Our stay at Eagle Resort was really nice. We have 2 boys- 14 & 16 and the property is very family friendly. My teens were perhaps looking for a bit more action but I was ok with the quieter resort. The cleanliness of this property was exceptional. Every patio and pool was scrubbed daily - staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.Food on site was good, which was an extra bonus as well as happy hour specials. My only minor complaint is that the lobby is quite outdated and does not reflect the calibre of the overall resort. A refresh is in order. Another point is that double beds ( we had 2 in our one bedroom- 2 bedroom suites were sold out) are small for 2 people and the pullout needed a new mattress. But the convince of a full fridge and kitchen facilities was fantastic. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Especially to anyone older or those with younger children. It’s perfect. Thank you, Eagle Aruba!

People seam to like it. not as much to do as palm beach. The human sewage smell from the plant was kinda off Putting, it wasn't all the time, but now that we know what it was, it's very gross. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. If you're healthy, if you're not, it could take a little longer. And it's the same to superfoods, which is a plus.

staf was very nice. A little mad they couldn't extend my checkout from 11 to 12. I only needed an hour, but they couldn't do it.

Our room was quiet, very clean, and seemed recently updated. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to make meals, also had dish soap and a sponge to clean up. They gave us water bottles and we drank water from the tap our whole stay and it tastes good. The bathroom had a hairdryer, soap, body wash, shampoo, but no conditioner. The space was large, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were soft. The AC worked great. The pools were immaculate, actually the whole property was super clean. I would definitely stay here again.

You will enjoy Eagle Aruba has 3 pools one for kids and adults. one for adults and one for both. you can enjoy hot tub as well as a kids hot tub. middle adult pool has a full bar lounge chairs and tables in the pool you have a band playing they do games have happy hours. Rooms are clean with kitchenet you can walk to the grocery store. beach is 4 min away walk through the other resort La Cabana which has a casino if you like to gamble. you can eat at both places and have happy hour a La Cabana as well as listen to the band over there your on bus line there are taxies at the resorts. Eagle beach is great you will need to be up early to get a palapa so you have shade. use SPF 50 reef safe. Hanging at the pool is great listening to the band having drinks while sitting in a lounge chair in or out of the pool. Your in Aruba enjoy.

This is a great resort to spend time away from home. The rooms are a bit dated and while tidy, the cleanliness could improve…however, we found the staff to be friendly.
Location is a 9/10. It’s so close to the beach and the grocery store! It’s not a 10/10 only because it’s not on the beach itself. BUT, small inconvenience for such a great expanse of beach.

The room had bad smell waited hours down stairs at front desk to get issues resolved after 10 hours of traveling and after paying almost $1,700 for the 3 night stay issue was never was resolved had to keep the room because of the major events going on there were no other hotels available in the area then the hotel offered another room that room smelled the exact same then the cleaning staff supervisor came to the room and agreed it had bad smell and brought in a humidifier that eventually stopped working and now the hotel refused to give any sort of refund not even partial this was real waste of money but thanks to hotels.com they offered at least something for our troubles

There were so many problems with the room and the front desk staff did not seem to care at all. The rooms are DIRTY. I had to ask multiple times for the floors to be mopped. My kids feet were black after walking around the room barefoot. I had to wash there feet every night before getting into bed. Housekeeping left 1 wash cloth for a family of 4. The first night housekeeping left 1 wet used wash cloth in the bathroom hung up for us to use. I had to call every day for towels and wash clothes.

The sliding glass mirror doors came off the runners every time I had to open the doors. The balcony door rotted off the wooden hinges and almost fell on my son’s feet. Took maintenance two days to fix it. The A/C in the room was beyond loud. Every time it turned on it sounded like an airplane was flying by right over us. For the amount of money they charge to stay here it’s not worth it at all. I would never stay here again.

When we arrived there was an overwhelming amount of people in the lobby angry that was no hot water and not getting any answers which made it a long time to check in and in the process they lost our reservation, the room was clean but the bed was old and very uncomfortable, the front desk told us check out was at 11:00 but our reservation was until noon and now it’s two weeks later and we are still waiting on our deposit back

The hotel was not bad. I really appreciate the location and the property was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the cleanliness. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and the kitchen and appliances were dirty when we checked in. The floors were never swept even during the daily housekeeping. We purchased supplies to clean the kitchen and use appliances before use. Overall the experience was wonderful but the cleanliness was not up to standards.

Eagle beach is a great location for our needs. The resort was a little disappointing. The staff was not very informative about things like which chairs were associated with their resort on the beach, how to get a chair, or use of the palapas.

The food at the 2 restaurants was below average, cold eggs, overcooked steak for example. The bell hop service was hit or miss in terms of getting a taxi. Some did a great job and others seemed frustrated an annoyed. The lobby is outdated and small. They require checkout and the return of a little cardboard card for towels or else face a charge, even if you returned all your towels.

Our room was ok, not great, hard mattress, noisy air conditioner, we had to ask for a frying pan in the kitchen and there were no little things ,like salt or paper towels. The good news is there is an excellent super store within easy walking distance.

Our room overlooked the middle adult pool area. There was constant music blasting which is ok for some of the day but it went well into the evening with almost no breaks. The other pools were not as loud so be aware.

The location was good, a short walk to the beach and many nice restaurants nearby.

The resort is very conveniently located to a supermarket, several restaurants, walkable to Palm Beach center, and of course Eagle Beach, especially if you don't have a car. The rooms were pretty spacious, with plenty of shelf and leaving space for the 4 of us. Bathroom was also very large and updated. The kitchen to have breakfast was very convenient as well. The room was clean and could be serviced on demand or daily. There was a musky smell for some reason, which as we learned later wasn't present in other rooms (our friends stayed at the resor too). The resort has couple of pool areas and activities offered throughout the day. We really utilized the beach palapas associated with the resort. The beach itself, of coure, is ideal, albeit somewhat crowded (but it was winter break after all).

It was great experience, staying with Eagle Aruba during our recent visit, specifically room space and kitchen.
Room were clean, service was great, but reception area staff (ladies) were not very nice to the welcoming guests.
We heard they were abusing other Americans in local language they thought we don’t understand while checking us in. Room amenities was not that great like room baths body wash and shampoos were not filled it was tough to take out from bottles.

Good 5 night stay at the Eagle Aruba. Rooms were clean and spacious, friendly staff at Tonys Pizza/Bar and nice location with a quick walk to Eagle Beach or Super Food for groceries and their soft serve ice cream which was delicious. Watch out for the iguanas roaming the pool deck!
Beds were comfy, but the pull-out sofa wasn't great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for either cooking a quick meal or reheating leftovers.
Pools and hot tubs were generally clean, but pool was not heated at all so temp was probably in the 80's. Still pleasant to swim in when the sun was hitting the pool and the water slide was really fun. With 2 large pools and an adult pool, the resort never seemed crowded as comparted to La Cabana or resorts we saw at Palm Beach.
Hot tubs were very warm, but security was very aggressive in keeping kids, even teens, out of the hot tub with an Adults Only policy on both tubs. Even when parents were present and with their children in the hot tub, security reps constantly stopped by to get anyone under 18 out of the tub. Got kind of annoying. Also, security was aggressive about keeping teens out of the gym as well.
Beach Tennis access across the street was very cool and be sure to try Double Down for their breakfast burrito or their avocado toast.
Look forward to returning again someday.

My original room wasn’t clean and had roaches. I had my JBL Bluetooth stollen and my son’s Valentino cologne stollen as well. Over $250 of items missing and the resort is saying the staff has no clue. We left with items in room and can’t find. I was treated subpar with staff based off the color of my skin. They greeted and service white patrons when I was next in line twice and I had to complain about it . I need assistance from Expedia to assist with the monetary value of my stolen goods. I will never stay here again. If you are of a different race I advise you to stay far away from this resort

The reservation was shown as including breakfast at the time of booking; however, upon arrival, the property informed us that breakfast was not included. This hotel appeared in my search results specifically when I filtered for properties with breakfast, and I booked it without re-verifying at the final confirmation stage.

There was no complimentary drinking water available at the property, which was disappointing and not commensurate with the price paid. The property also advertised a shuttle service for beach drop-off, but no such service was provided.

Additionally, obtaining towels was inconvenient due to fixed and inflexible timings, which were not customer-friendly.

I was also disappointed with the service levels of Hotels.com. The information provided at the time of booking was inaccurate, and it required considerable effort and multiple attempts to obtain clear and correct information from their support team.

Given that there are several better beachside properties available in the area, I would skip this property in the future.

The resort offers great value for money, many options to shop, eat, breakfast, laundry service on every floor. Lots of services on site and staff is courteous- that’s true for most Aruba

We had a really nice stay. The hotel wasn't fancy, but it was immaculately clean! Our double bed (2) room was really big with a kitchen and a living room and a balcony. My teen son slept on the couch and i stayed in the bedroom, so we both had privacy. It was like a really big 1 br apartment with a great bathroom and really nice shower. The pools were beautiful and there was a casino across the way and a FoodTown less than a 5 minute walk (buy groceries to save on Aruba's pricey meals at least for breakfast/lunch). Staff was very nice and the gorgeous beach was just a few minutes walk on a nice path. Wish they could have given us the extra hour before our transfer came to the airport but overall a wonderful stay and one of the lower cost places we could find.

Rooms and all of the touch points in the rooms are solid, great hot water in the shower, housekeeping a little inconsistent but got the job done, concierge and staff very nice (had one hiccup but all good), appreciated the cable in the room (channels were out a lot though). If there is one thing that would make me hesitate to book again it would be the music was fun but too loud at times -Turn it down maybe 20% and that would go a long way. I was on the fourth floor on the balcony with my mom and we had to yell to talk to each other, lol! I don’t want to know what it sounded like in the rooms close to the bands on the lower levels. We did get used to it though. Also the road on the superfood side is very loud all night. I think I would only rebook if somehow I could choose what area my room was in. - Thanks though for a nice stay!

This is the second time staying at Eagle Aruba resort.I like Eagle resort because if the location.The resort is between Super Foods and the beach a 5 min.walk.The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.The down side the rooms could be alittle cleaner.especially the bathroom,also the blinds was dusty and on top of some of the appliances.

One of them, removed my towels and belongings from the long chair while I went to eat at the room and told me that after five, we don't get those. From experience, I know it was not true. Some of the beach attendance, cleaning personnel and the bartenders have bad attitude.

The front desk staff need to be more friendly and helpful. The staff at uncle tony’s , activities and around the property are great but the front desk people just dismiss you and are rude. Checkin and checkout is a mess. I had a cockroach in my room too so yeah… cleanliness is not this place.
