Our room had a shared infinity pool with an ocean view. The service was excellent along with the food and the ambience. Very quiet, very quaint. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dinners were some of the best I’ve had on the island! Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property. We loved the pool in particular. Excellent restaurant. Included breakfast was wonderful. Ocean Z is known for service and proved it. We had some difficulties adding a night when our travel unexpectedly changed. Xiomara in particular personified the high level of service to make it happen. We will be back!

From the moment you walk in, OceanZ is exquisite. Beautifully decorated and the staff treats you with kindness and attention. All the staff members go out of their way to help meet your requests. The hotel provides a quick complimentary 5 minute ride to the beautiful Arashi beach. They also provide you with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear and a cooler.
The hotel room is modern and fresh with the highest quality linens and Bvglari toiletries for you to enjoy. We also had a generous gift in our room which was a beach bag and beach hats and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our first night. The restaurant had delicious breakfast and dinner options. This was my first staying at a boutique hotel and I am so happy we did !! Highly, highly recommend !

Good day. I was surprised to get the email for you as we never stayed at your place for 4 nights. We checked in on February 17, 2026 and checked in first thing on February 18, 2026 due to the following: 1) the description of the property and pictures posted on travel sites do not reflect the real situation 2) the front desk closes at 6 pm and there is nobody to assist the guests, as needed. We were given the metal keys for both the room and the entrance/exit gate. We decided to go out for dinner since there was no food available at your place. We had problems opening the gate and had to knock at every door to ask for help. 3) The room with the pool!!!!! Early on February 18, 2026 we put out swimming attire on to relax when we found out that two of the workers were fixing something in the pool. One of them jumped into the pool in his work clothing leaving me stunned and speechless. We had no warning about repairs. However, when we returned to the room and I was all in tears, we got a phone call from a woman called Simorima (not sure about the spelling) and she advised us that the repairs to the pool will take approximately 2 hours. We inquired about the beach and were told that beach across from your place is rocky and we should walk to the place to the right of the beach. We were further advised that there are NO LOUNGE CHAIRS AND UMBRELASS on the beach as there are NONE outside the room by the pool.

Our stay at Ocean Z could not have been better. We are seasoned travelers who spend a great deal of time in hotels. We prefer small to large. Quiet to noisy. Comfortable to busy.

Vanessa greeted us to Ocean Z and we knew immediately that this place was different. Kind. Friendly. Gracious. Caring.

Ocean Z features 12 suites. The rooms and the grounds are exceptionally clean. The beds are spacious and firm. And the staff is magnificent!

There are so many wonderful people working here. Will name a few: Miriam. Xaimarra. Daniela. Walter. Alejandra. Felicio. Roberto. Many others. So many great people.

The restaurant is simply magnificent. The location is somewhat isolated from the bustle of Palm Beach or Eagle Beach.

There is an excellent walking area across the street from the hotel and taxi service is reliable and reasonable.

Many thanks for a memorable week at a place we promise to visit again. Special thanks to Eva for setting the welcoming tone to her beautiful boutique hotel.

We were there for New Year’s Eve and had the best balcony view after an incredible dinner at the world-renowned restaurant. Everything about the stay was incredible! María helped us arrange the rental car and was really welcoming and easy to reach!! The room was clean and spacious and we were greeted with complementary champagne and merch. The included breakfast is delicious and staff was helpful with preordering breakfast to go on the morning we had to leave early. The hotel also provides snorkeling gear and beach chairs if such are needed. The hotel is located perfectly across from the best snorkeling spot on the island. Would highly recommend to stay here, we will be coming back here next time we are in Aruba!

The staff were lovely, and the space was modern, but be warned that the facilities are across the street from the ocean. There is no easy beach access without taking a cab. The food is quite good, but if you’re looking forward to taking advantage of the fabulous Aruba ocean, this is not the spot to stay.

Just got back from Aruba last weekend and I must say it was an obsolete treat staying at the Ocean Z Boutique Hotel. It is nestled on the north end of island away from all of the high rises so its at a very quite and relaxing location. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our trip with whatever our needs where. We also ate at the restaurant the last two nights the service and food was incredible. Highly recommend!!

Lovely small boutique hotel. Maria was great and very helpful. Pool very clean - there is construction going on which was a little noisy, but not too bad. Can definitively also recommend the restaurant - excellent food. Perfect for people who like to snorkel as all the spots are in walking distance of hotel. Super Food supermarket is also close by and has great European products. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and just a short drive to Eagle Beach

I would absolutely come here, without any hesitation, for our next couple visit. The only areas that needed improvement were very minor, so it didn't bother us at all. Our shower seemed to be missing a door, so water splashed everywhere outside of the shower. The controller arrows and 'ok' for the HDMI source 1 (tv apps) never worked, so we could only watch cable. Neither issue was a big deal at all, so we did not notify the property of this during our stay.

This property was SOOOO quiet, it was a nice retreat from our loud, busy lives. The entire property is gorgeous and leaves you with such a sense of tranquilty. The pool and solarium are a wonderful area to take a break from salt water. There are beaches close by that are within walking distance.

My bf and I went to Aruba for the first time and stayed at Ocean Z. From the moment we arrived, Maria was so friendly and accommodating! She made us feel like VIP the whole time we were there. The property and our room were impeccably clean. If you’re looking for a place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the big hotels, we highly recommend staying here. It’s best to rent a car as we needed to rely on cabs to get around.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic escape on the quieter side of Aruba, Ocean Z Boutique Hotel is it. Tucked away on the northern coast, it’s perfect for couples wanting to disconnect and focus on each other. The atmosphere is intimate, serene, and far from the busy resort crowds.

Breakfast was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Dinner was just as impressive. We highly recommend planning at least one night in; it was one of our favorite meals on the island.

Arashi Beach, our go-to, is just minutes away, and the hotel offers complimentary rides, which made beach days effortless.

The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed, rose petals and champagne on arrival, and a stunning outdoor shower. Every detail felt intentional and elevated the stay.

We had zero complaints and are already recommending Ocean Z to friends. Just a heads-up: taxis can take 20 minutes since it’s up north, so booking ahead helps.

A truly special place—romantic, relaxing, and worth every moment.

This is one of the best hotels at which I have ever stayed. The staff is beyond excellent. The food at the hotel restaurant was fabulous. We had never been to Aruba so we were so happy we picked the ocean z. It is a small quaint hotel but very close to all the action. We rented a car and the parking was free. We met some amazing staff including Carolina, Maria and Andres. It was our anniversary and they made it so special with decorations in our room and in the restaurant. It was absolutely the best of the best.

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Place was amazing. Maria was extremely helpful and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Its quiet but convenient to the higher energy parts of the island. Great sunsets and the beaches right across the street are not as crowded and have good snorkeling. The included breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed dinner and drinks at the restuarant. This is a very small, very nice hotel and they took great care of us.

This was my fiancé and I's 2nd time staying at Ocean Z Boutique and we are already looking to plan our third stay. Both times we have visited, we have felt like we were the only ones there because of how attentive the staff was to us. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, it is within walking distance from Arashi Beach, and the entire hotel experience is clean and inviting. The infinity pool is a nice little escape if you are not quite ready to head to the beach yet. If you are planning a beach day, they will provide you with beach chairs, towels, and a cooler with ice. Don't forget to try their amazing restaurant, you WILL NOT be disappointed! Cannot wait for our next trip, until then, see you soon!

literally steps from the best snorkeling on the island! And, Maria will set you up with beach chairs, towels, and a cooler with ice all gratis! We picked this hotel specifically for its location near some of the islands best beaches and snorkeling locations, as well as for its separation from the mega-properties down the way. We chose the most modest room, which was well appointed and cleaned every day while we were at breakfast(included). Everyone we met, staff and guests, were wonderful!

We just had an absolutely fantastic visit to Aruba (Aug 5-10, 2024).
Ocean Z is a boutique and very small hotel. I am providing the good and the room for improvement items.

Good:
- Amazingly good staff; very attentive and very prompt
- Very close to Tres Tapes (snorkeling for turtles)
- Quiet and away from the \"party zone\" of Aruba (we loved that)

Room for improvement:
- We had 2 pool suites; bathrooms were awesome. However you literally can't use the toilet from 7:30am - 11am because it's so hot. Maybe a screen should be put in the bathroom that can be drawn down
- The lack of privacy when using the pool or stepping out of the rooms and the dining room is right across is very strange
- Modify breakfast menu once every couple of weeks or every month?

Even though we loved our stay, the staff, etc., we would not go back to Ocean Z
- It's too expensive for what it offers
- One day there was a party which took over the entire hotel and we were informed about it, the day off. We could not even park our car in the small parking lot

We understand it's a small hotel (7-8 rooms), but when one is paying ~$500/room/night, one does expect a little bit more

Our stay at Ocean Z was exceptional. Eva and her staff make sure that your every need is taken care of. (special shout out to Maria and the bartender!)

The property is beautiful and the showers in your room are addicting. They are open air showers and you get this indescribable Aruban breeze that you have to experience.

The food at the Ocean Z restaurant is very good too. I ate there twice. Once for the pasta (with white sauce) and the most delicious paella!

If Ocean Z has any drawbacks, they would just be two things - the glass bathroom can get very hot - a small price to pay for that shower. My deodorant melted so i had buy a new one and we kept some meltable toiletries in the room. Again, a small price to pay for that magnificent shower. The only other thing I might mention is location. Its a little further away from the \"tourist action.\" Thats probably a selling point for many people. There is a great beach in walking distance - that they will also drive you to - but if you want to get to some of the other beaches, bars or restaurants, you will need a taxi or to drive. Taxis are plentiful and do come fast so thats helpful.

So for service, ambience, food, and those showers!!! - Ocean Z made our vacation very special and I highly recommend it.

OceanZ is a quiet Ocean front oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach, yet only minutes away by car, taxi or bus. It is the best of both worlds. It is right across from Malmok beach and Tres Tapi for easy access to snorkeling. The staff and food are beyond compare. We ate breakfast daily and had dinner twice during our stay. Our best meals were at Ocean Z.

The hotel is gorgeous, quiet, safe, and complete with everything you need for a nice vacation in Aruba. The staff go WAY above and beyond for their patrons and all the little thoughtful details made this a fantastic getaway. I celebrated my 40th birthday here and can't say enough great things about Ocean Z. And the food is out of this world - the restaurant see visitors from all over the island which is telling to how amazing the menu is - get the paella and you won't be disappointed!! Great location and lovely atmosphere. If you are looking for quiet no fuss relaxation, this is your place. The lovely, Miami like interior courtyard, nice clean rooms and open bathroom are all geared towards helping guests feel a zen like calm:) the staff is nice and helpful, just remember that umbrellas at Arashi beach cost 70 but it is the best beach and so worth it. We did go to ritz beach and it had seaweed and none of the vibe of Arashi. So pay the money and hang out at Arashi you won’t regret it. For us the shampoo etc were not luxuries as much as the late check out and general freedom to relax. That stuff can be bought, time is the real rarity. Highly recommend this small hotel!good restaurant, extremely pricy kind you, but nice food and slow service. No one rushes which isn’t a bad thing! Breakfast was also nice- no waste and enough food! We shall be back for sure if the hotel maintains its chill, sleepy energy!

I enjoyed my stay at Ocean Z Boutique hotel. Maria and Odra have the most spectacular customer service and were extremely helpful. Feliciano who was our hostess at dinner also had wonderful customer service. The hotel is beautiful and so is the staff, anyone that walks past you will greet you with a smile. Also the food is great !

This was our first time at a boutique and we absolutely loved the individual attention we received. Herman was very hospitable and our breakfasts every morning with Marie were wonderful. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the other guest were very friendly. The hotel itself and the food was out of this world!

Overall, this was a serene and unique property. The vaulted bedroom ceiling, semi-private balcony pool, and modern looking bathroom were very enjoyable and memorable. However, some of the closet drawers were broken or didn't slide well, there was no exhaust fan for the bathroom, and the wind made constant noises at night (need to improve this). The staff was fantastic and most accommodating though. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. We had a room with the private infinity pool on our balcony. Amazing view, the pool was great. Staff was beyond kind and would offer to help with anything before you'd even think about needing help. Breakfast every morning was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Something to look forward to every morning. They heard us talking about going down to the beach during breakfast, and brought us a cooler with ice and 2 beach chairs, and we didnt even ask! It was perfect. Dinner is also very good. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. This was our first trip to Aruba, and we plan on coming back. When we do, I won't even bother looking at another hotel. This place is it for us. Special thank you to Maria and Herman for all they do!

It was away from the downtown area which was what my husband and I was looking for. The rooms are beautiful and modern. The owner Eva along with the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was amazing. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. My next trip to Aruba we will definitely stay at Ocean Z

From our beautiful ocean view room that has our own mini jacuzzi pool, and the beautiful sight of the sun setting every night; To beautiful and welcoming workers and staff of Ocean Z who both served us during our stay at the hotel and while dining at their restaurant, we had an incredible time and we’d highly recommend this place especially if you want to be away from the crowd. Special shoutout to Vivi and Isabella for being so wonderful and kind. You girls made our trip more memorable. God bless you!!
