Celebrated my 50th bday here in March. We had an oceanview room, was very pleased with the view overlooking ocean, beach and pool area. Balcony was quite big! Really nice!
Customer service very friendly and accommodating.They were on top of their game! Great choices for dining.
Would definitely stay again but not in high wind season! The L shape design of the resort building causes the pool area to be super windy, not pleasant to enjoy drinks or swim in the pool, water felt pretty cold. Beach area felt a bit less windy, but it was a challenge to get chairs, seemed like you had to show up early to get them. The resort beach is pretty small to accomodate everyone.Other than that really enjoyed our stay!

-The hotel is nicely appointed, and the workers could not have been more accommodating.
-The pools are not heated and I did not step a foot into any of them all week which is terrible. It was cool with the breeze and the pools were uncomfortably cool. Hardly anybody used them. A disgrace.
-The Cabanas were dingy and nothing but a large bed framed in aluminum. Terrible for the money, very disappointed - felt cheated.
-Sorry to say the Hyatt did much better in these areas when we stayed there. Heated pools and luxurious cabanas for the same price (they had TV's, Couch, Refrigerator, better complimentary snacks and drinks).
-The beach is too small and very crowded, not what you expect from a luxury hotel of this brand.

Excellent service. But since you have many different people staying at your resort, you should offer a variety of food, including more Asian dishes. Breakfast is the same every day, which makes it challenging to eat.

This was my second stay at the St. Regis in Aruba. I stayed in Feb 2025 and October 2025. This stay was not as good as the first time- maybe because in February they had not been opened long and they were still trying to impress. This visit asked specifically not be be in a room over the police station which gets noisy and the smell of pot is so strong at times you can't sit on the balcony. Despite specifically asking not to be over the station, I was put in a room directly over it and the smell of pot was sickening. Also, this time the room was not serviced well and there was some gel like substance on the tile floor in the hallway. I took pictures, talked to the front desk staff and after some back and forth (which wasn't pleasant), they agreed to move me. Now keep in mind , this was my second visit and this time I brought people with me so we had two rooms (so lots of $ plus two room holds of $1k each) and still I got kick back from management when I asked to move to a clean room.

Some things to be aware of when you book this hotel:
1) They put a $1000 room hold on your credit card when you check in. This was new and not the case in February.
2) This is a cashless hotel but everyone who provides a service to you wants you to tip them in cash. So take small bills.
The hotel is beautiful and staff are friendly but they miss the mark compared to the other hotels in the St. Regis portfolio. There are many other beautiful hotels in Aruba to choose from.

This property is luxury at its finest. The staff is impeccable. Felt pampered from the moment of our arrival until our moment of departure. Staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again. Have never felt so spoiled and pampered and appreciated by a hotel before.

We had an amazing stay at St Regis Aruba!! From the moment we walked in the lobby was beautiful, cool and smelled like you were on vacation. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and the entire ground and immaculately kept and beautiful! The rooms are so spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views. Every restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a dream! Service on the beach, at the pool, the spa, everywhere is just top notch. You felt like this was your second home. The staff recognizes you after a day or so and treat you like they’re your friends. We will absolutely be back!!

Family 4 day trip

Hotel is new and the property is beautiful on the water. I had a suite and a great balcony. The housekeeping was great especially with very young children.Food was average but very pricey (expected for a premier property). Coffee place was bad. Korean/ Japanese Upscale restaurant had very bad service no one came around to refill water or more drinks. The food there was unimpressive compared to the atmosphere which was really nice. I feel because the hotel was so new the staff the service staff was not great. No came around on the beach or pool often. I have been at other high end resorts in other countries and if not sure if it’s the service or culture but people are standing around everywhere looking lingering for a tip.

Folks - this is a St Regis property in name only ! The security in this hotel is alarming - they offer a non existent butler service ( 30 mins typical wait for morning coffee ) they also allow strays onto the beach area ( I have video of a dog laying in the $350 a day cabanas ) ANYONE can walk onto this property / calls to front desk unanswered / management is non existent/ painting in lobby on scaffolding at 9 am ? Too much too list. Also , their flag ship restaurant allows beach goers to photograph the sunset in their dining area unhindered. Non-guests are allowed to use beach and pool areas as there is ZERO security on the property . I predict this Marriott owned property will be closed just like the white plains ritz Carlton who over Estimated their market value / NOT WORTH the value at all!

We have been visiting Aruba for over ten years and have stayed at various resorts and hotels. The St. Regis Hotel was one of our first choices for our 2025 family vacation. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, and the beach is truly beautiful. The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk through the doors.

We rented a cabana, and the team member went above and beyond our expectations. The service was awesome!

In contrast, we rented a Bimini, and the service was quite different from start to finish. Overall, the service did not meet the St. Regis standards.

Lastly, consider installing palapas at the beach and implementing a scheduling system. I observed that many tourists arrived at the beach by 6:30 AM, laid their towels on the chairs, and then left for the day. This made it difficult to find available beach chairs. It's odd that, despite few people being in the water or using the chairs, all the chairs seemed to be \"occupied\".

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, for the price we paid, in addition to having to pay $100 a day for amenities, it felt like we didn’t get enough for our money.
The hotel had us pay a fee of $100 a day for butler service, WiFi, non motorized water activities, and yoga classes. However
It didn’t feel like we got what we paid for with the $100. There was only one yoga class a day and no other fun or organized activities at the hotel.
Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel but didn’t have any tennis or other courts or activities included.
