So perfectly located half a block from Times Square. I did like the valet option as it makes leaving your car super convenient. The staff were great. The rooms were comfortable. We did not do the breakfast offering though.

Never stayed in the heart of Times Square before; incredibly convenient if you're looking to see shows. The staff was great and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. Breakfast was impressive, with the hot items changing daily. Room was sleek and cool — except for the alarm clock that couldn't be stopped. Who needs an alarm clock these days? A minor flaw in an otherwise great stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room size was small. I felt the room was poorly made because:
1) it had sliding bathroom door that had a gap of2+ inches on one side when closed(Yuck!)
2) there was constant noise coming from the hall and from our neighbors( there no muffling of the noise and it made it hard to sleep at night)

This is in the heart of Times Square so the rooms are small for sure! It’s very popular and the lobby is always crowded. Elevator system was set up that you put your floor number in at the kiosk and it tells you which of 6 elevators to take so it only stops at a few of the 38 floors!

There is room service every other day which was fine. Restaurant at the bar was super expensive and limited fare. Not sure if children can go….didn’t see any. Breakfast was free and pretty extensive but super crowded on man floor.

For a NYC hotel in Times Square, it was fine!

Rooms have been renovated, neat and modern. IKEA-style open shelving rather than a closet. Vinyl wood-grain planks rather than carpet in the main room. And real tile from doorway landing through the bathroom. Modern standing shower with glass wall, no tub. All very clean and neat.

The entire room is smaller, just enough to contain a large bed, night stands, and the shelving with desk unit. Quite comfortable for a single person. Enough for a couple who won’t spend much time in the room. Too small to entertain guests, with no table, couch, or conversation chairs (just one desk chair).

I did appreciate that the window opens several inches for fresh air. But New York is *very* noisy, with police sirens, 24-7 honking, jack-hammer at midnight, and an occasional scream. So I shut to sleep.

A mini-fridge is tucked away behind a cabinet door. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall. I am not sure if you can access ports on the TV if you need to hook up computer or device; do ask them if you need that.

WiFi worked well generally, though there’s a fee to upgrade to higher speed. I found the free-of-cost standard speed adequate for web-surfing and some YouTube. They have “Captive WiFi” with a login. That login seems to only work for a day, then no data. I would have to try annoying tricks like “Forget this network” to force the Captive WiFi to rejoin and start again.

Breakfast is okay. Real eggs and meat. Sugary cereals, white bread, juice, coffee - American fare.

Great location, room was small but accessible. Bed was comfortable and everything felt clean. My one complaint is the heater fan was very very very loud. I turned off the heat and made it but that needs to be corrected. Otherwise 10 out of 10!

The hotel is strategically located in the hub of all the tourist activities. Check in went smoothly since booking was done through Expedia (March 9th to 13th 2026) however, the drawbacks included:

1) Rooms are not sound proof. Further, the central air conditioning is very noisy and is extremely disruptive during the automatic startup intervals to cool the room. Sounds like being in a machine shop.

2) The room had a faulty shower door which led to water spilling out whilst bathing; the effect has been to cause the bathroom door itself to become swollen after becoming water soaked. The bed cover blanket was obviously worn out; the linens need to be revamped.

2) Booking was extended at the front desk the night before and further confirmed in the morning. Promptly, at 11:00 hours, the check out time for the previous booking, the housekeeping staff came knocking at our room door to marshall us out. I indicated that our booking has been extended and you should check with the front desk about the details; her response was to tell me she is just doing her job and left hastily and unapologetically. The interaction was very rude and distasteful.

3) Breakfast was included in our reservation. You are better off going to the nearby deli's for more substantive meal options. Further, more staff training is recommended since their conduct leaves much to be desired:unhelpful and rude.

4) No surprise, the courtesy of \"thank you for staying with us\" by front desk staff was remiss.

The hotel is in a great location, but our room, it never got cool. The air-conditioning was running the whole time and we could not get the room below 74° or higher. We had them come look at it three times and it still was not fixed. Also, my daughter found little bugs in the ice from the icemaker.

Totally recommend, you are close or close enough to everything in times square, brodway, subway, 5th ave.

There are lots of food options around, a market crossing the street, and a breakfast included.

Staff is friendly, the only opportunity area are the Elevators queueing system, they could be full at busy hours and still stop on every floor. Improving this with something that can identify a full elevator may reduce the wait times on the peak demand moments (8am-10:00am)

Plenty of local establishments nearby and very close to the heart of Times Square. Great pizza directly across the street too. My only issue was the room was hot. It may not be to others but I like to sleep with the room very cold. It. Ever got below 70 even with thermostat set to 68! The hotel responded very fast to my request to look into it but it didn’t change. The window does open and allows a cross breeze but it also lets in all the street noise. Bring ear plugs. I will stay here again.

You have to watch out that the hotel will keep your luggage after 11 am till 10 pm. Breakfast room becomes luggage’s room. Staff is friendly, but it was very busy and crowded at the lobby. The elevator was fast. Location was so convenient. You can walk to any shows. Train stations are 2 - 3 blocks away.

It was very nice overall. Fabulous location and generous breakfast. My only negative was that we did get stuck in the elevator because 2 people crowded on and overloaded elevator. We were stuck for what felt like a long time and when we were finally let off, the staff member lectured us instead of being kind and apologetic.

Overall a great hotel…..good prices, clean, close to Broadway, lots of shopping, full breakfast. Only things that would have made it better for me…..thermostat control-our room was too hot. The temperature range was from 68-70 degrees. This was way too warm for sleeping. It would have been nice to have a place to sit in the lobby - there were no chairs, etc.

The hotel was clean, in a good location, and the staff were friendly; however, I’ve never slept in a more uncomfortable bed in my life, the room temperature couldn’t be changed and was way too hot for everyone in my party, and the morning breakfast situation was so out of control it wasn’t worth it. They also have a really inconvenient elevator system that doesn’t seem to account for party size so it’s a complete cluster f all the time.

This property ADVERTISES CITY VIEW!! You have absolutely NO CITY VIEW you will be staring at industrial buildings. The only view is from the roof top bar which doesn't allow ANY ONE UNDER 21 up even just to enjoy the deck for scenery purposes. The DRINKS ARE WAY OVERPRICED & not worth it. The rooms are extremely SMALL!! Between two people & 2 suitcases YOU WILL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM TO MOVE AROUND. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. I can sleep anywhere and rarely complain about hotel beds but MY GOD THESE ARE THE MOST POORLY MADE mattresses I have ever slept on. Honestly a MOTEL 6 would be better. There is ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE IN THIS HOTEL!! You can find a more affordable hotel that offers more space, A better location, friendlier front desk staff than this place. I would never stay at this location again.

Excellent location, so many iconic places within walking distance. Breakfast was simple but good enough, we didn't expect anything more. It was busy in the mornings but we always were able to get a table during our 1 week stay. We also read a lot about problems with elevators, I don't know whether theh fixed it or we were just lucky because we didn't experienced any issues at all. Hotel staff was polite and efficient, check in and check out including leaving luggages were extremely fast. Overall I would stay there again.

Room was clean, with the exception of the dirty make up hand print on the back of the door. Room was smaller than expected but ok and mostly clean. The hotel lobby was under construction which wasn’t mentioned before arriving. While the construction noise was next to none in the rooms, it made getting in and out of the lobby a nightmare, especially when tour groups came in, we could barely get to the elevators.

This hotel is a true bang for your buck especially not even a block away from 7th Ave and 2 blocks away from the center of Times Square! Subways are pretty close to it and have food places around for late night quick pick up. The room was super clean and modern! It was a little small but that’s expected for manhattan. The only downside was I wish there were more variety for hot breakfast but other then that they have the basics eggs, a protein (bacon, sausage) and potatoes, and the usual continental with waffles. They really didn’t answer the phone when I needed fresh towels but did answer super fast in thier App! Over all 9/10!! Would def return and recommend

First stay here. The lobby is very small and cramped. The elevators are directly in front of the desk so it leads to a lot of traffic. There is no place to sit and wait for those with disability or need to rest while waiting.

The room is very cramped as well. Less space than some cruise cabins. I usuaully go through and clean with Lysol and wipes. I found some hairs in the bathroom and stains on walls, countertop of the windowsill and headboard of bed. The room should be throughly cleaned.

The water in the sink is another story. I reported it was milky when hot water is turned on. The maintenence person came and said that is the norm for nyc water. Smh. Then why was the hot water in the shower not this color? I asked if I switched rooms would it be the same, he said yes. I never used the sink water. That to me is a hazard. But given the blizzard, couldn't switch.

The staff overall is nice and helpful. That packaging hold fee needs to be revisited. Because if you can't tell me how you calculated it on my receipt, then that is a problem as I kept track of my packages and 7 out of 9 arrived same day, so it didn't add up, but I left it alone.

The elevators take very long to come at peak times. I remember waiting like 15 minutes for it to come to more floor to get the the lobby and they close on you too if you try to hold it just to hurry get your bags in.

The breakfast was full each day, the same foods: Eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon.

Despite the website saying you can store bags before check-in, we were told there was no room to do so, and we had to trek around rainy NYC for the first half of the day. The lobby was pure chaos, the elevators were slow and unreliable. The first night, our room was stuck at 73 degrees and no one would answer the phone at the front desk or via the “help” line. We muscled through and asked to cancel our trip early and were told that was fine as long as we left by 11. When we went to check out they tried to back pedal and charge us for the unused night. To his credit one front desk person (Tyreck) was super kind and helpful but that was really the only redeeming factor.

The room was clean, especially liked no carpeting on the floors! Easy walk to Radio City Music Hall, restaurants, bars, some shops. We walked there from Penn Station which was doable for us and would be easy for younger more fit folks! Staff was efficient, it was very busy! Good breakfast, and the rooftop bar was a decent stop for a nightcap .

I couldn’t believe how poorly the situation of a false fire alarm was handled. Especially with so little space. First, it wasn’t clear that the sound was a fire alarm, as it was simple beeps that didn’t continue so you assumed it was something else. With the elevators not working, everyone came down the stairs only to find out it was a false alarm due to one person smoking in their room. It would be nice for the hotel to have a way to communicate that it was a false alarm. You can text me to ask me how my stay was going but not text me that it was not an emergency? You must do better, especially when it creates such havoc, as we know how people act in these situations.

Room was tiny. Housekeeping never came to room. Construction going on in lobby, which was not disclosed prior to booking. Lobby was a nightmare at all hours, with people everyone. We were always waiting for elevators, even though there were a lot of them. Breakfast was a nightmare with too many people in a tiny space. The only thing that was great was the proximity to Radio City which was why we were there in the first place.
