The rooms are well designed and have everything you'd need for a stay. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, a microwave, small hob, big fridge and small freezer.

We often stay here when we go to Brighton. You have your own little kitchen, the staff are always super friendly, breakfast is included (lots of choice at breakfast as well) and there breakfast area is available for you to work at with tea/coffee throughout the day. It's close to the station and to town. Our go to!

This is such a lovely hotel, in a really good location. It has the facilities of a hotel but allows the freedom of an apartment. A full kitchen - with dishwasher - in the room. A dining area and a large TV, in addition to a good sized bathroom and excellent bed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good range of food, we preferred the continental but there were some hot choices. There’s a lovely games room, a small gym and a good sized on site laundry for customers as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived. They sorted it very quickly to be fair. The shower design means it sprays all over the floor as there’s no door. Thus the towels get soaked drying the floor. The complimentary coffee machine is terrible. It’s cold.

Great location next to the station and in the heart of Brighton. We were welcomed by the friendliest staff and also given an upgrade for our stay.
The room was a good size, comfy bed and great rain shower. The room even had a mini kitchen which could be really handy for longer stays.

Stayed for Brighton Pride. Hotel Staff was great! Check in super fast and easy. The breakfast was good too! Only problem was that only one elevator was working. It was super busy at breakfast time and because everybody was checking out Monday because Pride was over. But everything else was great! Super Close to the train station and Park for the festival.

This is a great hotel, in a great location, with super friendly and professional staff. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are super clean, quiet and well-equipped. Comfortable bed and great air con. Whilst the cold breakfast offerings are good, one minor quibble is that the hot vegetarian food options were a bit underwhelming. This is an excellent hotel overall and we will be back!

to be honest, it was a bit crap not the hotel but the parking , they could clearly see that I was in a wheelchair but instead of offering the disabled parking out the front I was advised to park at the train station.. Even the General Manager who was parking in the disabled parking didn't offer it to me. it was not until I had to ask ... my company was a corporate client with 40 staff based in the UK , however we will now be using Premier inn or Ibis

It was okay for the price especially with breakfast included. Could do with better soundproofing. Other room doors could be heard very loudly when being shut. Bathroom nice, bed comfortable and a few good amenities. Good location. Not sure if we would stay again but good if you’re on a budget as prices in Brighton including breakfast are fairly expensive.

Great find , good value great location

Absolutely fantastic, located couldnt be more perfect , the room was kitted out as advertised , bathroom was very spacious clean and nicely decorated. Ironing board and iron provided . Considering it was in the center we couldnt hear any outside noise. We parked at the train station and it was a very short walk to the hotel. One last thing the lock on the room was so simple very very effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family if travelling to Brighton for a stay

The hotel was clean and located next to the train station, the area the hotel is situated although close proximity was very quiet, the only complaint was that when we left the hotel early evening for a dinner we had made sure all the lights were turned off but wise returned the kitchen and bathroom lights were on while nothing had been stolen the thought of someone going into our room was disturbing and when mentioned on leaving the next day to the staff member he had no reply

Short break for New Year celebrations. Hotel is lovely and modern. The breakfast in the morning was decent enough, although some of the hot items were slightly cold.
One slightly confusing thing was the parking. We parked at the train station. Paid via the online app but that expired at 04.00 in the morning, leaving us in a bit of a panic in the morning trying to work out how to extend parking!

Little things have big consequences

Despite writing repeatedly and well in advance to the property they did not reply to my queries regarding a quiet room and the timing of breakfast. I was on a very tight schedule for an important meeting. I was given a first floor room, facing the road and near the lift. There were noisy neighbours next to me both at night and early morning. I could only sleep 5 hours. At breakfast we were 3 people in a 7 floor hotel so it must not have been that occupied. Really unpleasant service fir what is otherwise a nice place.

The queen room layout could be better, to be honest.
The TV in the bedroom wasn't accessible on the side with the connections, and the table in the living space had few plug sockets, so I had to move it and rearrange the room. Other room amenities were good, although the door for the bin wouldn't work as the fitting was incorrect

Aircon (no ability to open windows) was set centrally so no control). Breakfast food was very good l but food was in a very small area which meant queues for food and drink. Also, not enough tables!

The property itself was very clean and in excellent condition, however, we could not sleep! The light on the microwave is really bright when the room is dark - it lights up the whole room- there is no way to turn it off? This kept me awake unfortunately. The bed was also really uncomfortable. So hard!
A lovely place, excellent location and we really looked forward to our one night away, however, we both left feeling absolutely knackered. This was our first time away from our son in a couple of years and really just needed a good nights sleep!
