Check in was great with Charlyn! Unfortunately we had asked for rooms to be closer to each other months ahead of time due to traveling with family and they didn’t do that. We had plenty of rooms unoccupied next to us. They told us they couldn’t do that because we didn’t have the same kind of room, but in fact, we had the exact same kind of room! Pools are great and grounds are kept very nice. Room itself has a lot to be desired. Lighting in the room is very dim. Kitchen has minimal supplies. We spent 6 nights and are room was serviced only 2 times!
Merrielle and Lion who do the activities were absolutely great! Best part of the whole resort! They do a great job with the kids!
It’s a good resort but definitely they have room for improvement!

It was the worst experience of my life in Aruba. They were so rude and it took me over two hours to check in to my rooms. We had to wait outside and it was the most terrible experience ever. The Bill man said that we couldn’t take our luggage in so we had to wait outside and it was the worst experience for my girlfriend and for a family. I’m never going there again. I’m gonna tell everybody from San Diego since I worked for the government never go to Aruba Eagle resort again because that place is not nice.

Room 2564. Didn’t have an oven , what was also disappointing was it didn’t have a toaster so eggos I bought were impossible to make.we had to wear our shoes inside the entire time due to the feeling of the floor being dirty.like it wasn’t mopped. No conditioner in shower.no lotion. Salt and pepper would be great to keep in unit.other than that no complaints.the last Unit we rented was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and it was much better.

Overall the stay was good but not worth $2500 for premium king room. We got fresh towels here and there but the floors were never mopped and never got a new bath mat the whole time we were there so we used towels. The WiFi went out on a Monday and wasn’t back on until Thursday. Poole were nice and clean but they don’t open until 10am. A little late in my opinion. Their check in and check out should be separated and have their own desks as getting in and out takes a while. Air conditioning and room was nice. Ice machine on the 2nd floor where we were was broke 5 out of the 7 days we were there and we had told them a couple times. The time we went was May beginning June there were a lot of people from Argentina and Europe there so the DJs and bands catered to their music the whole time. We spent most of our time exploring the island and over at LaCabana where there were more amenities and the music was better at night. I was asked a review so I am just giving all of my thoughts

Overall okay experience. Room cleanliness was okay; while not sparkling it also wasn’t *dirty* and the rest of the grounds were clean especially the pool area which we appreciated. Food was subpar but everyone at both restaurants was friendly and that counts for something.

Overall experience was great. The cleaning staff need to clean the rooms better it was hair all around the bathroom and bedroom, the towels and wash clothes wasn’t clean they had strains and hair on them. The bathroom shower was dirty walls and around the bottom of the shower was nasty. The WiFi stop working and was poor connection the whole time. The pools on both ends of the resort was great and hot tubs, the adults pool could be clean more was trash and titles felt nasty… but my overall experience was great this my second time coming to this hotel and planning on coming again they just need to work on keeping it clean.

Very nice setting with the palm trees and occasional flowers that were well maintained. pools were very clean and also well maintained. The restaurant was a bit disappointing, the whole week of our stay they were \"out of potatoes\" not sure why, a store called Super Food less than a mile away had plenty for sale. The food was bland and didn't have any seasonings. The restaurant in the hotel in front of ours had better selection and taste. The room had roaches. about 3 inch long. 3 were dead we found laying around and 2 ran across the floor. Not very relaxing worrying about one getting in your bed. I did tell the staff, and also told them I would leave if one did. They apologized but did not offer to change my room which I really was expecting from a hotel boasting luxury at 300+ a night. Would not return to this location. Try to get on the beach, the walk through the other hotel and then across 2 streets I could have done without. I did have a good time otherwise.
Oh one last thing, try NOT to buy anything from the store IN the hotel. They charge American $ and spent 9.00 for a bag of M&Ms I could have gotten across the street for 2 dollars. Same with the coffee mugs and shirts, I think they were supposed to adjust the pricing from Florin to American but didn't and was rude to me when I asked them about it. Also Not spending 14.00 for the same coffee mug I got down the street for 5.00.

Loved the pool areas and room was clean and sufficient for our needs! Great “budget” option for families in Aruba! Close to Eagle Beach and has everything you need. Would be nice if they could expand outdoor restaurant seating and food options. Gift shop was also super pricey! Would recommend to others and come again!

Resort is great. I loved the fully equipped kitchen/large frig. It wasn't on the beach as it looked from pictures, but across the street. The beach is murky due to traffic and was very crowded- I didn't love how there was limited shade and they would charge $35 for an umbrella. Resort is nice however and Uncle Tonys has some of the most reasonable prices food which was fabulous for lunch and cocktails.

Overall fine.clean and comfortable. Resort could use some upgrades in the rooms - kitchen cabinets are old, shutters, bathrooms need a deep clean for dirty grout. Rooms have no decorations and seem very ordinary. Pools are very nice and good for kids. Uncle Tony's is decent. Sports bar menu does NOT match the ambiance at all. I expected more options and not as pricey.

Our stay at Eagle Resort was really nice. We have 2 boys- 14 & 16 and the property is very family friendly. My teens were perhaps looking for a bit more action but I was ok with the quieter resort. The cleanliness of this property was exceptional. Every patio and pool was scrubbed daily - staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.Food on site was good, which was an extra bonus as well as happy hour specials. My only minor complaint is that the lobby is quite outdated and does not reflect the calibre of the overall resort. A refresh is in order. Another point is that double beds ( we had 2 in our one bedroom- 2 bedroom suites were sold out) are small for 2 people and the pullout needed a new mattress. But the convince of a full fridge and kitchen facilities was fantastic. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Especially to anyone older or those with younger children. It’s perfect. Thank you, Eagle Aruba!

People seam to like it. not as much to do as palm beach. The human sewage smell from the plant was kinda off Putting, it wasn't all the time, but now that we know what it was, it's very gross. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. If you're healthy, if you're not, it could take a little longer. And it's the same to superfoods, which is a plus.
Everybody on the

staf was very nice. A little mad they couldn't extend my checkout from 11 to 12. I only needed an hour, but they couldn't do it.

Our room was quiet, very clean, and seemed recently updated. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to make meals, also had dish soap and a sponge to clean up. They gave us water bottles and we drank water from the tap our whole stay and it tastes good. The bathroom had a hairdryer, soap, body wash, shampoo, but no conditioner. The space was large, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were soft. The AC worked great. The pools were immaculate, actually the whole property was super clean. I would definitely stay here again.

You will enjoy Eagle Aruba has 3 pools one for kids and adults. one for adults and one for both. you can enjoy hot tub as well as a kids hot tub. middle adult pool has a full bar lounge chairs and tables in the pool you have a band playing they do games have happy hours. Rooms are clean with kitchenet you can walk to the grocery store. beach is 4 min away walk through the other resort La Cabana which has a casino if you like to gamble. you can eat at both places and have happy hour a La Cabana as well as listen to the band over there your on bus line there are taxies at the resorts. Eagle beach is great you will need to be up early to get a palapa so you have shade. use SPF 50 reef safe. Hanging at the pool is great listening to the band having drinks while sitting in a lounge chair in or out of the pool. Your in Aruba enjoy.

This is a great resort to spend time away from home. The rooms are a bit dated and while tidy, the cleanliness could improve…however, we found the staff to be friendly.
Location is a 9/10. It’s so close to the beach and the grocery store! It’s not a 10/10 only because it’s not on the beach itself. BUT, small inconvenience for such a great expanse of beach.

The room had bad smell waited hours down stairs at front desk to get issues resolved after 10 hours of traveling and after paying almost $1,700 for the 3 night stay issue was never was resolved had to keep the room because of the major events going on there were no other hotels available in the area then the hotel offered another room that room smelled the exact same then the cleaning staff supervisor came to the room and agreed it had bad smell and brought in a humidifier that eventually stopped working and now the hotel refused to give any sort of refund not even partial this was real waste of money but thanks to hotels.com they offered at least something for our troubles

There were so many problems with the room and the front desk staff did not seem to care at all. The rooms are DIRTY. I had to ask multiple times for the floors to be mopped. My kids feet were black after walking around the room barefoot. I had to wash there feet every night before getting into bed. Housekeeping left 1 wash cloth for a family of 4. The first night housekeeping left 1 wet used wash cloth in the bathroom hung up for us to use. I had to call every day for towels and wash clothes.

The sliding glass mirror doors came off the runners every time I had to open the doors. The balcony door rotted off the wooden hinges and almost fell on my son’s feet. Took maintenance two days to fix it. The A/C in the room was beyond loud. Every time it turned on it sounded like an airplane was flying by right over us. For the amount of money they charge to stay here it’s not worth it at all. I would never stay here again.

When we arrived there was an overwhelming amount of people in the lobby angry that was no hot water and not getting any answers which made it a long time to check in and in the process they lost our reservation, the room was clean but the bed was old and very uncomfortable, the front desk told us check out was at 11:00 but our reservation was until noon and now it’s two weeks later and we are still waiting on our deposit back
