Amazing stay, was booked as a last minute after a poor experience elsewhere. The lady on reception was lovely, for the price is was incredible. Super clean, lots of space and really well equipped. Will book here next time I visit Brighton for sure!

On arrival my room wasn't ready. I had to wait about 45 mins, but they kindly added this time (and more) to my departure time, which was excellent service & much appreciated. Think the young ladys name was Angel.

Room/bathroom/kitchen were spotless.
It was fairly quiet apart from kids playing lod music for a few hours Sunday night in the church grounds behind my suite.

Had all the cooking equipment but I'd recommend they put a microwave cover & extra tea towel in suite.

All in all a fantastic stay

Disappointing. This place has the most ridiculous and unhygienic policy of charging you for towels, expecting you to use the same towel for 4 days straight. Also, the room faced a wall 50cm outside the window, so the room was perpetually dark and gloomy. Not the bright room with a leafy green view that I was offered when booking, and the wall-view should have been flagged on booking.

The welcome from reception was warm and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and quiet. It was lovely to have the balcony and windows to open for fresh air. When we thought there was an issue with the flush of the toilet a member of maintenance was with us within 15 minutes.

My Favorite Place to Stay in Brighton

I've stayed here multiple times now and it's always one of my favorite places to stay. I wish there was still a wine bar downstairs, but given how close the hotel is to Churchill Square and tons of options for coffee, drinks and food, it's not really an issue. The hotel suites are great. Being able to cook in the room means money saving options and the beds and bathrooms are roomy and clean. The hotel staff are all great and I appreciate this given my stays are generally around a month apiece.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of town and a short walk to shops, restaurants, beach and station.

The room was perfectly clean with a small but very well equipped kitchen quite suitable for fixing breakfast and lunch. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was excellent with good pressure and temperature.

Don't expect a view. The windows look out onto a tall wall just a couple of feet away, and some air-con units just below.

At check in they asked for a deposit and Photo ID. This was not mentioned in the pre-travel information that I received from Expedia.

They had some issues with the fire alarms one morning during my stay.

Overall a good place to stay and explore Brighton.

The only slight negative is the fact the hotel does not have its own car park and parking costs £40 for slightly over 24 hours.

Had to wait for manager who had popped away from the desk when I arrived.
Prompt checkin followed.
Stayed in a studio. Lovely for 1 person, great amenities including a washer/dryer for laundry, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with small icebox. Lovely and clean especially in the bathroom inc mirrors etc.

Blackout blinds hang with a slight gap so light can come in.

Free internet and cast tv so I could watch things from my apps eg BBC iPlayer.

Only little problems were doors slamming from 6.30am and the brickwall view (but this was ok and meant I wasn't on view like those with a balcony).

I would definitely stay again if I got a good deal.

Which due to our sat nav took us down a bus lane so a £70 fine added to it all ! The gentleman on reception though very nice and polite … our weekend in Brighton other then that great !

I stayed at Q Square for 4 weeks. I loved every minute of it. The apartment was set up in a very thoughtful way for maximum convenience of the traveler. The shower was one of the easiest to operate. One simple movement was all that was required! The service was marvellous. Friendly efficient staff, always ready to help where necessary. Q square is the only place I will stay when visiting Brighton in the future. Thank you very much Q Square managment.

The balcony is actually a shared balcony with a curtain up to seperate the space, which is odd but barring that place is clean, has all items you require, modern feel to it and close to all shops, cafes and bars.

Great stay, you literally can’t go wrong, the only issue and this is no fault of the Hotel but driving by car is difficult because of all the one way systems & bus lanes. The postcode provided will not take you to the Hotel.

Very nice property in Brighton and the staff were very helpful & polite which seems to have become a rarity now days. (41 sounding like an 85 year old).

Great location just tucked off the main central cross in Brighton. 5 mins from the rail station and with a taxi rank outside. Not that you need it, as pretty much everything is within a 5-10 minute walk.
Staff were charming, helpful and friendly.
We were celebrating a birthday and an anniversary, what a lovely surprise to find a bottle of prosecco on ice in our apartment and a bag of treats! Thank you so much.
The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge. Amazing!

We came to Brighton to watch a concert and the apartment was conveniently located. Room was clean and well presented. Our only gripe is the lack of a face washer. Had to go and buy one from the local supermarket, at an over inflated price.

I messaged asking for parking and no one replied. Brighton is a pain to drive around and you cannot easily get to the property. so we drove round and round and parked where we could, then when we got there they offered us the discounted parking (elsewhere) so we ended up paying a bunch more, due to lack of communication.

That aside property was great, apartment nice, no complaints at all!

Gorgeous apartment - but facing a wall

Positives:
Fantastic room - brand new, all mod cons including mini dishwasher, electric blinds, chromecast tv, nespresso machine etc.
Room beautifully laid out and roomy. Great bed, great sofa - quality furnishings in general.
Great location right in the centre of the city.
Lovely lobby and polite staff
Negatives:
The apartment itself was insulated from noise which was great, but apartment doors are self-closing and people do tend to let them slam shut (I had a group of guys on my floor who were in and out at all hours).
My room windows faced a wall about 20in opposite. There was no view, in fact, no sky whatsoever. Not the end of the world but did give slight prison vibes despite the loveliness of the room. I wasn't expecting a sea view or even a good view, but I didn't expect to be facing a wall. There was no indication that this might be the case when booking. As I checked out, the receptionist asked about my stay. I said it was lovely except for the view. She laughed and said 'oh, you should have asked us to change your room.' I was surprised by this, and hadn't thought to change my room, assuming it must be full. I do wonder why they would put someone in that room if they had other rooms available - a bit baffling. In conclusion, if you had a terrace room or a room on a higher floor, these apartments are absolutely top notch, less so in the rooms that face a the wall.

The room condition first of all was really poor - the bedsheets and the duvet cover had hairs on them so we needed to request for new ones. This was really concerning and highlighted poor hygiene maintenance. The sofa in the room was also extremely small. The lift also broke down during our stay and there was no communication from the reception about this and no ETA as to when this would be fixed so we had to take down two suitcases via the stairs. Overall, a very negative experience.

Was a last kinute new years eve stay over in Brighton, and we couldnt have been happier. Central location with access to the lanes, Pavillion, mall, and pier within a few minutes walk. Parking in Brighton is never enjoyable, so we parked uo outside of the city and travelled in by bus. The hotel benefitted from a small outdoor space, an effective kitchen/dining area for two people, decent shower, and a comfortable bed.

Unfortunately room 3 is right next to the gym and they have several slow closing doors right outside my door that make a loud noise when closed. So every time someone went in the 24hr gym they went through two loud doors and woke me up/ kept me awake.

Plus the cleaner started early on the room upstate and with the hard floors, whatever they were wheeling made a huge noise.

So, the room was great but never ever stay in room 3, it shouldn’t be there.

We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen area, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a real bonus.
While we were there it was quiet and the rooms are sound proofed. There was a roadworks project outside but they weren’t noisy during our stay.
My only gripe is that the sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable but overall I would thoroughly recommend Q Square as a pleasant and very convenient place to stay. It’s a short walk from the station, the shops and many of the sights.
Tip - Take a taxi or a bus to the marina and walk the easy path under the white chalk cliffs and have lunch at Samphire at Salt Dean.

Registration pre arrival was actually genuinely time saving and mean that on arrival I was able to get to my room in minutes.

It was lovely , modern, clean and a lovely location. The view is great (if you have a balcony.. The others without are on the side)

The room does get hot. Ceiling fan and standing fan. So if you dont have a balcony you can't get much air in. We had a balcony.

It was noisy due to road works and some apparent drunk people at night shouting!!

It is well equipped.. Like iron, dishwasher, oven, fridge etc.

No one cleans though whilst we were there.. 3 nights.

Pleasant staff... The best is.. In dirty Brighton there is a modern, ultra clean place.. Sleek and trendy at a price that is affordable..
It is near the shopping centre and 7 dials anx looks out to the sea (overthe roof tops and if one faces that way with the balcony) . I would have loved a bath... But the shower was lovely.
