We absolutely LOVED our stay at Divi Phoenix Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort never felt overcrowded, which made it so relaxing and peaceful.

We stayed in an oceanfront studio on the 11th floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! The room was spacious, clean, and having a full kitchen was a huge bonus.

The pool was fantastic, the beach was beautiful with plenty of space to relax, and the food and drinks were delicious. One of the best parts was the location—it was right in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore Aruba while still enjoying a quiet, relaxing resort atmosphere.

If you're looking for a beautiful beachfront resort with amazing views, great amenities, and a perfect location, I highly recommend Divi Phoenix Resort. We can't wait to come back!

Had to notify staff do to multiple cockroaches in our room. Resort was good other than little things like ice machine not working, shower door not closing all the way, elevator out of service. Those little things add up though. Loved Aruba but would stay somewhere else next time.

This was the perfect place for our honeymoon and vacation. The rooms were very clean and updated. Everything was available you needed. Everyone was very accommodating. Pools and beach were clean. Beach was amazing-chairs and towels comfy. The island was very safe when venturing outside. There are numerous activities, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The food and drinks were prepared perfectly at the resort. NO COMPLAINTS, just that we had to go home!!!

The lobby is dated. The food at the restaurants is OK. It is not a close walk to all the restaurants. I wish they had better adult activities during the day, not a lot of entertainment other than the pool and the beach. A lot of people say not to do all inclusive in Aruba, but I think an all-inclusive would have been better for me personally..

I recently stayed at Divi Phoenix Aruba from June 13–20 and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully located right on Palm Beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. Water is incredible staff not friendly. And Expedia says rooms have dvd players they don’t Expedia says they have 24 hour room service they don’t have room service. 17 dollar a drink and bartender JR went out of his way to make my drinks wrong every time. His loss I tip minimum 20 percent. Front desk not friendly except one person short guy dark hair. Don’t waste your time Herd Holiday inn property is amazing. Will try that next

Every night of our stay we had to call maintenance to come fix something. No bell service, no pool waiters or waitresses, very do it yourself property. All in all stay safe as about 3stars could be better with accommodations.

We are a senior Midwest American couple. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, $40. Taxi rates are set by the gov't. Upon arrival everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had the bedroom and an attached suite with a kitchen (full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker (with filters), and dishwasher), washer/dryer combo, a pull-out sofa and a nice balcony. We had two showers and a jacuzzi style tub. The balcony overlooked the pools and had a nice view of the sea.
We did not rent a car but just opted to take taxis if needed. A taxi to Saint Anna's chruch was $15 each way for an 11 am English Catholic mass on Sunday. We also took a taxi up to Bugaloes Pier. My wife has a difficult time walking but we met plenty of Divi resort people that walked. We pretty much ate at the Divi for every meal. Coffee, fruit, and a danish for breakfast at the Deli, lunch and snacks at the Pure Beach, and a few dinners at the Pure Ocean. The staff in our experience was not slow but very nice. Shout out to the servers Cherie Ann and Milka at the Pure Beach. They were great. Charlotte at guest relations was nice too. Guest relations wanted to watch a 90 minute deal on ownership opitons but we did not do that. Checkout was easy.

While we reserved a ocean view room, the view was very limited. And there was one staff member at the wave shack who was not happy to be at work and made us very aware.

However, the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. The pools were clean and chairs were available most of the time.

It's about a 15 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The staff are helpful in getting taxis for trips.

However , what turned us off the most out of experiences with other resorts and outside restaurants and shops was the ridiculous \"SERVICE Charge\" this resorts adds on to bills plus requests a gratuity on top. Ridiculous a 15% service fee plus a gratuity . I Felt bad not adding a tip . It was embarrassing. And expensive

The location is perfect, being easy walking distance from, but not in the middle of, the heavy concentration of restaurants and shops. The property is well maintained, with spacious rooms. Beaches and beach amenities are clean and well equipped, with plenty of chairs, palapas, and umbrellas available. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially Jesus, who went above and beyond in numerous ways to make our 10th anniversary visit more than special.

the bay area Beach water was very shallow,our frig wasn't working at full capacity had to leave stuff in freezer got towel that where rip and torn.went to swim in pool at 7am and couldn't find two chairs together without towels on that people saved. there 2 hour limit is not enforced, people would come out 3/4/5hrs later.wont go back enjoyed Divi Golf Resort last yr much nicer.

A great stay at Divi Phoenix again. Staff as always are amazing and friendly. We did lose power for 12 hours on Monday from Midnight to Tuesday midday which while the power issue meant no AC during the night (wasn’t terrible), the lack of lighting and even worse NO WATER was a challenge and despite the staff giving us a flashlight and two bottles of water probably isn’t adequate compensation for that disruption - would have been even worse if we were leaving on Tuesday.

That being said it’s a great place to visit. Bar staff are nice, service is good. Beach and pool are well kept.

Downsides: people reserving Palapas is out of control at the pool. The amount of people that were down at 5am before sunrise to put towels down and reserve is ridiculous. One morning I had to go down at 5.30am to secure one and the choices were already extremely limited. Even sadder is most of these people end up being down at the pool for not more than two hours. Most of the culprits are the many longstanding time share owners.

Our second bathroom must have had a leak upstairs and the ceiling started coming down on my shower head. Since it’s the second bathroom I don’t think they check these properly. The rest of the room was great.

Really only the palapa issue was a problem it’s still an amazing place to stay.

The only positive thing about our room was the square footage we had.
Other than that the cleanliness was not there. Mold everywhere, even on the mirrors. The patio had bird sh*t everywhere. Our room wasn’t serviced one time during our stay.
Staff at the pool bar were friendly but menus needed to be cleaned, old food on them.
Injured bird floating in the pool for quite some time before it was removed.
We were notified at check in the Tuesday night of our stay, they would be “updating the generator”. We had no power for over 8 hours, couldn’t shower or flush toilet, no access to elevators etc. I wish I could say I was surprised they did not comp everyone in that building for one day but free coffee in the lobby seems comparable.

My family and I, along with some friends visited Aruba for a 2nd time and loved it. For our stay at Divi Phoenix, the resort is beautiful overall. However, I was disappointed with the constant beeping in my room my entire stay. Made it hard to sleep. No clue what it was but I reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the beds are very, very firm. The sofa bed, you can feel the springs but for kids, its okay for a quick stay. The location is great, the staff is friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. Pools were nice and clean.

Beach tower room was great. Only down issue was soap dispensers were way to high up on wall in bathrooms. A5ft 6 person has tough time reaching pump that is about 5& 1/2 ft high on wall with 22” counter top to reach over. Do not like liquid soap dispenser in shower . Need bar soap. Still loved divi and all the great people that work there. Food is great will definitely be back to enjoying this great resort.

We had such a great time staying at the Divi. We stayed in a one bedroom in the main building everything is beautifully updated and clean! The pool area is so spacious and you didn’t ever feel like there were too many people even though the front desk said they were at 80% capacity. The beach was great and clean it was so easy to get chairs and palapas you could easily sleep in a bit and get a great spot even at 8am. We also used the grill area for lunch which was great to have onsite. The grocery store is very close by so we did a lot of cooking for breakfast and lunch onsite. Overall I highly recommend this resort and we will be coming back!

My family and I had another wonderful stay here. (Our 3rd time) The view from our room was breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good and happy hour was fun!! Kitchen in the room was a huge bonus. Plan to stay here again in the future.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing.

I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible.

I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days.

It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing customer service from a place I used to trust.

The resort itself was great. The room was okay. Some flaws in design (bathroom door hitting the toilet when opened, bathroom door didn’t latch shut unless locked) the shower didn’t drain well- had to stop mid shower to let water drain , the slider door was really tough to open and close- track needed cleaning or some grease. BUT we had a walk out room right to the pool and this was amazing which made the room issues not a real problem.

We booked a room for 5 nights through Expedia neaely a yeae in advancw. When we arrived the hotel informed us that they would be changing our room in the middle of the trip due to availability. This was annoying because of unpacking and repacking everything, but what really put a damper on our vacation was that we had no room at all from 10am that day until 3:30pm. So basically a whole day. They also disconnected our wristbands during that time so we didn't even have access to the pool bathrooms. This wasn't a one-off situation either, they did the same to many guests that day. They apparently just accept any reservation even when they dont have the same room available for that block of time.

The suite smelled of mildew. They didn’t bring a dehumidifier until 4 days went by. Totally unacceptable for the money I paid. Upon arrival they didn’t give us any direction as to find our place or how the numbers worked or what was going on at the resort. I hope you will train your staff better. There was a “service charge” put on every tab but then a gratuity was also expected of 18-22% in addition. No one could really tell us what the service charge was for we will not be staying at Divi again until this is figured out and we are given an answer about the fee.

Wonderful hotel right on the beach! Pool and hot tubs were spotless, swim up bar was perfect- especially loved the soft sandy beach. Room had all the amenities including washer dryer combo (took 5 hours for a load but did the job). We enjoyed the kitchen as well - beautiful views- definately recommend!!

If I return to Aruba.. I will likely stay at Divi Phoenix again. It was kinda perfect. Walking to restraints and nightlife. Great pools. Great beach. Didn’t have to ever fight for a chair. Room was great. Only nitpick.. the washer/dryer in room is not worth using…don’t plan on that. But other than that.. dive phoenix lived up to our expectations. And we did recon on the other high rise hotels in area…still glad we picked ours.

Perfect resort for us! The only resort I found where the pool is open 24/7. Not crowded or party type crowd, very family friendly and clean. Beach is away from all the water activities so peaceful and not too crowded but close enough to walk to if you're doing them. Palapas always available and hammocks on the beach we're so relaxing. Karaoke Thurs night was a blast! My only complaint was 10am checkout with no flexibility for a late checkout. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and very clean, and the staff did an amazing job keeping up with messy guests. The only reason I rated this hotel 3 stars instead of 4 is that our room, although spacious and accommodating, had a strong mold smell. This odor significantly impacted our stay each time we entered the room.

I contacted the front desk, and they provided a dehumidifier, but it wasn't sufficient to eliminate the smell. My husband had to empty the dehumidifier several times during our stay. We informed the front desk about the ongoing issue, and they said they would talk to a manager, but nothing was done afterward.

While the room was nice and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning, maintenance responded promptly to fix a minor toilet clog, and address issues with the TV and microwave, the persistent mold smell needs to be resolved. The hotel has great potential, but it must address this odor issue to truly enhance the guest experience.

Staying here for a second time. The management did a phenomenal job with a surprise for my birthday. Great room in the renovated building. Amazing staff! Thank you! You helped us make some great family memories. Property grounds were clean and the restaurants were good. Beach was great and walking distance to the hot spots. Very safe.

Front desk staff not very friendly when we checked in, didn’t offer anything even after mentioning the VIP upgrade. The concierge staff was nice and made sure we received the VIP perks, we got the wine which is part of the
upgrade next day. The manager was helpful as well. The hot tub where we stayed at didnt work, no cold water, only hot water. Food overall was really good, deli staff was sort of rude & rushing people when placing coffee orders.

This was are 4th stay here I would say it has changed since our last stay. Staff was not very friendly when we had an issue spoke the concierge never got a response back. The spa is under construction and closed went to neighbor resort as instructed by staff had poor service. Had to call each time for a taxi at times waited as long as 30 minutes without others even waiting. Food service was slow and food was average.
