Amazing hotel & surrounding area. All of the staff are helpful and showed their appreciationfor my birthday. My favorite is Jane at the front desk. From check-in, during our stay, and checkout Jane is wonderful to interact with. She is kind & attentive. My king 1 bedroom suite with ocean view & pool view was lovely. This area has lots of restaurants & bars you can walk to. The beach is a 3 minute walk or you can take their shuttle for free. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Radisson Blu Aruba!!!

I have stayed at this property a few times and consider it home away from home. Santos at the front desk is always a welcome sight.
My flights home were cancelled due to the snow storm and had to leave the hotel I started my trip at. I was lucky to be able to book this for my added time there. Unfortunately i over booked this room by one day because I was still locating a new flight. I requested at least a partial refund for the unused day but it was denied.

From the moment we checked-in to the moment we checked-out, our family was speechless with the Radisson Blue Aruba. The location was ideal, the amenities were vast and the staff, exceptional! We were greeted by Peter, who parked our rental car, seamlessly took care of all of our luggage, and then... also provided endless refills of champagne upon arrival! We were checked in by \"J\", who also provided great comic relief and attended to ALL of our needs, and the Concierge, Lisa, was extremely helpful in arranging a '21st' birthday celebration for my twin children and even shared her cell to communicate directly with so that no one would be the wiser. Throughout our 5 night stay, the entire staff never ceased to amaze. The property was beautiful, pristine and offered more than a scenic view. The infinity pool, with sunset & sunrise views, offered delicious poolside meals and drinks. The hotel also had a shuttle to and from their beach, however it was also just a quick walk from the property. The location of the hotel was conveniently located to the other beachside hotels/casinos, restaurants, and shopping. We plan to stay at this property every time we visit Aruba and definitely recommend that you do as well! Thank you Radisson Blu!

One criticism for the room is the smaller 2 twin bed room has no ventilation and so was way too warm for sleeping even with the thermostat turned low. Minimal lighting in that room as well.

We had a great 6 night stay at the Radisson Blu. The hotel is well maintained from the pools to the gym and everything in between. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, especially Jay! The vibe is very chill and is more on the quiet side. The beach is a 5 minute walk - or you can take the hotel shuttle which runs constantly. Highly recommend

We had another wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba. The rooms were spotless, and the grounds were immaculate, just as we’ve come to expect.

Leo and the entire front desk team, along with Santos, were incredibly attentive, pleasant, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their service truly stood out and made us feel valued from start to finish.

This was our second time staying here, and we honestly can’t say enough about the level of service these individuals provided. It’s exactly why we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba was absolutely outstanding. The room was truly fantastic—the suite was genuinely incredible, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a luxury home away from home. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay, which really elevated the experience.

The infinity pool was awesome and offered stunning views, making it the perfect place to relax. The hotel area was very easy to navigate, and the on-site shops and café were super cute and convenient. One of the biggest highlights was the beach service—having someone set up our beach chairs and umbrella was super clutch and incredibly helpful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return!

Very nice hotel. The best parts:
- The staff. The entire reception staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. All were great, but Peter and Santos were super helpful.
- Cleanliness. The room was spotless when we arrived, and nicely cleaned during the week.
- The bed. Ours was maybe the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in for many years. I hate going on vacation and coming home exhausted because of an uncomfortable bed.
- The pools and bars. There are several pools: kiddie pool, whirlpool, adults only pool, and others. All were clean and did not smell like they were over-chlorinated. Most areas around the pools had areas to get some shade too. The bars near the pools were nice, and served non-alcoholic drinks of all kinds too. Pool-side with a virgin pina colada is a winner.
The not-so-great:
- The food in the restaurants was ok, not great, and pretty expensive. Not really a problem because there dozens of nice small places within a three minute walk with every possible kind of food.
- The pool furniture. There are LOTS of chaise lounges around the pools. About 2/3 are damaged badly enough and no longer comfortable. I am a pretty skinny guy, but either the fabric on the back was stretched out so that my back rested on a metal bar, or the fabric on the base was loose, so my butt sank into a saggy spot. These chaises are overdue for some maintenance.
- Seating in the rooms. I didn't find the couch or chairs to be very comfortable.

When I got there to check in I was told that the Raddison Blu does not accept Discover Card. It is my go to card and this should have been given as a parameter by Expedia or Raddison. I had a second card but did not increase my daily amount because I use my Discover. My partner, she had a visa and after working with her provider we were able to check in. Had not happened we would have been thousand of miles away and no place to stay. You need to update this information. Someone fumbled the ball.

This was our first trip to Aruba. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and out was smooth and parking was very convenient. The room was clean and very spacious. Out pool view included a distant view of the ocean. The \"kitchen\" was just a microwave, large fridge and freezer and sink. We had to ask for plates and cutlery (which was provided but were disposable products). The pools were lovely and never crowded. We did not eat at the property since it was so convenient to walk to all the beach bars and restaurants. The only draw back was the beach space. The beach chairs provided were too few and always crowded. Since we were more interested in exploring the island and sitting on the more remote beaches this didn't affect us.

While the room was very clean, the bedroom had an audible whistle in it. The whistle seemed to be coming from the window and was the result of the constant breeze on the island. We were told it appeared to be the outside seal and there was nothing they could do. Their remedy was to unlock the other bedroom (nearest to the common hallway with no view) which had a very strong musty, mildewy smell. It also was two twin beds instead of a king bed.
Service. The 'restaurant' was average at best. The service was S-L-O-W. There was no poolside service for drinks or food.

Hotel was a filthy dump. Service was God awful. Ola at the towel hut thinks she's chief of homeland security, and just down right rude. As was Janelke at the front desk. This establishment is so severely lacking in customer service, cleanliness, and over all congenial attitude, I honestly do not know how anyone comes back. The NY Breakfast Buffet was horrendous- waffles, French toast and pancakes as well as scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes were listed as buffet items. None were to be found. After asking about them for over 1/2 hour, they finally had to go t the kitchen to order them. This buffet cost us $1700 plus gratuity for our party, and it was horrible. We were the only ones there which was indeed worrisome in the first place.
We never received enough bath towels for our 3 BR unit, no water. We spent a small fortune at this establishment only to be begging for towels for the bath, as well as the beach. The card system is beyond ridiculous. Will be heading back to Marriott for sure. I do not know how anyone ever returns to this hotel. Plus it's off the beach, Sure- there's a shuttle- my husband - just recovering from knee surgery - was told to wait 25-45 minutes- meanwhile the driver and shuttle were both right there.
If I could give this property 0 or negative rating, I would.
Save your money, stay somewhere else on the beach. Even the holiday Inn had better customer service that this place- and we weren't even guests there. Never, ever, again.

Good location even though it’s not on the beach. Room setup was perfect for 4 family members, two bedroom two full bathrooms helped when we were getting back from the beach and getting ready to go out for dinner.
The beach setup was somewhat small in front of Moomba beach restaurant. The hotel might be better for people looking to explore the island than setup on one beach and not leave for the trip. Close to many restaurants and shops to explore.

This hotel should not be advertised as having beach access and amenities. There are no more than 50 chairs and 25 umbrellas at the beach for a hotel with 182 rooms and each room has anywhere between 2-6 people. The front desk tells you to show up at the beach at 6:30am to get in line and hopefully get a lounge chair. I watched as one man “reserved” 10 loungers every morning taking up about one third of what was available. Every morning we had to pay out of pocket to rent chairs and umbrella from beach vendors. If this was disclosed in the hotel description, I never would’ve booked this hotel. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Aruba 5-6 times and never had such a horrible experience. The staff is obnoxious. No one wants to help. They all just punt and say these are the rules. Expedia completely failed in accurately describing this hotel.

The infinity pool is breathtaking and we found ourselves there at the end of the day grabbing a drink/snack at the sunset bistro and relaxing in the reclining water seats in the pool. Hotel, staff, and pool were great, but there were never any chairs at the beach. 13 floor hotel and they had about 30 chairs. Not once in 6 days were there chairs when we got to the beach. They need to negotiate with the Marriott to let guests use their chairs. They had hundreds, most of the hotels did.

The Radisson Blu team was incredible! So friendly, attentive, helpful, and warm. I most loved our champagne upon arrival and the lovely Christmas decor. The layout, the grounds, the adult infinity pool - cannot complain nor compete. The proximity to the beach and free access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was great. We took several tours and the staff helped us navigate through taxis, departures, all of it.

Hotel dispõe um espaço na praia com espreguiçadeiras e sombreros inclusos. Transporte para a praia de manhã até 18 h. Restaurante da piscina borda infinita experimentamos um Burger com fritas que estava muito gostoso. Tem uma máquina de gelo no térreo, 3 piscinas, sendo 1 grande no térreo água fria. Piscina no segundo piso com linda vista do mar e temperatura que água agradável mas que depende do sol. Um ofurô água morna. Estacionamento amplo e fechado com porteiro 24 h. Academia disponível. Local e seguro próximo a vários restaurantes em Palm Beach. Dá para ir a pé à praia e a vários restaurantes.
Horário de término de funcionamento das piscinas poderiam ser um pouco mais tarde pelo menos até 22 h como ocorre em outros hotéis compatíveis de 4 estrelas de Aruba.
Pelo preço na diária poderia estar incluído o café da manhã. E a temperatura das piscinas um pouco mais quente.

The pool was very clean and quiet.

The needs improvement:
Front desk staff was not pleasant. Her name started with a J. She also did not ask back for our room bracelets or towel cards when we checked out. I realized this before leaving the property. I would not have been happy with a $25/pp charge.
Only being allow two not so nice pool towels is annoying.
The room towels were stained and rough.
The two meals at the property (upstairs by infinity pool and by lower pool were awful. Very very greasy.
Repair work was being done during the day. This was not indicated when booking the property.
