Modern Condo style stay in Aruba with great pools including an infinity pool.

The hotel is in great proximity to the strip (with many shops/restaurants/bars), as well as the beach (free shuttle).

The restaurant and coffee shop onsite were convenient.

The rooms are fairly large, clean and modern (no stove). The balconies on the higher floors offer a great view of the ocean and well maintained grounds.

All staff were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the efforts of Joey, Dondre, Santos, Janelle, Alex and Siguerd to name a few.

Quieter hotel with some noise coming from the nearby road (strip) at night.

Overall great stay and appreciated the reasonable rates.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in a highly positive manner. The in-person experience far surpassed what was captured in photographs and video. The rooftop pool is exceptionally beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious. While the staff could benefit from a more welcoming demeanor, they were generally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was immaculate, offered ample space, and maintained a clean environment. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed—exactly what I sought to escape the noise and crowds, particularly the presence of children. We booked a king-size ocean-view room, which provided a comfortable and scenic experience. The on-site coffee shop was pleasant, and the restaurant offered reasonable dining options. While the surrounding island is renowned for its culinary offerings, the hotel’s amenities were more than adequate. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future.

We had a great time at Radisson. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were big. The beach was a 3 minute walk but they had reserved space for Radisson guests. There is a complimentary free ride to the beach too. The area has lots of restaurants around. They have 1 big pool, 1 infinity pool and a hot pool. Overall, we had a great time.

I love the fact that this hotel is located by the strip. A lot of the stuff I wanted to do was walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is very quiet so it is a good place to relax and unwind on vacation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Additionally, my room was bigger than my real life apartment! I would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay here! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the AC worked great. It’s worth getting the ocean view balcony if you enjoy a good sunset!

Special note should be made to how friendly all the staff were. Every time we walked through the lobby the desk workers and doormen made a point to say hello and help us out in any way needed. They made the experience feel like luxury.

Both the main pool and the roof deck infinity pool were amazing. Plenty of chairs available and never too hard to find shade if needed. There was also a heated whirlpool plunge pool which was a nice surprise!

The shuttle to the beach was super convenient, but it was also an easy walk if you don’t feel like waiting. We didn’t use the Radisson spot on the beach because they didn’t have many umbrellas and the Moomba beach bar was blasting extremely loud music, so we walked next door to the Marriott and rented some chairs under a palapa, which worked out fine for us. Def not a complaint but I would warn people to be prepared to look elsewhere if shade is a top priority on the beach.

I do suggest bringing stainless steel cup if you enjoy a drink by the pool or beach, because everything is served in cardboard cups… good for the environment but not the most appetizing.

Overall we loved the resort and plan to come back!

We booked a week-long stay at this property and unfortunately experienced multiple unresolved maintenance and housekeeping issues throughout the majority of our stay.

Our “ocean view patio room” had two patio access doors. One remained permanently locked with no explanation provided, while the second sliding patio door was extremely difficult to open and close, requiring significant force just to operate it. We reported the issue on day one, yet it took approximately five days for maintenance to finally attempt to address it.

Additional concerns included a shower door that would not properly slide open or shut, drainage problems with both the shower and bathroom sink, and inconsistent housekeeping supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and face towels not being replenished regularly.

One particularly concerning issue was maintenance entering despite our “Do Not Disturb” sign being visibly posted and without prior communication.

I will say Expedia customer support did respond and attempted to assist throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, given the overall experience and the cost of the stay, I do not feel the final resolution adequately reflected the extent or duration of the issues encountered.

No tour unless you are pressed for time and rather not drive. Need water shoes as beach seems a bit mossy Eagle beach was beautiful and beaches towards the light house

This property is in terrible shape. My husband and I traveled every island and Aruba is one of our favorite repeat locations. We stay at off the wall properties like this and NEVER again. It is surrounded by garbage everywhere, there was NO ONE there and the bell man told us we were not allowed to use the front drive up to check in - there is NO WHERE to park until you check in. Do not waste your time here. Same money, go to /holiday Inn which is right on the beach, this one is too far. Also, as world travelers, we have never required to move a vehicle and drive around until the second person in the party checked in. Very strange and when you immediately feel like you are not welcome, you let others know, spend your money elsewhere.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The only issue we had with was the balcony door something was wrong with it and hard to open it. Peter and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience! The location was perfect would definitely repeat the trip in the future!

The staff were ver nasty to me and my kids they didn't tell us about the breakfast that it wasn't complimentary and then when I paid for it the didn't give me the $20 price they charged me more not to mention the breakfast was horrible not hot at all. Ticiana, at the front desk, set the tone immediately with her warm welcome and professionalism. She made check-in seamless and was always ready to help with anything we needed.

Room was good,staff not very responsive,not being informed before they give you an answer. One of the bedrooms was locked and i had to call them come and unlock it because i had paid for. Pool area was good,staff at the bar next to pool were ok with few exception,there was a happy hour time-i ordered a dring few time around 20 min before the happy hour ended and thay charged me as i had ordered out of that time because they did not deliver the order within the time frame so by the time.i received the dring it had passed the time frame.A big issue was shuttle service to the beach. Based on the how they advertise the service there should be a service every 30 min from hotel to the beach area and vixe versa,initially there were 3 shuttle cars and than for the rest of my week stay i saw only one and you had to wait longer than 30 min after you tell someone there to call the service. One of the hosts or people who meets you at the entry was very arrogant and rude,his name was PETER and i had 2 bad episodes with him ,fist one was at front desk when I was asking for the water jars in the hall whay was any water there ,he very abruptly and arrongantly said that we serve water until 8pm. Not even offering a bottle of water which other employers there they always offered for free and second episode was when we were waiting for cab and everyone had to wait for their cab,he took our cab and gave other people despite his coworker told him that the cab was for me.He was the worst person .

Great location. Shuttle takes you to Moomba beach. 3 mins away. Make sure to get to the beach early to reserve an umbrella and chairs. So the resort is nice. Beautifully kept, rooms spacious and inviting and clean pools too. If traveling with a family however there are some much better options. This place has one on site restaurant then a coffee shop with sandwiches as well and 2 pool bars however the pool bar in the main area where kids are allowed is only one staff and there is no pool side service to order. You have to walk up even though online it did say you could have drink brought pool side that only applied for the roof top pool which was adults only. I lost my room band at one point and when getting a new one the front desk asked for my name and room number but there were other guests right next to me who had actually cut in line so I was not comfortable giving my room number. She proceeded to loudly confirm it in front of other people. That was uncomfortable. Other than swimming and one restaurant there isn’t much else at the resort to do. No random yard games nothing to explore. It’s beautiful but more geared for adults and the older community than younger

Hotel was not on the beach..across the road from hotel..take a shuttle or walk . Hotel was very clean but had construction going on in room below us. Hammering continually on the ceiling below. We were in room2-185.Finally were moved to 12th floor with an island view which was great. We could see for miles. After 1st night the master bathroom developed a sewer odor so we just used the smaller bathroom which was nice. I guess maid reported the odor because maintenance showed up that night about the smell but it had gone away by that time but came back the next day. We just kept the door shut so we didn't smell it in other rooms. Room was very clean and new looking. Had a full size fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Most of front desk staff were polite. But they didn't do anything to promote the hotel or surrounding areas. Biggest disappointment was not being oceanfront.. we always stay oceanfront when we've gone to the carribbean every year for over 30 years.

Poolside chairs were NOT comfy, and they should allow you to have more pool towels not just 1 pp.
I did manage to get an extra towel to put under my butt because of the uncomfortable loungers .
Other than that I have zero complaints. Amazing staff, kind and courteous .

The room smelled of mold and mildew. I asked several times for a new room and was told they were at capacity. I was given vouchers for breakfast and asked for drinks I had charged to my room to be comped. 50 percent of it was. That was nice. I would be hesitant to coming back next year unless I was promised a room they I was satisfied with. The first time we came, 2 years ago, it was good.

Rooms are clean, and they do a good job of restocking bottled water, but not hand soap or wash cloths. Those were never replenished throughout our stay.

Pools are nice and clean. The towel lady is rude and ridiculously strict with unnecessary raised eyebrows and eye rolling.

Beach situation is difficult and frustrating. Maybe because it was spring break season, but lining up at 6:30 am to get beach chairs when the towel hut doesn’t even open until 8 is ludicrous. By 7:30 am, beach chairs are completely gone. And without towels, you can’t get beach chairs. Make sure you visit the towel hut the evening prior and bring towels to the beach bright and early. All week we watched guests fighting and frustrated over the beach situation. It’s just easier to pay for a chair/umbrella set up at Moomba.

It wasn't a bad hotel per se, but the great reviews are puzzling. We never encountered any “above and beyond” service or even anyone who stood out as kind. Staff was pretty indifferent. We absolutely would NOT stay here again. There are MUCH better values to be had in Aruba.

Love Aruba. The staff especially Santos was amazing. Not on the beach but a short walk or shuttles to Palm Beach. Located close to restaurants and shops and everything you need. Great adult only pool - quiet serene environment away from the timeshares. Would definitely stay again. Our two bedroom - two bath suite had everything the 4 of us needed with amazing ocean views.

Then they tried to charge me for the other room when we didn’t use it .. and they still never locked it
The restaurant is only one on roof and it’s not good at all … it’s actually kind of really bad I got ceviche and it was slimy . There is no desserts. Staff is nice best part .. whirlpool is luke warm.
Also to give u a tip bring cash all taxis take cash only

My experience was not so good. I reserved two rooms, for two persons each, and in the especials requirements I asked for 2 single beds in each room.
I reinforced this requirement when the Welcome Team of the hotel send me a message some weeks before of my arrival. But no one told me that this requirement is not possible for the hotel.
When I arrived, and I reminded the requirements to concierge, I realised that the rooms didn't were prepared. The solution was to assign two rooms for 4 persons, but only the room for kids that has two beds, but small, without window, poor lightning, and without a safety box.
The staff didn't do so much to solve this problem in another way.
The deception was so big, because we planned this trip some years ago to go all the family.
I will not recommend Radisson.

Pools are great, loved the infinity pool.
Towels - you can only get one at a time. Ours got rained on (with everyone else) and the towel woman was not happy that everyone was trying to get dry towels.
Since we had a kitchen, we bought fruit to cut up but not with the wooden utensils provided. We got a stainless set from restaurant but only a butter knife and still did not work.

Clean room, but no utensils provided. Paper plates and wooden forks and spoons were brought after we asked for it. No real knives either only wooden, disposable that you can’t really cut anything with.

Room was very spacious. Hotel was supposed to have daily housekeeping but that did not occur, unless you went to the front desk everyday, and requested to be on the list. Even turning on the Housekeeping button for the room, did not work unless we went to the desk everyday.
