My first time at the Tamarijn All Inclusive and will not be my last. We had an ocean view room and access to the beach at the foot of the stairwell. Room was very clean!!! They left you clean beach towels daily…anything you needed, just ask housekeeping.
The grounds were keep very neat and clean as well as the beach area.
The restaurants were top notch at the Tamarijn! The staff were always smiling and very attentive! I didn’t have an opportunity to try any of the restaurants at the DIVI.
The bars have great staff and some delicious drinks, especially some of the frozen drinks!!!
Entertainment was outstanding in the evenings! I’m looking forward to going again next year!!!

This was out fourth time here. It was our 50th anniversary celebration during our stay. A little disappointed at first because they didn’t have a premium king room that we reserved. We we the in a regular double queen room. We were still in Aruba, 5 feet from the sand & 25 feet from the sea. Them moved us after the third night into the room requested, reserved & paid for. A little disappointed try didn’t offer some sort of compensation. We ate off the resort a couple nights to take in some of the local restaurants.

We enjoyed our trip to Aruba. It was very relaxing. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating! Food was delicious. The beach view was beautiful! We were in the 1600 building and it was easily accessible to all areas of the resort. We also enjoyed the tram service to be able to go back and forth to their other resorts.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Tamarijn Aruba. The rooms are not the newest, but they were cleaned daily, and the beds and towels were always clean and comfortable.

The breakfast and lunch options were fairly ordinary. They were sufficient and we always found something to eat, but guests should not expect anything exceptional. In our opinion, Divi offered a more organized experience and slightly better quality for both breakfast and lunch. The good news is that Tamarijn guests can easily enjoy the restaurants and buffets at Divi as well.

The quick food available at the bars, such as pizza and fries, was also simple but convenient after spending time at the beach or pool.

The beach was one of the highlights of our trip. The white sand and crystal-clear water were beautiful, and we spent most of our time at the beach. The shuttle between Tamarijn and Divi runs frequently, and the walk between the two properties is short and easy.

The biggest surprise was the quality of the specialty restaurants. Club Margot was outstanding for tapas, and Paparazzi served excellent Italian food. Both offered food and service well above what we expected from an all-inclusive resort.

We found Tamarijn to be very family-friendly and would happily return in the future.

I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this resort was disappointing due to the consistently poor customer service.
The biggest issue was the attitude and lack of helpfulness from several staff members throughout our stay. During multiple interactions, employees came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending rather than welcoming and solution-oriented.
One example occurred at approximately 8:00 AM when I approached the concierge desk for assistance. Instead of helping, I was told to come back later because their computers were not fully started up yet. The staff member explained that management allows a 10-minute grace period because employees arrive shortly before opening. Regardless of internal policies, guests should not be turned away in this manner.
For a resort of this size, especially one connected to three large resort properties, I was surprised to learn there is no 24-hour maintenance support available. We also experienced ongoing difficulty obtaining clean towels, both for the beach and for our room.
Another frustration was the restaurant reservation system. As an all-inclusive resort, I expected dining to be more accessible. However, it was extremely difficult to secure reservations at the specialty restaurants. What made this even more frustrating was that when we walked by several of the restaurants, they were clearly not at capacity and had many empty tables available. Property is amazing, a few improvements needed but overall was amazing. The room we stay was walkable to the beach and 10 minutes walk to Divi since we stayed at Tamarijn. The food was amazing , we went to the Italian restaurant , Mangot was amazing bringing tapas , Red Parrot was brilliant, great costumer service and food service. Thank you Aruba we will be back soon

Love that you can open the balcony door and be right on the beach. Beach had a lot of rocks and seaweed on the Tamarijn side though. Food (especially restaurants) and amenities were good. Very peaceful and relaxing. Wish the spa wasn't adjacent to the kids club.

Great hotel, beautiful beach very close walking distance away, rooms are nice however not so luxurius as other big name brands. Food is good but I would appreciate a little bit of wider options outside the reserved restaurants after 3 pm (coffee spots close at 3 pm, only the snack bar near the pool). The included e bike tour is a must, it represents a huge save because it is similar to other third party tours.

This was my first time in Aruba and we decided to stay at the Tamarijn due to their al inclusive hotel and also because of the pricing at the time. It was wonderful staying there, from the staff to the food- the food was amazing at all restaurants and the service was amazing. It didn’t even feel like an all inclusive. We felt we were at fine dining each night. The buffet was also cool, you’d ask for the things you wanted and they’d make it fresh (or semi-fresh but still great taste and presentation).
There were a couple of things that were unexpected, I paid for first floor access to be across the beach chairs and the first night they put me on a second floor (claiming it was an upgrade, but it really wasn’t. The rooms were exactly the same). We asked to be moved the second day to a first floor; which they did and the bathroom shower kept getting clogged. A big portion of the beach has a rocky barrier so when we moved rooms we actually had a better view of the beach. The beach had a lot of debris and sandbags full of algae on both sides of the portion we were hanging out in. But the weather was amazing! The wind was way too much, but apparently it’s typical of Aruba during this time. Airport is close and we also hung out at Palm Beach one day. They will ask you to attend the timeshare meetings so FYI but they’re not pushy at all. Overall I can’t wait to go back with the family!

We stayed at the Divi Tam. The property was beautiful. our room walked right out to the beach and we had no rocks (rm2209). We did the AI, breakfast buffett was great, lunch was lunch didn’t each lunch much. we did eat at all the restaurants for dinner and they were excellent. Aruba is not a cheap island for food and drinks-plan accordingly. i did have one issue and that was the AI drinks, there bar selection is very slim and they did not have the options like other hotels. with that being said the Ai drinks at the restaurants were on point. visit their bars once they open at 5pm for a more quality drink. we did book the e-bike tour. highly recommend. fun 45-min bike ride up to a nice little beach and then we went out snorkeling got to see lots of turtles. Zef, Lisa & Donny were great

This was a beautiful hotel. the concept of one row of rooms, two floors only, every room is oceanfront, ON THE BEACH, is so unique. the food was outstanding. the place is actively scrubbed clean constantly. i will say this: if you are high maintenance on vacation, this may not be for you. if youd like all inclusive, but you have to go and get a drink or food and generally like to be left alone (i do) then this is for you. i just want to double down on the beach front. you walk out of your hotel room to plenty of loungers and umbrellas on the most beautiful beach and you are steps from your hotel room, and thats literally ALL of the rooms. it cant be beat.

Room was perfect, cleaned every day and extremely comfortable. Staff in the whole resort was phenomenal especially Nelly and Darwin. The only grumpy face we encountered was the gentleman who stood in the entrance, he wasn’t very pleasant and made of feel like a problem. The Margot was the best restaurant with absolutely amazing atmosphere and food was unforgettable. Will be back.

I stayed at the Tamarijn resort for seven days for my honeymoon, for the first three days we stayed on a second floor and one of the nights my wife woke up to a cockroach crawling out of the shower drain, then next morning we switched rooms, we also lost electricity two days in a row for about an hour, the staff was really nice and especially Johnny the bartender he was very helpful, the food was 50/50 overall some of the restaurants took a really long time to bring our food out, there was a few pools at the resort but the only one you could grab drinks or food from was the main one and that was pretty far from the room the rest of the pools would not provide any drinks or snack

This resort has amazing views from the room and the rooms are clean! You are using it to shower and sleep but still, this counts! However, during busy times be mindful to check your dishes as I went through a few mugs before giving up to have my morning coffee. Not many activities for kids, they do have a kiddie pool but be wary and many adults occupy the shallow water for themselves to lounge. The propert is shared between Divi so you can walk over or take a shuttle over and use their amenities as well. When planning, if you are looking to have dinner at the restaurants plan in advance as they book up quickly!

Our room was oceanfront. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was great and there was plenty of it. The drinks were great and they always gave you what you asked for. If you stayed at Tammarijn you could also go.to the sister resort beside it, Divi. You could use your armband there also for the bars and restaurants which doubled your choices. The staff even had a shuttle which took guests back and forth from both places. The accommodations were great. The beach and water were gorgeous and the staff were excellent!

if you're part of all inclusive package reserve your reservations restaurants before you check in up to 48 hours before you check in as long as you're booked already. You're gonna need the reservations. Some places don't open until 5 PM lunch is only available one or two places. Order more than one entrée you're allowed live it up and fill up

Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were three of us ( one a 4 year old) in the room, but it did not seem too crowded. The pools were all clean and had ample seating. Many had a variety of water toys. The beaches were cleaned off daily so seaweed wasn’t a problem. All food was exceptional! Staff members were all very cheerful and made our grandkids feel very welcome.

The one thing that we felt could be improved upon is the cleanliness at the maim pool bar area. Dishes were always there from the night before. Also, the birds did a good deal of pooping on the chairs which were seemingly rarely if ever wiped down.

We also suggest bringing a white noise machine. There were two nights when the music from across the street (we were in unit 2502) was excessively loud and vibrated our room.

Beautiful resort on the beach with direct beach access. Some of the beach areas are rocky and make accessibility to the water impossible. The higher numbered buildings have unobstructed water access. Rooms were clean. Bed was a bit firm for my liking , but that’s a personal preference. The shuttle service between properties and within the property is available, which is very nice. Specialty restaurants were amazing. We did not have a bad meal. Even the buffet was wonderful for breakfast (not so much for dinner on our first night). You have to make reservations either on the app or at the concierge for the specialty restaurants (which can only be done a day before and could be a bit challenging). Pizza was delicious at the pool bars. Pool bar drinks were fair. Best drinks were definitely in the specialty restaurants . Staff were generally friendly and helpful. A few less than pleasant encounters, however, I feel that may have been more of a language barrier. It would be helpful to have more than 1 person at the concierge desk, especially in the morning. Check-in/checkout desk was understaffed as well creating longer lines. Loved how many water stations were throughout, and the water was fresh and clean. Nice touch providing refillable water bottles! The E-bike snorkeling tour was amazing and a highlight! Very enjoyable! All in all, a fantastic trip. The positives far outweigh the negatives. Aruba is truly beautiful and you can see why it is “One Happy Island”!

Upon arrival, the staff was not welcoming or informative. They presented us with a map to look at without reviewing it. You kind of have to figure it out as you go to find restaurants.

All of the restaurants require reservation for dinner. Only restaurant open for dinner without reservation is the buffet that is located at the Divi Hotel.

When asking questions about how to obtain more pool towels or about transportation, we were answered with such attitude.

At the Ginger restaurant, we were not even greeted by our server. He just asked what we would like, provided us our food and that’s it. One

One of the most awful experiences I had with this all inclusive, when I compare it to my previous trips.

We didn’t have hot water the first day but called maintenance and they came and fixed it- it was warm not hot. We didn’t feel there was much entertainment no music at the pool no nighttime activities except for one night. We stayed at the divi a lot because there was more going on
The food at club Margo was great and Shawn was an awesome server. We don’t like that some places were part of all inclusive and some were not it was very confusing as to where we could eat and where we couldn’t. The bar by our room was not included.

So I found the rooms are outdated. My daughter was locked in the bathroom. Maintenance had to come and check out the lock. The bathroom in the room had a sewage smell. The cushions by the pool areas are stained and need to be cleaned . Otherwise the staff was nice. And the food wasn’t bad.

We had a wonderful week! I love the beach being literal steps feom my door and there were always plenty of chairs available. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoons also. The food was good. The Margot is a must for experience and the view is stunning. Thank you to all of the golf cart drivers, they were all so much fun and helpful. My only critique would be that the beds are very firm and that may just be my personal preference amd would not stop me from coming back. Hope to return soon!

Rooms are nice and certainly what you want… when let’s face it… you should not be in your room anyway. It is by far the closest hotel from beach ever. Literally went out the front door and to the pool, out the back slider and on the beach. We loved it. Food and drinks were excellent and plentiful. Sure had a great time.

This was our 3rd time at the Tamarijn. After our first stay here we fell in love! The property has a great lay out. The food is good. We love the new Barista coffee shop with pastries. We look forward to our annual stay here! Hate leaving!

The rooms were extremely outdated and dirty. We took our shoes off and our feet were black. The bathroom was disgusting. I felt like I was glamping and in a public shower facility. The food was terrible and bugs flying around everywhere. We stayed there a day and half and then had to switch to the Hilton. The staff was a bit hostile when I brought up my concerns and then the manager came out who was extremely sweet and patient and kind and helpful. She was able to get us our refund on their end and then I had to speak with Expedia to get a refund from their end (which was a whole other issue). It’s so unfortunate because they really do have the best real estate with all their rooms being oceanfront.

Some of the restaurants staff were rude!! Butnit was good bypassing that!! And the only issue i see its not having coffee machines available all day and closing the restaurant and your not able to crab a coffee or anything!! But had a great time of course improvement is always better!!

The staff was so kind and helpful.

Perfect location.
Bring your beach towels inside the room when you finished using them so you can get new ones for next day
Had trouble with the shower, water was cold or scolding hot.
Staff was ok, not very friendly
Overall nice experience
