Love the lobby Sushi Bar...our favorite by far of all the sushi restaurants we have eaten at. Another of our favorites is the Gelato Ice Cream, soo good! Wee have been loyal to the Marriott for many years and it never disappoints us. We are already planning our next trip back to Aruba and yes, we will stay at the Marriott Resort

From arrival to departure everything was great about our stay at the Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. Our room was ready by the time we got there it was a great view to the pool. Air conditioner was quiet and kept us cool.
The on-site restaurant Marakat had great breakfast and dinner. The palapa reservation system worked well for the most part and the staff was able to accommodate us to a better space.
Having the led exterior screen to watch the World Cup matches was amazing. My only suggestion would be to allow the match to play maybe with subtitles and have the DJ play through as plenty of guests would’ve preferred music as well.
Will be coming back! Hopefully sooner than later.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We had a great experience overall. The pool is great.
The area rug in our room was not cleaned when we checked in. It was covered in crumbs and sand. This hotel is also pretty quiet. I wish they had a kids club

Nice rooms, pool and casino. Didn’t try any food. Horrible beach the sand in the ocean is mushy and slimy and smells like rotten eggs. For the price to not be able to enjoy the ocean is very disappointing. Also nothing in walking distance have to take a cab to the main strips. Never again will only stay at the Hilton in future. You live and learn.

Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!

Had an amazing stay at the Marriott Aruba! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our trip. The food was excellent with so many great dining options to choose from. We loved having everything in one place, great shopping, an exciting casino, relaxing massages, and beautiful private beach access. The adult pool was one of our favorite spots to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, such a fun and relaxing experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Aruba!

During my recent stay, I experienced two issues I’d like to bring to your attention:

Plumbing Issue
Anytime we used the bathroom sink, water backed up onto the floor and the sink made a prolonged bubbling sound. I called the front desk to request a technician, but no one came. I had to submit a second request after nearly slipping on the water. The front desk did not appear to have a record of my initial report. Fortunately, the issue was resolved after the second request.

Restaurant Service Issue – Atari Breakfast
We were seated at Atari for breakfast, picked up our food, and no staff came to our table. When we tried to walk to the hostess to pay, we were nearly run into by another staff member. Before being seated, we had already provided our names and room number. The experience was embarrassing, and I believe additional structure and training are needed for restaurant service.

I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope they can be addressed for future guests.

This was my first time staying at the Marriott Stellaris and Casino and unfortunately I most likely will not return.
The food options were good and the prices were decent. The casino was decent and at night the lobby is very lively. We didn’t try the sushi but heard it was good. The Starbucks was always a good option for coffee or a snack. The beach is great and the staff is helpful. All staff had great attitudes which helped you feel like you were well taken care of.
The property is clean. There are large rock areas that should have water flowing but they were not working during our way. It took away from the luxury aspect of the resort.
During check in, the receptionist advised us that you can reserve a palapa at 5 PM the night before for the following day. She didn’t mention anything about paying for a palapa (which costs $30 per day) or booking a palapa much more in advance. We were there for six days and were only able to book a palapa two of the days due to each one being taken.
The only real complaint is the humidity in the room. We couldn’t really narrow down why or how it was so humid but it was so humid in the room it was hard to sleep. We left our suitcases open and by day 2, all of the clothing in the suitcases were damp. By day 3, there was a “wet” stench on the clothes. My husband’s allergies are sensitive which caused him to be uncomfortable most of the time in the room.

This trip was our third time to Aruba and first to the Aruba Marriott Stellaris. The Stellaris was outstanding.
Cleanliness was great - micro level (bathroom, bedroom, hallways, patio, etc) as well as macro level (beach had zero trash, restaurants, pool area). We felt very comfortable everywhere on the resort.
Staff was super helpful and nice. You'll interact with staff on the beach frequently for towels and chairs. They are happy to help and super pleasant. Waiters/waitresses were great. Chamber maids were happy and very helpful.
Resort as a whole was beautiful and made our vacation great. You're right on the beach, which you can't say for all Aruba resorts. The casino is small but fun at night. We ate at most of the restaurants, which were very good and honestly, reasonably priced for food. Drinks were very high priced ($17 each) but happy hour made them closer to reasonable ($22 for 2). The beach was beautiful and had about 50 palapas (grass umbrellas). That's certainly not enough palapas for the whole resort so you have to reserve them ahead of time on the Bon Bini app. You can roll the dice and try for the free ones or pay $30 and guarantee one. We did both.
Two criticisms we have for the resort - #1 Note that the 'Free Gift' is a couple hundred dollars in heavily restricted vouchers for sitting thru 90 minutes of time share sales pitch. Come on. #2 We were surprised at checkout with ~$400 of 'Resort Fees'.
Overall loved the Stellaris!

Very nice hotel - like new room with gorgeous ocean view and balcony. Two pools - one adults only, very well maintained. Enjoyed the palapas on the beach and even though I never reserved one, it seemed I was always able to find one available. Live music at night was very nice as well. While our check in was not ideal, everyone else there was super nice. A few options to eat right at the hotel which we appreciated when didn't feel like walking or taking a cab. If we visit Aruba again, would love to stay here for sure!

The the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. The public areas are beautiful.

Our only disappointment was with Palm Beach itself. This is the only Caribbean beach we have been to that does not have crystal clear water. When you walk into the water from the Marriott's beach you cannot see your legs or feet or the sand you are walking on. Every other Caribbean beach we have been to, you can clearly see the bottom at any depth. In addition the sand after you enter the water is soft and mucky and you sink into it, not a pleasant experience. I assume all of Palm Beach has this issue. Eagle Beach appears clearer, however we did not go in the water there.

Booked well in advance but gave away our room and expected my 17 yr old daughter to sleep in a couch bed for $800+ per night. Gave us the room the next day. No mention of booking palapas in advance until you get there, and clearly not enough for everyone. Only way to guarantee one was to pay $30 Per day. Overworked wait staff on the beach. Very crowded Beach. Not enough seating in the lounge to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day. Won’t be returning

Was not impressed with the stellaris. We had high expectations, but thought we were nickel and dimed through our stay. We did not expect the $70 per day resort fee on top of the expensive rates. Drinks and food were very expensive and sub par. Staff was just ok. The issue with renting palapas was also very frustrating, as we had to spend another $30 to rent, as there were very limited palapas for free. Would not stay again. Marriott overall was disappointing .

The Marriott Stellaris got it right where it counts. The rooms are clean, modern, and actually feel like the luxury experience you’re paying for. Service was excellent throughout our stay, and the location is quieter than the busier strip area, which made a big difference in overall feel and relaxation.

For the price, the value was hard to beat. Everything from check-in to the room itself felt polished and well maintained.
The only area where it falls short is the pool and beach not quite as impressive as some neighboring resorts. But honestly, that’s a minor trade off given how strong everything else is.

If you want a resort where the room matches the promise, this is it.

My room was fairly clean, but there were several things that could definitely be improved. The coffee maker needs an upgrade, and there were no tea kettles in the room. Also, there were no slippers provided, which I usually expect as a standard hotel amenity. Lotion was only given on the first day at check-in and never replenished.

Another inconvenience was the lack of a “Do Not Disturb” or housekeeping sign for the door. On our last day, housekeeping came very late, and despite requesting coffee and lotion, we didn’t receive them. After the room was serviced, there was no coffee restocked, and we were only given one towel.

On the positive side, the adults-only pool area was very nice—clean, relaxing, and with friendly staff. The gym was also quite good. However, the beach area was a bit crowded, and the water didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve stayed at Divi Village before, and the water there was amazing in comparison.

Aruba is still one of my favorite places to visit, and I will definitely return—but unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Marriott property was lovely but unfortunately we came home and found out we contracted a bacterial infection common with traveling. Typically picked up through water or food. Would consider the Marriott not tell guests water is always safe. Maybe consider giving each guest in the room a bottle of water at 500ml instead of 3 smaller bottles. Found it strange that are room had four guest but only received 3 bottles. Finally would recommend not having water stations filled with cut fruit. Looks nice but fruit contaminated in the kitchen or not washed properly could be an issue. Property was nice but will not be returning to Aruba. The same issues exist here as do at other islands but pay a hefty premium for the location.

We would like to highly praise Enrique, Sylvia and Suki for their service at the Tradewinds beach. They were very helpful in navigating the reserve by phone system . I believe a better system should be implemented so guests are not forced to be on their phones or at the hut at 8am during their vacation.
Other suggestions include lower minimum bet at Casino tables and new/different elevator music.

I stayed at the Marriott in Aruba for five days and it was incredibly frustrating. It was nearly impossible to get a beach chair with an umbrella unless you showed up before 6 a.m. to claim one. For a resort of this caliber, guests shouldn’t have to wake up at dawn and compete for basic beach seating. It really took away from the experience. Plus you pay $75 a day for a resort fee, but you don’t actually get any amenities.

Sadly, this was the worst experience I’ve had at the Marriott and I’ve been coming since I was in high school! Food and staff were great but our room was not. The rooms overlooking the lobby are extremely loud and the walls felt paper thin. As a couple who stayed out pretty late the music and noise downstairs continued until late in the night and our next door neighbors kids woke us up at 7 am every day because the walls were so thin. Super disappointed and will be considering another hotel in Aruba for the first time ever. :(

There is a proceed you must follow to get one for free . Many are already paid for in advance but the staff showed me how to rehister. The food was great ! We went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse and Aldo the breakfast buffet and Starbucks. Amazing gelato show on property Besutiful pool with waterfall and bar . Great weather! Very relaxing time!
