The station is next to the hotel and follow the Taxi signs as the Taxi rank is next to the hotel. Perfect if you don't want to walk far and then need a taxi from hotel to anywhere.

I shall stay here again.

We booked in for two nights to attend a local wedding. The hotel was in a great location right next to the station and about a 15 minute walk down to the seaside. The rooms however, were quite frankly, bad. There were multiple mysterious stains on the carpet, the bedding felt cheap, and the bathroom was horrendous. There was no door to the shower, and the curtain only came about halfway to the top of the tub so the bathroom flooded when we showered. We also were only given two towels the first night, which was difficult. The leather headboard on our bed was cracked and peeling. This didn't bother us much, but the room overlooked the railroad tracks and we did hear trains all night. Overall, the hotel felt tired, and very much not worth the 651 quid we paid for two nights.

Staff make the hotel.

Had a bath tub toilet combo. Bath was extremely clean. Really pleased as thats how I judge cleanliness. Carpet in the room could have been vacummed more but bed clean, white sheets comfy, not even one stain. Impressed.
Asked for a particular room my child is SEN, that was also given with no hassle (obviously within the price range booked).
Really happy, kind staff especially room service the staff who delivered breakfast to room 248 on the 26 May. Its our second time staying. We switch between this hotel and Hilton. We will return.
Side note parking is about £20 per day. Once you park, go inside the hotel and follow instructions.

We enjoyed our stay.

The room was ok the receptionist was friendly but did not give us the voucher for breakfast that we had paid for - so we were not allowed in the restaurant and had to go and look for the receptionist who took our money - luckily he was on duty .
We booked through Expedia for 3 people but on arrival it was only booked for 1 person so we had to pay extra which we were not happy about !

Good location opposite train stain and train station parking. Parking opposite doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel but hotel helps in a small way via QR CODE to organise payment. Day rate parking is only until 4am not 6 or 8am which is annoying. Hotel had great breakfast choices. Complimentary lemon water near reception

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Leonardo. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great but I found the air con a bit noisy. I couldn’t turn it off for some reason.
Would definitely stay there again as parking was next to the hotel and a very reasonable price.

I stayed here two years ago and again this past week for work. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms has goen downhill. You can tell their cutting corners. The lamp in the room was visibly/obviously broken. The curtains were soiled. Cards left in the room to communicate information were bent or wrinkled. It was disappointing.

the room was perfectly clean and we had the best night's sleep in a long time! there was some paint peeling in the bathroom but it didnt affect our stay.
the staff were all so lovely and helpful! breakfast was also great value for money with lovely ingredients and lots of options to choose from, i would suggest milk for teas and coffees being by both hot drink stations as due to me not having cereals meant i had to ask for the milk location and staff were busy with other tasks which meant my tea was cold by the time id located it.
The hotel its self is beautiful and we loved all the decorative areas in the ground floor! we will definitely be back!

Not a good experience at all. The hotel was not clean enough and everything felt very old. No slippers were provided, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel — a big disappointment.

This wasn’t just my room either. My friend found a blood stain on her bed linens, which was clearly visible and had not been replaced by housekeeping, she has to mentioned to them! On top of that, the room was extremely cold. The air conditioning was on all day but didn’t work properly, likely because the filters were full of dust and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

The lobby chairs were also very dirty and looked tatty.
The only positive point was the location, as the hotel is very close to the train station.
Also the staff on reception was very polite!

The hotel is new and beautifully furnished. The rooms are very clean and fully equipped with everything you need, including towels, soap, and shampoo. In a double room, they even provide four pillows, which is a nice touch, although the only downside is that the pillows are a bit too high.

I love sleeping in complete darkness, and the curtains are excellent: even during the day, no light gets into the room. I absolutely loved that.

Another great point is the silence, there was no noise at all during my stay, which made it very relaxing.

Didn't have breakfast, Brighton cafe culture wins out. Poor / no reception on TV channels and remote didn't work well. Struggled to set a nice room temperature and light from the thermostat was annoying. Good parking and good to know about the parking QR code at reception.

The location and breakfast options were great, but the bed was really bed. A few days after the stay, my neck and back still hurt. In the double bed, small movement of one person will trigger earthwake like movement of the bed and waking the other person up. I had stayed in other Leonardo hotels before so I was surprised by the condition of the bed.

Hi there,

Whilst the hotel was okay and the staff very friendly.

We had a few issues.
Number 1: there was rubbish in the room showing it had not been cleaned properly see picture attched we do not eat these chocolates as we eat strictly kosher and we found this behind the bin in the bathroom.

NUber 2: there was some stains next to the bed which were rather off putting probably from puke or something which meant my wife and i and our kids had to wear socks/shoes whilst walking around the toom.

Number 3: on the first night of our stay Sunday 28th just after we had finally got the kids to sleep (1yr old and 4 yr old) there was a fire alarm meaning we had fo wake them both up and take them downstairs!!! Only to get to the lobby and realise this was a mistake and there had been a leak in the reception!!! The lifts were then not working we had to carry the kids back.up and it took them a really long time to get back to bed ruining the first night of our trip.

Please see that we are compensated for these inconveniences.

There was a flood from a 5th floor room above reception and a clear up operation was immediately put into place, efficiently and correct safety signage was displayed prominently. All staff had, and knew their place within this urgent situation. Very impressive.

This was our 2nd visit to this Leonardo hotel and would definitely recommend.

The room was good, however the breakfast was very poor. We arrived at 9:30 and there was little food left and although we were told more was coming out-very little did. Sadly the quality of the food was not the usual standard of the hotel. Many people were left without a decent breakfast.
