This Hotel never disappoints, the staff really are going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The property is clean and well-maintained, breakfast offers multiple options, and a shuttle is available to take you to the beach. The housekeepers are doing a fantastic job. The iguanas are an entertaining addition to the property. We will definitely go back!

Overallm the stay was very good. Rooms were well maintained as was the common areas. Pool area had plenty of chairs, dj played great music, enjoyed our time. Most staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous.

Our check in experience was positive but checkout experience fell below satisfactory. They didn't care to ask about our stay, only cared about paying the room fees. Clearly someone who doesn't enjoy their job.

We stayed at the Mill for 5 nights and the rooms were clean, updated and spacious.

The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to Gianni's and accessible to the beach via the resort golf shuttle or easily walkable. The resort provides towels for the pool and beach and the happy hours were great.

We will be looking back into this resort for our next visit during NYE as this hotel was great for the price point during this specific week in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at on the island for the holiday.

The room is not ideal, poor pillows, bedding and mattress not at all comfortable. The shower water goes all over the bathroom floor since there is no shoer door. The air conditioner is very noisy. All rooms have a connecting door to the next room and you can hear the neighbors. The tv is not smart and nothing to watch. The breakfast is the same everyday and not very good. Not thd hotel for us. This was a mistake.

There are only 2 handicapped parking spaces 1 always for a van and the second blocked with a cone so the OWNER has a place to park. To me this is unacceptable
Our first happy hour drink was a bud ligh the smallest bottle ever seen and a $7.00. We NEVER went back. That is just SHAMEFUL.

Samantha and the entire staff at this Courtyard by Marriott Aruba was amazing! Right from the beginning, we were greeted with great service and complimentary drinks/fruit sticks. This was a nice touch. When we had an issue with one of our booked tours, Samantha was so patient and polite, helping us every step of the way! The room was spotless, the pools and swim up bar was great, and the beach shuttle made it so easy! This location is perfect on palm beach, less than a mile to eagle beach one way, and less than a quarter mile to the Palm Beach strip, with shops, restaurants, clubs, lounges, and everything you need! Overall, I would give my stay 6 stars if I could! The iguanas were chilling near the bar with the people which I loved, and the free hot breakfast buffet was awesome!! Highly recommended!!

The Mill is co-located with the Courtyard by Marriott (which was a little confusing when we were trying to find the property, because there were no signs for The Mill). With a little bit of research, we found out that they were the same place. Once we got checked in and established, everything was great… we got all of the same benefits as the Courtyard Marriott customers for about 2/3 of the price. A very good complementary breakfast buffet, nightly entertainment, and friendly staff who were always willing to help. Although the hotel is on the end of the high-rise district, it is an easy walk to local restaurants and shops. Take advantage of the hotel shuttle for Palm Beach access.

The resort itself is not bad, it is a 5 minute walk to the strip with bars and restaurants. The rooms are average, no complaints on rooms besides not having a balcony. The free breakfast was convenient but it was the same thing everyday. The cleaners do an excellent job cleaning the room and everybody is nice and friendly.
My complaints, the $1,070 hidden service fees they charged me once I checked in, the price looks great online but when they hit me with that resort service fee I knew why it was cheap online. I ordered drinks at the bar and then they hit you with a 15% service fee on the bill, so I’m confused about that 1,070 they charged on top of service fees for drinks. The TV screen vision was fuzzy as well. You’re better off spending another 1-1500 dollars and heading to a real all inclusive resort that has no hidden fees.

We were assigned a room that was not the one we booked, when we brought this to their attention we were told that the photos were for marketing so there is no sitting area in the actual room as shown on the pics. We were then told the hotel is fully booked and they can’t move us, they then found a room to move us to part way through our stay. We were also told they have NO rooms with 2 queens and a sofa as seen in the pics of the one we booked, but magically we got one part way through our stay. We were also charged for drinks/dinner that we did not have (so random charges on our credit card), and the front desk refused to resolve when we were checking out. Drinks were not good (the ones we actually had and rightfully paid for). Entertainment was not that great.

We arrived in Aruba and we were not able to stay where we originally planned to and booked a room here at The Mill last minute. Our stay was amazing, we were greeted by Anderson, who got us checked in and helped us get our bags to our rooms. Miguel, Nelson and Byram at the bar were so fun and engaging! Jose Daniel at the pool kept us very hydrated during the day with our drinks. Roslene, the supervisor/manager over dining services always smiling and happy. The resort was so clean and beautiful, all of the staff very happy and friendly. We will definitely be coming back and staying on our next trip to Aruba!!

This is our third visit to The Mills/Courtyard by Marriott. Our experience on the island was excellent, as always; however, we cannot say the same about the hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service was poor. The staff was very slow, and we spent almost three hours each time we ordered food. For instance, one night I ordered spaghetti, and it took exactly two hours and sixteen minutes to arrive.

On the first day, we had lunch with family at the restaurant, and, as mentioned, we spent three hours there. The same server we had during lunch ignored us at dinner. A couple at the next table even had to intervene and tell him that we had been waiting for over 40 minutes. Eventually, we had to go to the bar ourselves to ask the bartender for our food.

On a positive note, the front desk staff provided excellent service, and the housekeeping staff was attentive, as always. However, we do not plan to stay at this hotel again. We ordered chicken soup to go, but they served us onion soup instead. It felt as though the staff did not want to work and treated us poorly. The servers were very rude. It's a shame because we loved our previous stays at this hotel, but I can't risk my vacations like this. It was not just one bad experience with a single worker; there were multiple issues.

This was our first time in Aruba and I would highly recommend The Mill (it was changing over to the Courtyard Marriott while we were there). There was work and updates being done while we were there but the resort was already well-maintained and there was staff throughout cleaning every day. I was there with my family (including parents and tween children) and we all enjoyed it. The breakfast had a good selection and was good. There were always plenty of chairs available around the pool and we loved that the cabanas were free (first come first served) as well. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you take the hotel shuttle (golf cart) to the beach make sure you ask them to show you where the reserved chairs are because you had to walk just a bit from the drop-off area. Loved it! Many thanks to Zully from Allegra restaurant, Anderson from the desk, Yasmin from breakfast, Jose the Bellman, Julio from the beach, and not the least the housekeepers
that cleaned our room 1251 on our last two days there (June 25, 26: Diana) they did a fantastic job! Lets not forget the staff from the shuttle- always available and kind. These staff members made our stay and we definitely will come back!
The property is clean and well maintained. The iguanas were the highlights of our mornings after breakfast.

Beautiful property! Gorgeous, large pool. It never got too crowded, there were always lounge chairs and umbrellas available any time of day. The staff was very attentive and professional. Great free breakfast every morning. Property itself is so convenient- only 2 floors, literally can be in any room and you basically walk out to the pool or lobby. Within walking distance of the high rises, food and shopping but it felt far enough away at the same time that you didn’t have random people just walking through your resort or pool area all day. It’s in the perfect location. Great place to stay!

Same property as the Courtyard by Marriott, but we had to ask because it is not marked. Same staff, but 2 separate systems for check-in. They walk you away from the front desk to the concierge stand to check you into the Mills Resort. Too much sound travels between adjoining rooms, resulting in being awakened at 1am. TV is antenna only, no cable, and very poor reception. If you want news or entertainment, use your cellular telephone. We dialed the operator from the room multiple times with no response. I walked around to find someone to claim our bags. If you want service, I recommend tipping the person who greats you immediately to improve your experience where possible. For us, never again will we stay here.

Property is well located within Palm Beach and has many restaurants within walkable distance. Facilities are nice, nothing spectacular but decent level nevertheless
We had an issue in the midst of our stay where our room smelled of paint due to some renovation works but staff were very attentive and moved to another room. Overall, our stay at the property was a very pleasant experience

I love this resort! First time at The Mills. I love all of the amenities that are included. The room is large equipped with a kitchenette that has a full refrigerator! The absolute best service from everyone I came in contact with at the resort.

The Mill is part of Courtyard Marriott, we dis not realize until arrival, we rented a car at the airport and it was an easy drive. Resort staff are friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They offer to hold your bags and provide changing area if you arrive prior to your room being ready and would like to go to the beach or lounge at the pool, There is food onsite that is very good. The fitness room is nice and they have onsite massage as well. There is a kids room area if you are traveling with little ones. I could go on and on, we had a great time and definitely would not hesitate on going back.

Overall, the hotel was okay. When I arrived, I noticed that my TV wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come up to fix it, but no one ever showed. The next day, I spoke with a different front desk agent who also promised to send someone right away, and again, no one came. Eventually, a technician arrived but wasn’t able to fix the issue. Later, a manager came to our room and showed us an alternative room. I considered moving, but since we only had one night left, it didn’t seem worth the hassle.

I honestly feel they should have offered a complimentary night or at least a discount, considering the inconvenience, but we were still charged the full price. Additionally, when I called for extra towels, no one ever brought them up.

On a positive note, the staff at the bar and restaurant were wonderful friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made parts of our stay enjoyable.
