I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Aruba. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The location is fantastic. It’s within walking distance to Palm Beach and all the great restaurants, shops, and nightlife in the area. It was so easy to explore everything around without needing a car.
The shuttle service to the beach was also excellent. It ran very frequently and always on time. We never had to wait long, which made going to and from the beach very convenient.
Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and great location made this stay truly enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba.

Place was clean and beautiful not in the beach but they provide a shuttle to the beach whic is 5 mins away and their spot is amazing!!! Chairs, umbrellas, towels and floats. This part of the beach is clean and not packed I’ll def be back!

Very bad first impression because the room was not ready until 5pm and they did nothing to show they cared.
But after that, we had a lovely time. The free breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Pool was great, staff very friendly and accommodating. Location is 5-10 minute walk to the beach and their little gold cart shuttle runs frequently.

Housekeeper was excellent, as were the servers at breakfast! The constant music until 10 pm was more than annoying. The reggaeton is pleasant but not when its drumming continues non-stop until 20 pm. My room was near the bar and it was incessantly playing. If there was a way to turn it off I would have been grateful. It was meant to increase the bar sales but with families and seniors they didn’t have the right audience.
The second thing I was disappointed in was the inadequate space at the beach. Upon arriving at 10 am the chairs were all already taken! It meant sitting uncomfortably in bright sun with no umbrella.
I won’t be visiting this Courtyard again.

The beds are very soft ok for some. Pillows are great as are all the linens.
The hotel is only a $10 cab to the strip and free shuttles to the beach were always available.
The only somewhat of a displeasure was the hallway flooring and where it meets the walls on the base look lacking of an upgrade.

This place was great. Complimentary breakfast was decent every morning, and they offer happy hour snacks for two each day (bruschetta, caprese salad, and wrap). The pool area was beautiful- cabanas and beach chairs for free, and plenty of towels/staff. The rooms were clean and refreshed every night, and it was quiet since we were not right on the main strip of restaurants/night life. Shops and restaurants were all walking distance (~.7 miles) and the beach was pristine! The shuttle for pick up/drop off was super slick, but also it was a quick walk if you didn't want to wait. All in all, we would go back and recommend!

First, getting the room with front desk ( Alice) was an awful experience and it was almost 7pm to get the room! Smelled like a chemical factory after each cleaning, floors were not washed, sand everywhere, and a week later my stay is still not showing on my account!

The sheets had blood on them and the bathroom was missing shampoo. Overall the room was not impressive at all. Sheets were very stiff and the pillows were awful. We were upgraded because our room was not ready at 4pm in the afternoon and I thought upgraded? Didn't feel upgraded to me so I think they were telling me untruths. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Music in two different areas of the pool so it was awfully loud and just plain annoying. Couldn't get away from both and they were playing it at the same time. Had to ask them several times to lower the music when we were dining. Could hear the music blasting in my upgraded room. The doors slamming all night were very loud. Overall 2 out of 10, maybe.

They were not accommodating at all, the airline changed our flights - I called the resort to get them to adjust our dates, they refused said it was against policy - so I thought well our next flight will allow us to at least check in early since our flight arrived earlier the next day- we arrived at 1 pm - our room was not ready until after 4:30pm when check in was supposed to be at 4, and we had already paid for the previous night! They simply did not care ! Extremely disappointing!! And they tried to charge taxes fees and deposit twice

Most of the staff were extremely rude and non-accommodating. They consistently tried to sneak in fees and charges that were previously paid for or double charging for items in the hopes you wouldn’t check your bill at the end.

Unfortunately we had to keep switching rooms because we kept losing power. Finally after the 4th time of maintenance coming to fix the circuit we were able to get a new room at midnight. Disappointment we were supposed to have a balcony felt like we spent three days just trying to get a new room in general. Management and staff was super unfriendly especially the bartenders. We kept getting charged to our room when we had already payed for it on our credit card. Watch all the hidden fees that they charge you that they don’t tell you about. Service charges they put their own tip on the card and also when you check in they tell you one charge and do another. Also the bartenders made you feel uncomfortable about tipping (which of course I would) everything felt super rushed the service can’t get an order or coffee right beciase they don’t listen to you.

Before our trip (August 2025), I read several reviews that described this hotel as outdated, but they seem to have recently undergone some renovations. I found our room to be adequate, and it had a balcony, which our kids loved sitting on. They could sit out there with the iPads as we prepared for our daily activities.
There seems to be a design flaw in the shower, because it's an open concept shower, and there is no door. There should have been a lip (and a slightly deeper pitch) to prevent the water from running out of the shower. Even when we put a floor mat down, the issue persisted.
The room had a fridge and a microwave, which we found helpful.
At the start of our trip, we were having our room cleaned regularly (unsolicited), but this abruptly stopped. We had to call the front desk a couple of times to have them come late in the day. While it's a minor issue, there seemed to be some disconnect with the number of people in the room. We could never have them take away four dirty washcloths and towels and replace them with four clean ones.
There is a resort fee, which pays for breakfast and the use of the various amenities. We found the offerings suitable, so we ate at the hotel most days. There are lots of resident iguanas, and they apparently love fruit, so our kids fed them daily.
Oh, there was a stray dog that we saw on the property, and it chased a few of the guests, so keep an eye out for that. It's not hard to miss, as it wore a white bandana.
There seems to be a design flaw in the shower, because it's an open concept shower, and there is no door. There should have been a lip (and a slightly deeper pitch) to prevent the water from running out of the shower. Even when we put a floor mat down, the issue persisted.
The room had a fridge and a microwave, which we found helpful.
