We had a wonderful stay at RH Boutique Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The room and hotel grounds were clean and well maintained, and the garden decor was absolutely beautiful, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our son especially enjoyed the pool and had a great time. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

What a lovely boutique hotel! Beautiful grounds, lovely common areas, friendly and extremely helpful staff. There is a cafe within the property which offers three meals per day. Breakfast can be included with the stay and is very reasonably priced. Beautiful pool, lovely and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend!

If you're looking to stay in Aruba, but would rather spend time at the beaches and exploring the island instead of being stuck at a resort, then stay at the RH Boutique Hotel. It was an amazing stay, clean and modern, beautiful garden patio and great brunch. Our room was very nicely appointed and had tropical themed art, even with custom painted light switches that matched the paintings in that room. The staff was super pleasant and helpful, and it was just a perfect snorkeling get-away trip! 13/10

The staff was excellent, the place was clean. the rooms were clean and spacious, and well equipped with a mini kitchen (complete with appliances to make coffee, an air fryer etc). Overall the property is 10/10

The property is FAR from everything touristy if you do not have a car. there's a grocery store within walking distance but that's it. everything, including the beach is a $13-18 USD taxi ride away (each way), no restaurants nearby within walking distance either. that said, the place is in a very quiet area, away from the lively tourist traps. just keep transportation in mind if you plan to stay there

Hotel was great! Clean room and property, beds were comfy. Staff were very helpful, we got new towels daily. They have an ice machine behind the office for your beach coolers. Pool was clean and sauna was a plus!! Place is gated and felt safe. We loved how the location was close to everything. We’ll definitely be coming back to try the Cafe!

Cons: Tv was not working in room but staff was prompt to fix it! When you shower the floor gets so wet (standup shower with half glass partition- extra towels will fix it). Make sure to book the sauna ahead of time as it takes 30 mins to heat up (very relaxing).

While RH Boutique Hotel has potential, my arrival was unfortunately quite frustrating. Upon check-in, I found the entrance inaccessible. I rang the doorbell repeatedly, but no one answered. After waiting outside for some time, I actually had to call a colleague in Curacao, who then called the hotel’s landline to get someone to come to the door. It wasn't the \"welcome\" I was expecting after a long day of travel.

The property itself is well-maintained and has a nice boutique aesthetic.
Once inside, the staff I interacted with were generally pleasant.
Suggestions for Improvement:**
The check-in process needs a serious reliability boost—guests shouldn't need international assistance just to get through the front door! Additionally, the experience felt a bit \"dry.\" Adding some soft touches, such as a complimentary welcome coffee or a bottle of water upon arrival, would go a long way in making guests feel valued and at home.

Great experience, comfortable bedding and room experience, friendly staff,, great breakfast spot rite on the property. The only downside would be the hot tub does not heat up and the water to the shower did not get hot, not having a hot shower when there is so much sun wasn’t so bad though. The property is very well maintained for cleanliness. Housekeeping does a terrific job. They gave us some free Aruba aloe sun block which really came in handy. The parking is secure and there is security on the property 24/7. Tucked away in a cute quiet neighborhood. The outdoor patio is beautiful to enjoy a coffee in the morning! Great coffee BTW. Pool and sauna available, you have to hear the sauna up in advance if you want to use it. The hotel is also in a great location! Palm beach close by and all the main shopping is only 5mins away driving. Would return in the future.

Very tranquil and inviting atmosphere away from noisy tourism. Beautiful gardens. Many nice sitting areas. Quiet residential street. Car needed, highly recommend Nexus at airport Hyatt. No other form of transportation except for taxi which is expensive ($30-35 to airport). Some tours offer pick up and drop off. Supermarket, gas station and Aloe Factory 5 min near. Comfortable suite with kitchen. They provide beach towels, ice cooler, ice, beach chairs. Cozy bbq area, make a reservation. Staff beautiful people, helpful and attend to guests’ needs. Great water pressure and AC in suites. Very clean, modern and safe property. Private gated parking. Loved our stay.

We had a great stay at RH Boutique Hotel Aruba. The hotel is super cute, modern, and very well kept, with a boutique feel that immediately makes you feel comfortable.

One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s very centrally located in Oranjestad, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and explore the area, while still being quiet enough to relax. Having a rental car made it even easier to get around the island from here.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The pool area is also a nice bonus, perfect for cooling off after a day out.

If you’re looking for a stylish, centrally located boutique hotel in Aruba that feels easy and uncomplicated, RH Boutique Hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

A few things, First we noticed that our room door was not locking but they explained that they had changed the locks and there was a malfunction so they moved us to another room which was fine. Then, I had accidentally made a small burn on the blanket when ironing as I didn’t know you had to request an ironing board if you needed one (they do not provide them in the rooms), so I made them aware and they charged my card to replace the blanket, also fine. After we left the hotel they sent me a message accusing me of damaging their iron. I explained that the burn on the blanket was super small and there was no need for me to damage the iron to get it off. I simply pulled it off. They sent me a picture of a scratched up iron, which is exactly what the iron looked like before we got there. I explained that the damage was there before I used it and that I wouldn’t lie about damaging the iron as I was very quick to inform them about the blanket. They went ahead to charge my card again for the iron and completely ignored me. It’s important to note that upon arriving, they insisted on writing my credit card information down on a sheet of paper (this is their policy to prevent people from disputing transactions but is a serious security risk in my opinion). Anyways I would not recommend and will not be returning as I did not appreciate how they handled this.
Overall the rooms are fine, it’s more of an Airbnb than a hotel as you have a mini apartment.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. I felt safe as a solo traveler. On thing I disliked was the parking. Although it’s gated and requires a key to access, you need a compact car otherwise you will have difficulties parking at night when it’s pretty much full.

This has been the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Aruba. The rooms were super clean. The hotel was very nice. The cafeteria staff were very friendly and the host who checked us in and I don’t remember her name was super awesome and Steve us with hot coffee upon arrival, I will definitely recommend this place and will be returning to our H as it’s expanding and becoming an even bigger hotel. We loved our stay, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, they allowed us to borrow beach chairs and a cooler. Any request was met, they were just great. A couple areas for improvement would be the dishes stocked in the kitchen (they were so fragile, and had just enough to make do ie: 4 cups, 4 plates, 4 bowls) and the coffee maker was full of grounds in the water compartment. Also there was a situation with the key and they only had one per room, it would be nice if they invested in more room key cards. Such small things though, it was really truly a great stay and we can't wait to come back and would recommend to any family and friends to stay here.

1. I didn’t find the location handy.
2. (And this is a BIG one). There was very little heat with the water. My showers were lukewarm at best. Not good in general. Horrible for someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
3. I requested a late check out. The gal at the desk granted me an extra hour. I went to the desk at 11 to check out and let them know I’d be leaving in an hour. There was a different gal there. She said no, I had to leave right then. I told her the other gal said I could stay till noon. She said no, I could not stay the extra hour. I told her it was too bad cause we weren’t ready to leave.

The room was spacious and nice though.

The property is well kept. The staff hours seemed inconsistent. Be aware of your arrival time on island vs check-in time; there may not be anyone there to let you in the gated property. I spent some time waiting to be let in and then sitting in the coffee shot patio waiting for front desk to arrive.

The room was nice and clean. The area of the hotel is very residential so you must have a car to come and go. There’s not much around but private homes. There is a very small pool, which I didn’t use. The property is adjacent to a major elevated highway so there is that aesthetic. There is a small coffee shop/restaurant on site that looked nice with a nice outdoor seating area.

A car is 100% needed (Free Parking included).. as not to much around the area, but that suited us perfectly.

I loved this hotel. It was quiet, room and washroom was beautiful with led mirror and smart tv. Staff were great, we had breakfast there once (it’s NOT included) but the prices were good for the amount of food you got. Renting a car is the best way to get around, the hotel is about 10-15 minutes from all the main tourist spots/beaches. I have no complaints, would come back here if I ever return to Aruba! 10/10

RH Boutique Hotel is a 9 minute drive from Eagle Beach and a 37 minute drive to Baby Beach. The hotel is also 7 minutes from the Seaport. Looking pass it’s location in a “rustic” neighborhood, it is in close proximity to places I visited.

When I arrived, I had the hardest time parking in their view small parking lot. I had to get use to reversing backwards into a tight spot. The receptionist was nice. She met me at the parking lot. I noticed she did not offer any help from the car or as she led me up the stairs to my room towards the back. This hotel is definitely not wheelchair accessible or disability friendly.

I debated between this hotel and an AirBnB. I got the “Deluxe King Suite.” From the Expedia description it sounded like a small apartment but just in a hotel. Things I found out were not true: housekeeping is not daily and not available on the Sunday that I was there. There is no “laundry facilities,” they have laundry service that is $10 to wash and $10 to dry. The cafe is not open daily. I went to open the door and found it locked. I went to the front desk and she called and found that it is close. Online, it state that it would not be open until Monday. I asked if there is any food delivery services available. She didn’t seem sure of any that were available. I asked about excursions and tours from the hotel and she did not have any readily available.

Basically, I have come to find out this is an overpriced room, not in the best area of Aruba.

Very spacious and clean rooms, with a small but nice pool. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a large kitchen and living area that opened right onto the pool. Free and secure parking. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was a good value (for example 2 espresso and 2 croissant for breakfast were $10). It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown, but I would definitely want a car.

I appreciated that the property was not located on the strip. You are surrounded by beautiful residences roughly 6-7 minutes (by car) from downtown Orangestad. Judith from housekeeping always made sure I had clean linens and was kind enough to allow me to practice my Spanish. My room was perfectly sized and I did make use occasionally of the kitchen as in dining out daily can be expensive. They are currently expanding, construction is underway. Can't wait to see the improvements/ new hotel area. Hopefully the gym is refreshed, not only with more space but more modern equipment. That's my only complaint.

This is a quiet tucked away property. To get anywhere you need a car. Once you have a car everything you need is pretty much less than 10 minutes away.
The gym is very limited, however for the runners there is a cycle/footpath just a couple of minutes away.
The staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and wanting to help you.
The size and cleanliness of the apartments is superb, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed.
Special mention to Kary, she was so helpful going above and beyond and to the chef (who opened up the kitchen especially for us as it was a late flight) thank you so much.
Recommended…absolutely YES.
