The room and the entire resort was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach access was great as well. The only thing I wish they had was an all inclusive option and a gym. But everything else was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

Our first stay at this resort exceeded our expectations! We had a deluxe beachfront studio, and it was perfect for us (2 adult females). We had a beautiful view of the ocean and plenty of room for all of our stuff. While we didn't spend much time in the room, we never felt crowded. The room and grounds were immaculate. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had daily palapa and beach chairs (and towels). This was our 7th trip to Aruba and the first time we were able to use the beach (the other beach had no breeze and so just too hot). We are already planning to return to Amsterdam Manor next year!

Room was great... we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a great balcony view of the beach.

Big shout-out to Jennifer and Juan Carlos for ensuring we were taken care of the entire week.

Only issue was their AC went out for a day... While that was a minor inconvenience, I was impressed with the staffs attention to getting the issue promptly resolved and \"taking care of us\"

Had to stay an extra night so we only were here for the one night after rebooking. I wish we had stayed here the entire trip. It was a beautiful kept property with a nice pool right on the beach. The staff was amazing. Restaurant was amazing. Next time in Aruba, I plan to stay here.

The room, and the entire facility, was immaculate. The staff, from the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the bar and restaurant staff, were all so friendly and helpful. There were some minor issues with the seating process at the restaurant, but overall our experience with AMBR was stellar and we look forward to visiting again.

Complimentary breakfast on the beach is a great way to start the day.Great pre stay communication. Unknown to us it was carnival time, the hotel offered transportation,snacks, and their own seating area to view the parade, free of charge. Can't say enough good things about Amsterdam Manor.

Free breakfast was not included. Ate at passions on the beach, which was excellent. Wi-Fi was intermittent and it kept dropping on us. Went to beach at 6 AM in the dark and all front row of the beach cabanas were taken.

We can't say enough how amazing our stay was at Amsterdam Manor resort. From very first moment till check out - it was just amazing. The staff was amazing, the place itself is very clean, clearly recently renovated - u can see fresh paint, very modern rooms. The location - wow! Eagle's 's Beach ended up being my favorite beach on the island. The umbrellas/palapas and sun beds are free for hotel customers. I mentioned that it was our anniversary prior coming and we walked in our room and there was balloons, champagne and bowl of fruits for our anniversary. That was really special. Also \"Fresh foods\" supermarket is 10 minutes walking from there . We had a time. Thank you so much, i hope we can come back.

A hidden gem in Aruba. Right opposite a super chilled part of Eagle Beach without the high rises and masses. Super comfortable bed and linens. If you’re looking for a relaxed, friendly and independently owned hotel within easy access of the airport and across from the beach with crystal clear waters and incredible sunsets, look no further. Beautiful breakfasts on the beach. Torchlit dinners with toes in the sand experience for evenings. Did not have time to use the pool but it looked beautiful. Highly recommend.

I really liked staying at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort.
The resort is cozy and quiet. We don't have small kids, and I didn't feel like having little kids running and splashing around nonstop. Our two-bedroom suite was absolutely fantastic, with an ocean view and a balcony with chairs and an umbrella. The check-in was a great experience. Jennifer was very friendly and offered us lemon water and fruit punch upon our arrival. My husband bought a case of water and Coke and left it downstairs as our room was on the second floor. Unfortunately, I don't know the worker's name, but he took it and brought it to our door without us asking. It was really nice of him. The bar and food on the beach were also delicious, and, of course, Eagle Beach is stunning. We had a great experience and can't wait to come back.

We had the absolute best stay at Amsterdam Manor. We were upgraded to a suite at no charge and our room was decorated beautifully for our honeymoon. Every staff person we interacted with was incredibly kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and pristine. We also took the short walk across the street to the beach daily to enjoy the complementary palapa and swim in the ocean. We dined at both Horizons and Passions and had delicious food at both restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Loved the size and space of accommodations. Housekeeping was very kind and professional. Staff was hit or miss.
Location was fantastic, with both Passions beach front bar/restaurant and Horizons bar having great cocktails and food. I really wish you could get a poolside drink in the afternoon (can walk across the street and get one on the beach, I guess)
Overall, the beachfront shade with direct access to the beach, and a quiet hotel that is still walkable or a 10 minute taxi to main areas is definitely worth it. And the Superfood Market was amazing
Will warn that the construction makes the hotel a little less beautiful, but that won't last forever.

The beach view is obstructed by the trees, but beach area is very close and walkable. Food is available on the beach and in the room. A little bit difficult because the hotel has continued construction and you need to bring the baggage from thd street. Personal is attentive, but couldn't resolve many questions without manager approval.

I asked for early checkin before i arrived and that didnt happen. Sat in the sun waited for 2 1/2 hours for my room. Bartenders at the horizon bar was completely unattentive. I waited with nobody at the bar for 15 minutes to grab his attention, finally took my order and went back on his phone til i just walked away and went to the liquor store and got my own. My second time there and would not go again or recommend.

We loved this resort and will definitely return. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the 1 bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent (for us) as we like it quieter. The high rise hotel district where most of the bars, restaurants and clubs are is a 15 - 20 minute walk north, on the beachfront path. But if you're not a walker, the bus stops right out front of the resort plus you can rent a scooter, electric bike, or just Uber. The beach was amazing and I loved that we had access to ample palapas (umbrellas) that were reserved for resort guests. We really enjoyed both restaurants/ bars on the resort and loved our dinner on the beach (reservations recommended especially if you want sunset). All in all a fabulous stay. This was our first time in Aruba and we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. One thing that did surprise me about the Island though, was it is always windy, and I not just talking a gentle ocean breeze! So FYI ladies... take plenty of hair clips ;-)
