay for the value.

Breakfast was a big plus, the food had a great test and the staff in the breakfast area was great. But the rooms need updating as the wall paper was ripped off and the sliding door need to replace. The staff at the front desk was very unprofessional and not polite at all. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and I will think it twice to stay here again.

Saw in several reviews about the elevator and wait,we had no issues, the lobby was full and it moved right along. The breakfast was great, the only thing bad I can say is I wish all the food was on the same floor, had to go downstairs to get oatmeal.

Elevator system worked extremely well aside from about one hour of the day when it was highly congested (around 10am). Lobby was crowded due to renovation. Clean room that was small but very efficiently laid out. Excellent amenities in room: table, chair, fold out bed in addition to the queen bed, fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils, nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good security (room key needed to access your floor via buttonless elevator) and fantastic location near Times Square with easy subway access. Good buffet breakfast including hot food items but seating was crowded. Hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there in January 2026 so one star off for facilities but should be fantastic once construction is completed. Value priced for NYC.

Worth noting that there is some ongoing construction at the property (March 2026). The location is fantastic for NYC activities as it is very convenient to transit and walking. The included breakfast was good, although seating was challenging but staff pre-warn you to optimize timing to reduce crowding. Morning rush in the elevators can add substantial time to getting to the ground level of the building!
The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend the location overall.
