Pros: The room was clean and as described.
We had enough bath towels and beach towels and bonus that there is a washer and dryer in the room. The pool was large and clean, but was quite cold. There seemed to be enough loungers and umbrellas as it was not too busy. The rooms have beautiful large windows that view the ocean and pool which I loved the big open view out.

Cons: The resort doesn’t have much to offer in terms of snack food (by pool) or entertainment of any sort. It is quite quiet. I realize people do live there. It depends what your cup of tea is. I prefer a bit more liveliness but if you enjoy quiet and tranquility this is your place.

I wish the resort offered complimentary beach chairs/umbrella to bring to the beach. This is however an extra free, and they did not have umbrellas to rent at all. I would recommend for those we need some extra space but don’t mind the quiet.

We did not use the pool, but we were an eyesight of the pool. We stayed on the sixth floor and we had a beach view, which was amazing. Beautiful sunsets from our room and loved seeing the sailboats out super early morning at sunrise. Staff was pretty friendly room were very well cleaned. Such an amazing day very beautiful.

The condo as very nice, we all had our own room. Everything was very clean. Very nice pools and hot tub on the property. The local beach across the street was small but with a 10 minute walk you can get to eagle beach which was very nice. We were able to walk to a few restaurants (10-15 minutes) but used a cab or rented the electric scooters to go to oranjadtad or high rise area.

This beautiful stay in Aruba was an absolute dream! From the moment we entered the gated community greeted by one of the most hardworking and kindest gentleman, we felt so welcome by all the staff members. This stay is in a perfect location, just a walk from a private beach area and just 5 minutes from the Superfood Plaza. The grounds are very well-kept and well-maintained. The condo was very clean and wonderful with up to date amenities and kitchen items. We do look forward to staying here again as it really brightened up our vacation to Aruba.

Pros- Great unit in a nice central location. View from the unit couldn’t be beat. Pools and grounds were kept in great shape but seating by the pool was hard to come by. Loved that the unit came with beach chairs and had a washer / dryer.
Cons-
-photos make the unit look much larger than it really is.
-2nd bedroom has no windows
-unit shows heavy wear and tear
-master bed has a huge lump in the middle from the age / use of the mattress
-outlet in LR had no cover and exposed wiring.
-TV’s don’t connect to any apps as they are outdated.

Overall a great complex but needs some updating for me to stay again. I’m sure there are nicer units in the building if you book direct from them.

My family and I absolutely loved our Stay here!
The apartment we booked had everything we needed and more. It was very spacious, well-maintained, and super clean. The location is amazing! close to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, etc.

The pool area is great too and very clean. You can't definitely tell how much care it's invested in the premises.

Property was close to all, was disappointed that the common areas on the Expedia app says rooftop bar and lounge on premises which unfortunately there was none. The beach you had to cross the street so it is not beach front and no lounge chairs through the property were offered. All and all we enjoyed the place the pools were clean and the people were lovely. We would stay here again. I would say the condo we rented unfortunately the grill was very dirty so we could not use it.

Blue residence meets our expectations during our stay in Aruba. It is very spacious for our family trip. The location is very convenient and accessible to all attractions including but not limited to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Free parking if you do car rental. The receptionist is extremely welcoming and helpful in many different ways, like booking for excursions, calling for car services, renting a car, etc... Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Aruba.

Blue residences is a great option when visting Aruba. Its safe and very walkable location. Within walking distance to Palm Beach and Eagle beach. Super market near by and the property is very well maintained. The unit we had was 2BR/2bath, for a family of 4/5 was perfect, beautiful ocean views. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed to have a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the pools and had a great time. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to resorts/hotels.

Complementary Internet Easy 5 min drive to shopping, nightlife, restaurants, Grocery store and casinos. Took multiple requests over several days to have minor maintenance issues addressed. (broken window shade obstructing ocean view, loss of electrical power) self wash of provided towels / linens due to no housekeeping services offered. (buy your own detergent) On site coffee shop and small restaurant very limited days and hours. NO HOT TUB / JACUZZI Overall 3.5 / 5

It was hard to communicate with the staff. The phone rings for 20 minutes and no one picks up during business hours.
Phone calls are not returned. Checking in was a challenge as the receptionist seemed to be very frustrated and was yelling at me from a distance and then stormed away when I tried to come closer to talk to her. The place was very clean, well maintained, except for the small personal pool.

Property is well maintained. Pools were perfect for both kids. Condo (2 bedroom) was very spacious and allowed everyone to not be on top of each other for the week which was great. It is about a 10 min walk to get to the “strip” where all the main hotels/restaurants etc are. Getting a taxi to the complex was easy. You give the company and call and within 5 mins one is there. It was roughly $10-12 to most locations, $35 to airport. Not a lot of food options in immediately area. Grocery store can delivery groceries to you which was a nice option. We would stay there again.

The check in employee Ursula, was very negative, did not want to be bothered with anything and came off inconvenienced and argumentative when trying to ask questions or obtain information. We were not made aware that the only restaurant would not be available / opened during our stay or that one of the pools and the hot tub would not be available. We were only allowed 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a 5 night stay. The AC in the living room/kitchen was not great but we didn’t spend much time in there so wasn’t horrible.

Amazing view from the balcony and living room area. Condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked a 3 bedroom condo and loved that there were 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Great pools on site as well as free parking. The front desk and security staff are very nice and helpful. Eagle Beach and Palm Beach are within walking distance but it is a little bit of a far walk if you are carrying beach gear. These condos are located in a more quiet area which we enjoyed. We rented a car so that we could check out multiple beaches in Aruba. Parking was available at all the beaches we visited. Our condo included a few beach chairs. Also, there are a few businesses on the island that will deliver beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and other gear that you can rent for the duration of your stay. We found this to be much easier and more affordable than the options of renting an umbrella or chair at each of the beaches or having to get to the beach super early to try to get a palapa. There are many restaurant options in Eagle and Palm Beach and this condo is close to the grocery store. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 had a great experience at Blue Residences. So much room, 3 large bedrooms with 3 attached full bathrooms. Amazing showers! We were only a 5 minute from the main strip in Noord for shopping and most of our dining. We were just across the street from the beach but also had access to the pools in premises. Gym was great. Staff was very nice. We would love to stay here again.

The property is close to the beach. As mentioned in other reviews, there are some bugs. There was a sign on kitchen table stating that it’s an island and bugs are normal. I don’t think the shag area rug helps with the bugs because it would be tough to vacuum it. We were disappointed with the hot tub, it wasn’t hot. I didn't say anything until check out and was told I was the first to report that. I wish I would have said something day 1, maybe we could have enjoyed a hot tub. The property is close to several beaches and restaurants are a short walk away. There are 2 grocery stores close by.

The property was well-maintained, with beautiful views and a secure, gated community that was well-lit at night. However, the assigned parking spot was inconveniently far from our building, despite available parking closer to the entrance.

The condo itself had a fantastic view but lacked adequate storage space—very limited closet and drawer space, and the king-size bed took up almost the entire bedroom. The lighting throughout the unit was poor, and there was only one mirror, located in the bathroom. Additionally, the hot water ran out after the first shower. When we contacted Security, we were told to go to the front desk, which was closing in 10 minutes. Given the distance and time required to get there, this was not a practical solution.

The unit was also in need of fresh paint and updates. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we will not be returning.

One Happy Island

We have been coming to Aruba every year for 26 years and watched them build the Blue and Azure Residences. They are beautiful and have always wanted to stay in one.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit with no balcony. I don't remember that part in the description. If it was I missed it. Had I known I would probably chosen a different location. The unit was extremely small but adequate for a week but not much longer. I couldn't imagine being that cramped for the season. The queen bed was comfortable but in a frame set on the floor. I'm sure difficult for older people to get out of.

The views were fantastic. The grounds were very well maintained. The infinity pools were exceptional although chairs were limited for a development of this size. As nice as the pools were is as bad as the hot tub was. It is an aftermarket hot tub like you might purchase from Costco and set on the grounds almost as an afterthought. Like the designers forgot to include it in the original design. In addition it was not working and management seemed unconcerned about its repair.

The unit had window shades that raised and lowered from the top down. When open, it offered beautiful views of the ocean. It also offered views from the pools right into the unit. Offering absolutely no privacy. When closed, you could not see out and it was quite confining.

Overall its a very beautiful development and I give them an A+ for the pool and grounds and a C for most everything else.

Nice accommodations but we found ourselves spending a lot of time taking scooters to other places in Palm Beach. There was also some issues with the apartment.

1) the clothes washer really needs to be repaired. We were disappointed to see the \"broken\" note on it and it was a pain not having clean towels for the time here.
2) Also I would recommend a toaster. This morning staple is missing from the kitchen.
3) the ice maker doesn't work either. As you can imagine ice is important for beach going.
4) It would have also been good to have some instructions for the bedroom dehumidifier. We didn't realize it had to be emptied so often at first.
5) Lastly, the kitchen trash can is too small for a place holding up to 6 people. Consider something
