I am not sure how Expedia rated this place excellent or a VIP … this is no more than a 2 star condo/ hotel and that’s pushing it. The only good thing about this place was the lady at the front desk… super sweet lady willing to help. The AC did not work properly, the water pressure was super low and either comes out cold or very hot ,( no medium), broken tiles, floor stains, stains on the towels, if you see the shower, in person you will be wearing sandals at all times, the pool was dirty… this place needs to be upgraded a lot to start calling it VIP or Excellent to stay.

My wife and I recently stayed at your property, aqua clara from 19 to 26 January 2025, and we were pleased with many aspects of our stay, including the location to places, cleanliness of the room or the courteous staff.
However, I regret to inform you of an issue we encountered during our visit. When booking our stay through Expedia, we were explicitly informed that breakfast was included as part of the reservation. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that breakfast was not offered, which caused inconvenience for us during our stay.
The availability of breakfast was a key factor in our decision to book at your hotel, and we had planned our mornings accordingly. Not having this service disrupted our plans and led to unexpected additional expenses.
Given that the breakfast was part of the advertised package, we kindly request compensation for this shortfall. We believe this is a fair resolution to address the inconvenience caused by the unfulfilled promise.

I loved the grounds around the apartments. They've tried hard to make it look like a little oasis. What I didn't like was that there was no dish soap and no hot water in any sink. There was hot water to shower, but no hot water anywhere else. It seems like there is no way the dishes could be properly cleaned without hot water??

This place is good for someone who already knows Aruba, because it’s far away from the tourist area and the beaches. The beaches are at least 20 mins or so. Recommend it only if you have a car and also just want to save money.

This property is not what tthe pictures show. There is no one around after 5 pm. They only work from 8 to 5, Monday thur Friday. No one is there on the weekend. The restaurants are 2 miles away. No bus line or taxi service available. If you want to get away from someone or be alone. Then, this is the hotel. I don't rate business, I was very disappointed and left the next morning.

This is a nearly new property in perfect shape. The staff are very helpful in spite of a small difference in language. At first we worried it was to far from the ocean but we wanted to explore the whole island which we did in a short week and had a great trip going to many of the beaches.

Hôtel is close to the airport but nothing at a walking distance. You absolutely need a rental to stay at this location. Pool is nice but should be cleaned everyday and never saw any cleaning staff cleaning it and access was directly from all rooms. No privacy. Place was super clean, staff was awesome. Will recommend this hôtel for a family of 4 only. The online picture looks more spacious than it is. Disappointed but then again we were 2 adultes and 5 children. The room was able to sleep all of us for one night.
