Cleanliness in the rooms- they smell like mold. The male bartenders at the infinity pool were awful, only cared about flirting with girls, not pouring drinks. Windows was excellent- Carlos is top notch, as well as the other waitstaff. Rose at bar tapas was also a highlight. She was very attentive a went above and beyond. Other restaurants and waitstaff felt more like a factory, no personal touch. The tiki bar is also a favorite, best food onsite during the day. Infinity pool and sea breeze food is gross. The shuttle drivers are great, and of course the doorman in the front lobby is a highlight. He knows everything going on at all times. He is the resorts biggest asset. Front desk staff was awful for check in. People reserving pool chairs in the middle of the night for the entire week is not acceptable. They also did not use them all day. All around was a subpar experience and will not be back. Felt too much like a factory.

The conceriege team was wonderful. It was very easy to navigate with the shuttle services provided. And, I have to give a shout out to Frankie at the pool bar.

The only negative, and unfortunately was our first impression, was the lack of interest and friendliness of the team member that checked us in. She was not communicative, not friendly, and was a bad representation of Divi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Favorite Place in Aruba

Divi Golf continues to impress us year after year. My wife and I have stayed here six years in a row, and it’s the only resort we choose in Aruba. The suites are incredibly spacious — a full living room, balcony, dining area, complete kitchen, and two full bathrooms, including an en suite. It feels more like a condo than a hotel room.

Service is always excellent. Housekeeping keeps everything spotless, the bellmen are fantastic, and the concierge team can handle anything you need with ease and professionalism.

My wife absolutely loves the pool, and even though we’re in Aruba, we only went to the beach for two days because the pool area is that good. The infinity pool is huge, the swim‑up bar is great, and Infinity Grill is perfect for a quick bite. Get there early to reserve your chairs and enjoy the sun and a few cocktails.

Aruba is our happy place, and Divi Golf is our home every time we visit. We’ve loved every moment of every stay and will continue coming back year after year.

The room smelled of mildew. The burners on the stove didn’t light easily. The filter on the water by the pool blinked red the whole stay. They didn’t give any hand towels until they noticed the bath towel hanging on the hand towel rack. The room was missing kitchen essentials such as a cheese grater, can opener, sheet pan, and measuring spoons. There was no complimentary coffee in the room. There was a stray cat outside our room. There was no smart TV.

There were options for pools from quiet to busy. We offered the quiet. Mulligans restaurant had good quality food for a fair price. Our room seemed a little dated but was clean and spacious. Great view of the one pool and the ocean. Large balcony. The kitchen even had an oven however we didn’t have time to use the kitchen. Nice to also have 2 bathrooms.

A pèsar de ser un hotel tan caro el ingreso es recien a las 16hs.
Nos dijeron que en Consergeria nos iban a dar un \"regalo\", pero allì solamente les interesaba que asistièramos a una charla de 1.5 hs., algo que no aceptamos. La informaciòn gral. que nos dieron alli sobre el hotel y la zona fuè erronea, para que compremos los servicios del hotel.
Ademàs, cuando nos entregaron las pulseras con la llave, estas no abrian la puerta de la habitaciòn pues nos las validaron......tuve que repetir el tràmite en recepciòn....
En la playa del frente, en la zona del hotel mientras nos bañabamos, nos sustrajeron un par de zapatillas.

This was our 4th trip to Aruba and our 3rd time staying at Divi. This particular trip however we had a room with the view of parking and construction (so had this been my first trip, this view would have been devasting) - The beach was just 2 minute walk and having access to all Divi properties is a perk. The room was clean, housekeeping always did a great job cleaning our room daily. We did get charged for accidently breaking the coffee pot (IMO this should be an incidental) and with the exception of one person on the sales team, our customer experience with staff was good. We utilized 2 of the restaurants and 2 of the pools on the property and enjoyed both.

Unfortunately, the staff was not as attentive as they were on my last stay, 3 months prior. I received housekeeping services the 2nd day I was there, by day 5, I had expected at least new towels and a trash pickup. When I called the front desk, I was told I would have to pay a fee. I didn't ask how much, instead, asked if they could perform normal housekeeping services without a charge since it was 3 days without any...not pleasant if you have long hair (it winds up everywhere) and not sanitary at all.
The TV in the master bedroom had no signal for the entire length of the stay. We did request services 3 times, needless to say, there was no television.
The oddest of all, was leaving the room for some time at the pool and returning to a completely different sofa. It was blue in the a.m., and beige in the afternoon. When we inquired, they weren't sure initially, and later explained they're slowly switching out all of the sofas within the resort. It is unfortunate, the 2nd sofa bed was not nearly as comfortable as the first. We would've appreciated a heads up.
As often as we travel to Aruba, it's disappointing to have to scratch the Divi off of the list.

No signs very difficult to locate where anything is it seemed to me I was on my own left to find where everything is was given a map only.
When I asked an agent they would point it that way.
The hotel door would not close ask for service they never repaired also kitchen drain was clogged and not working as a licensed master plumbing I found the venting was wrong causing the issue.

I would definitely stay in this property again if I revisit Aruba. The location is convenient for any beaches / places you would like to explore. Love the free shuttle rides provided by the Divi Village and Golf Resort. You can actually walk to Eagle Beach… take a shuttle from this property to Costa Linda Resort, then walk about 5 - 7 minutes to the beautiful Eagle beach. 😍 You are pretty welcome. 😎 Enjoy your trip in Aruba.

Staff was very friendly, however I book the same resort through Expedia for the last nine years in September and when I arrived this year they told me it was room only rate. They charged another 800 per day for the 2 of us to be all inclusive. Also every property was under big construction so many areas were not open. A lot less this trip for a lot more money. I will be traveling to a new destination next September

I didnt like the fact that you have to learn this is not an all inclusive resort anymore once you get there and then have to pay $225 per person per day if you want all inclusive. When booking the resort amenities say all inclusive and its not Only Joenne was exceptionally wonderful.

The room smelled of sewage. The smell seemed to be coming from the bathroom. We heard multiple other guests complain about this as well. The front door also had large gapping around it. This causes multiple bugs to enter in the room. The towels were also not clean.

Hotel was very nice and rooms were extremely spacious compared to others I have stayed at in other Divi resorts. Only complaint was sliding door so difficult to open and no fan in bathroom - so extremely hot. Otherwise, bathroom was very large and in great condition. Staff was good and location was excellent. Grounds well kept and Mulligans and Windows Restaurants were exceptional.

Be really careful! When you book your stay the information on the website says all inclusive but that is not true!! Once you check in at the hotel they tell you you only paid for the room and if you want you can upgrade your package to make it all inclusive (very expensive) and if you don’t want to upgrade it you have to pay for every meal or service but the room.

However, the resort could improve on its cleanliness. The sheets in our room were never changed during our entire stay. We notice that because the same stains were on the sheets each day. The towels were also dirty and had stains on them.

I would also recommend remodeling the rooms as some things were out of date.

Divi Golf Resort is a great place to stay in Aruba. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are relaxing, and it’s super easy to get to the beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms could use a little updating, but they’re still spacious and comfortable. Overall, it’s a fun, easy spot with everything you need for a great vacation.

We had to switch rooms because our first room smelled of mold and chemicals. Since we were only staying one night, we stuck it out in the new room, which was only slightly better. Additionally, we went to the beach bar and our credit card information was stolen and was frozen by our credit card company which noticed the suspicious transactions.

Our room had a balcony that overlooked the beach and the pool and had a small kitchen. We were very pleased with our room. The hospitality was so professional and welcoming. Each day The buffet had a different theme night. Breakfast and dinner was always delicious and well prepared. The cooks were excellent and so very happy to know we loved their food. The coffee machine was amazing! I had a fresh cup of cappuccino each morning.
The king size bed and linens was very comfortable and soft. The sofa bed not so much. It squeaked but we managed. Bathroom was lovely. Great shower heads. We are very pleased with this resort and will go back again.

I enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this property. The staff members were very welcoming and friendly. I did not like the pricing of the all inclusive food packages. When I booked this trip back in September 2024, the Expedia website stated that it was all inclusive. However the resort stated that the booking did not include all inclusive. Apparently, this has been an ongoing issue between the third party sites and the hotel.

Divi Resort in Aruba is about a 15 minute drive from the airport. The resort is safe, the pools are beautiful. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, spaceous, and clean. Glad our room was in the first floor because they do not have elevators at this resort. Everyone in the island speaks English & Spanish.
We highly recommed Aruba to our family and friends. We will be back.
